Linda vista de Canterbury da janela do quarto do hotel, os funcionários são simpáticos e foram muito gentis em nos deixar ficar lá durante o bloqueio para ir a um funeral, já ficamos lá algumas vezes, eu e meu namorado sempre gostamos de ficar lá .

Hermosa vista de Canterbury desde la ventana de la habitación del hotel, el personal es amable y fue muy amable al dejarnos quedarnos allí durante el encierro para ir a un funeral, nos hemos alojado allí varias veces, mi novio y yo siempre disfrutamos de estar allí .

Beautiful view of Canterbury from the hotel room window, the staff are friendly and it was very kind of them to let us stay there during lockdown to go to a funeral, we have stayed there a few times, me and my boyfriend always enjoy staying there.

Hotel muito bom. A única coisa que não gosto é que o ar condicionado não é muito potente ou frio e você não pode abrir a janela, o que eu acho que você deveria conseguir abrir mesmo um pouquinho, posso sentir minha pele desidratando enquanto eu deito aqui. Deve ser alterado porque não há circulação de ar suficiente nos quartos, o que não é bom para uma boa noite de sono

Hotel realmente agradable. Lo único que no me gusta es que el aire acondicionado no es muy potente o frío y no puedes abrir la ventana, creo que deberías poder abrirla aunque sea un poco, puedo sentir mi piel deshidratarse mientras estoy aquí. Realmente debería cambiarse, ya que no hay suficiente circulación de aire en las habitaciones, lo que no es bueno para dormir bien por la noche.

Really nice hotel. Only thing I don’t like is that the aircon isn’t very powerful or cold and you can’t open the window which I think you should actually be able to open it even the slightest bit, can feel my skin dehydrating as I lay in here. Should be changed really as there isn’t enough air circulation in the rooms which isn’t good for a good nights sleep

Very friendly staff . nice clean hotel in a good location. Went back 18 months later, room was dirty muck all up the side of the bath , carpet stained, no mattress on one of the single beds..later found out that they had put the homeless in there during lockdown, that's good, but they should of made sure the rooms were to a decent standard again, last time I go in there, I did complain but no apology just £35 refund disgusted..

A practical, serviceable room, with an unusual first floor reception area, accessed via lift or stairs. No breakfast for us but the restaurant looked pleasant enough. Room was comfy and cheap whilst close to the city walls, and the city centre.

Terrível estadia neste hotel. Os funcionários foram agradáveis e prestativos, mas não são suficientes. O quarto era insuportavelmente quente ou muito barulhento (ar condicionado vs sem ar condicionado). Não foi usada goma de mascar na pia. O serviço do restaurante era tão lento - estávamos lá 2 horas e comemos uma pizza, levamos nossas sobremesas para o nosso quarto, pois estávamos tão entediados com estar no restaurante. Não estava nem ocupado. Garçom muito arrependido, mas eu não conseguia entender porque tudo isso demorou tanto. Quase todas as coisas do buffet de café-da-manhã acabaram quando chegamos lá e, embora tivéssemos garantido que tudo estava sendo completado, depois de 20 minutos eu cortei minhas perdas, tomei uma tigela de coco e saí. Eu não voltarei.

Dreadful stay at this hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful but there’s not enough of them. The room was either unbearably hot, or very noisy (air con vs no air con). There was used chewing gum in the sink. The restaurant service was so slow - we were there 2 hours and ate a pizza, we took our desserts to our room as we were so bored with being in the restaurant. It wasn’t even busy. Waiter very apologetic but I couldn’t understand why it all took so long. Buffet breakfast had run out of most things when we got there and although we were assured it was all being topped up, after 20 mins I cut my losses and had a bowl of coco pops and left. I won’t be returning.
