Bem localizado, ótimo atendimento, café da manha muito bem reforçado. ,ambiente limpo mas só não dou 5 estrelas por causa dos caixões.São todos limpinhos e cheirosos mas o que não me deixou dormir bem foi a questão de ser extremamente macios ao ponto de deixar a coluna em V. Tive que acordar varias vezes com dores nas costas. Tive que colocar almofadas por baixo do colchão para tentar deixar minha coluna reta.Sem contar que os colchões são baixos. Quando estamos sentados na cama ou ate mesmo para sair da cama torná desconfortável porque nas laterais do colchão a madeira e mais alto do que o próprio colchão. Bom realmente a cama é o que não gostei de resto é 5 estrelas.

First hostel I stayed at solo travelling and it was amazing! Staff are so friendly, rooms and bathroom clean. Pub crawl was great - bar out back so can drink and smoke no problem. I stayed in 8 person dorm - only issue I saw would be if you are on top bunk there are no curtains for privacy as it's all open. I didn't mind but I'm sure some would. Staff available 24/7, it's in a great location and nice open relaxing area plus only 10 min walk from Trindade. Would 100% stay again :)

Great hostel for solo travelers. I stayed in the 12 mixed dorm room and it was spacious and clean. There are cubbies and a locker under the bed. The hostel has organized pub crawls and a pretty relaxing lounge area and patio deck. Washrooms are cleaned every hour and water is nice and hot. Staff are very friendly and helpful with restaurant and attraction recommendations. There is staff available 24/7. Very safe, key card from front door and dorm rooms.

In July, this place was HOT! The fan in our room wasn’t sufficient for the space and therefor no air flow. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Our room facing the street was very, very noisy- lots of vehicles passing on noisy cobblestone throughout the night and morning (PLUS loud people partying). Photos of this place online don’t totally match reality- rooms feel cramped and could have been cleaner AND there’s no privacy curtain for the top bunk. Their small outdoor space was somewhat enjoyable and the beds were actually comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t super clean and smelled nasty. I do not recommend staying here but I’ve stayed in worse.

Really good hostel. We had the best time there!
I stayed here with 2 friends for 4 nights in a room with 6 beds. The room and the shared bathrooms were nice and clean. There is a bar and a patio where you can hangout and meet the people who also stay in the hostel. The hostel is very central, you can walk from there very easily to all the popular spots of Porto and bars and clubs are very near. The people who work in the hostel are especially cool and nice, shout-out to them. I highly recommend this hostel!

Hostal sencillo y moderno en el centro de Oporto. Precios asequibles. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero están bien. No hay excesivo ruido. El baño suele estar excesivamente concurrido. Las duchas tienen temporizador y se pueden utilizar los jabones comunes del baño. El desayuno, tipo buffet sencillo, es económico y rico.

We loved our stay at Pilot hostel. The beds were really comfortable, the areas have 24-hour clean checks and the lounge room's vibe makes it really easy to meet travelers and have great conversations. Breakfast is not included but you can have an all-you can eat breakfast for a cheap price. The hostel is located on a very hip area of town with lots of bars, cafés, restaurants and stores. The receptionists were really friendly and available at all times. Rodrigo gave us excellent wine recommendations and suggestions to make our trip an amazing experience!! While you are there, don't hesitate to take their walking tour with Alfredo!

Was a fantastic experience. Visited with a group of 40 people and they had no problem accomodating us comfortably.
Rooms were nice and clean however beds were small and not entirely suitable for tall people.
Other than that the hostel has incredibly friendly staff and a very cozy common area as well as free access to coffee, chocolate milk and tea. Also a bar in the hostel itself with great cocktails and free shots once in a while. Highly recommended!

Precisam de um lugar para secar toalhas, é muito complicado se secar com a toalha molhada no outro dia, mais cabides ou suporte nas casas de banho, cortinas para a parte vertical das camas, e protetores auriculares para o caso de ficar com hóspedes que fazem muito barulho a noite.😜😉

Bastante diferenca desde a ultima vez. Tinha um.chiclete na minha cama e o travesseiro todo manchado de amarelo, preferi fazer meu casaco de travesseiro. A limpeza decaiu. Sem sabonete liquido no banheiro de baixo e bastante sujo principalmente com tantas normas e cuidados em relacao ao covid, eu esperava mais...O staff continua maravilhoso, recepcao 100% profissional e educados.Lamentei ter achado o hostel assim 😔

Parto de la base que es un albergue o Hostel que queda más moderno y no un hotel de cinco estrellas y no se le puede pedir mucho.Pero es imposible dormir aquí,ruido de gente y música en la calle, duchas sin recoger,baños escasos. Entramos y pedimos 3 port tonics, un mojito y una birra. De la birra se olvidaron, el mojito no lo tenían, y los port tonics fueron diferentes entre sí, y BASTANTE mejorables. Tal y como nos sentamos, nos dijeron que en 10 minutos cerraban. Información que tenían que habernos dado antes. Camarera con bastantes malos modales. Es bonito, por eso dos estrellas, pero definitivamente NO.

Me encantó este alojamiento, el diseño para ser un hostel es increíble, los servicios que tienes y el trato es perfecto. Precio muy económico para la calidad del alojamiento y la ubicación es bastante buena, zona de locales y muy cerca de edificios históricos. Lo mejor es bajarte a la zona común y conocer a la gente de todo el mundo que te encontrarás. Muy recomendable y no dudaré en volver para alojarme en esta ciudad. Un saludo!

Estuve en PILOT Hostel durante 5 noches y estuve muy contenta con la experiencia. Tienen tres plantas con distintas habitaciones, muchos baños espaciosos, las camas son muy cómodas, la cocina está muy bien equipada, hay un espacio exterior y otro interior con sofás ideal para conocer a gente, etc. Recomiendo muchísimo tomar sesiones de 🏄🏼♀️ 🏄 🌊 !! PILOT Hostel trabaja con una empresa que da clases de surf cada día de la semana. Pueden recogerte a la puerta del hostal y devolverte. ¡¡Los instructores son muy buenos y las 4 sesiones que hice con ellos valieron mucho la pena!!

La estancia fue estupenda. La ubicación no podía ser mejor, muy cómoda para ir a cualquier zona de Oporto, sobre todo para las salidas nocturnas. El hostal en si es estupendo, muy cómodo y agradable. Los empleados son muy atentos. El desayuno son 3€ y esta bastante bien, autoservicio. Solo mejoraría el hecho de que no había oferta de leches vegetales, margarina vegetal... Pero como vegana, pude comer muy bien aún así. Muy recomendable. Repetiría.
