Ok por uma noite após um show, tão barato. Estação de metrô não muito longe. A limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, caso não consiga dormir na luz, leve uma máscara de dormir. Graças às cortinas transparentes (pelo menos no nº 6) é claro a noite toda :-)
Desempenho absolutamente subterrâneo! Do lado positivo: o próprio edifício antigo de estilo guilhermino tem charme, mesmo que as paredes divisórias tenham sido colocadas nos quartos de maneira desajeitada. Além disso, o banheiro e o toalete são recém-ladrilhados e relativamente limpos. Mas era sobre isso. Vamos ignorar o barulho da rua, que o impede de dormir quando as temperaturas são agradáveis no verão. O operador deste alojamento não pode fazer nada quanto a isso. O problema é, claro e simples, que mesmo o trabalho de manutenção mais simples e essencial não está sendo feito. Ontem e hoje, apenas a descarga do vaso sanitário no banheiro grande com chuveiro e banheira funcionou, não havia água quente no chuveiro. O banheiro pequeno não deu descarga corretamente e, em vez de consertá-lo imediatamente, eles apenas prenderam a porta com fita adesiva! Portanto, os ocupantes de 8 quartos, no mínimo 16 pessoas, devem compartilhar um único banheiro! irracional. Nós nem queremos falar sobre as tampas operacionais que faltam em ambas as descargas. Good for the cheap price, but do not expect anything over the bare minimum. Rooms are clean, therese's only one bathroom and a small kitchenette with a freezer, microwave and an electric kettle. There's no reception so you have to figure out how to use the keys and drop them in a "mailbox" when ending your stay.Overall, great location near railway stations and lots of cheap food options around. Inexpensive hostel made of separate rooms. We had a small room for two with a double bed and a nice view of Gneisenaustraße. There is a common kitchen with a fridge, shower, toilet, washing machine for clothes. We used it was quiet place to spend the night and to cook or own breakfast. Existe uma cozinha comum com frigorífico, chuveiro, WC, máquina de lavar roupa. Usamos que era um lugar tranquilo para passar a noite e cozinhar ou próprio café da manhã.
O banheiro compartilhado é muito pequeno, apenas um chuveiro para muitos hóspedes. Muito barulhento à noite, tampões de ouvido recomendados. Quarto era grande, limpo e aconchegante. Todos em todos um bom valor para o dinheiro.
If you are trying to find a place to stay overnight, it is okay. 8 rooms sharing a bath and a toilet. Have to be patient waiting for shower. When we were there, the hot water is only available in the bathtub. No proper shampoo and hair dryer, have to bring your own. The check in & check-out is easy. The latter is where the whole thing came undone.I successfully accessed the key box but there were no keys (as promised) inside. I backtracked my steps in case I had made a mistake with, or misunderstood the instructions at any stage. It seemed like I had done everything correctly so there was nothing left to do but contact the property and ask for assistance.The booking reference contained two contact numbers as well as an email address, all of which were also advertised on the walls of the property. Neither number connected and the email never sent due to a problem with the recipient's address. I found a third contact number in a draw but that was also out-of-use. I asked a Germany-based friend to try the numbers on my behalf but they encountered the same issues. I sent messages on booking.com and waited for a response via one of these channels. This gave me time to have a coffee and peruse the property.The property contains:- One separate toilet (quite clean) and a separate shower and toilet (no hot water until further notice sign on the door). - I counted at least eight separate rooms on the floor, all of which seemed to contain more than one person. - There's a wall painting of a Big Mac. - Building work going on in one of the corridors. - Kitchen with no sink for washing.I thought about taking some of the emulsion lying around and painting over the Big Mac. I didn't know where to wash my cup and spoon and—between thinking about setting off all the fire extinguishers—I considered microwaving them both, but I stopped when I realised that it would just make life even harder for the poor people who had found themselves in Pension I.I booked a new hotel and left after an hour of waiting for a reply. Pension I never got back in touch via any of the four/five lines of communication, and I had to ask the good people at Booking.com to get involved and recover my payment.While the whole experience was an inconvenience, I did get to see the sub-par facilities in person, which allowed me to book a much better (and cheaper) hotel not too far away.SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND GO ELSEWHERE. Quarto era bom, tudo era adequado para o preço. Nenhuma equipe no local, verifique o caos total. As paredes são extremamente barulhentas e você mal entende sua própria palavra assim que alguém está no corredor. Os banheiros são arrumados. Eles foram abordados no segundo dia por um funcionário (aparentemente) que não falava alemão nem inglês e simplesmente fugiu com meu telefone celular. Depois que meu nome foi digitado incorretamente e uma discussão de 10 minutos sobre quando saímos, voltamos para a sala e trouxemos tudo de importante para o carro, porque parecia muito mais seguro em um beco em Berlim do que com esse funcionário na sala. Quando a gerência muda, há mais estrelas, mas algo deve mudar aqui.
Muy tranquilo el sitio
La habitación estaba bien, todo era adecuado para el precio. No hay personal en el lugar, verifique el caos total. Las paredes son extremadamente ruidosas y apenas entiendes tu propia palabra tan pronto como alguien está en el pasillo. Los baños están limpios. Albergue económico hecho de habitaciones separadas. Teníamos una pequeña habitación para dos con una cama doble y una bonita vista de Gneisenaustraße. Hay una cocina común con nevera, ducha, aseo, lavadora para la ropa. Solíamos ser un lugar tranquilo para pasar la noche y cocinar o desayunar.
El baño compartido es muy pequeño, solo una ducha para muchos huéspedes. Muy ruidoso por la noche, se recomiendan tapones para los oídos. La habitación era grande, limpia y acogedora. en general, una buena relación calidad-precio.
Pretty noisy environment, you can hear every step the other guests make. Also the toilet right next to our room was fixed at 7 o'clock in the morning without anyone informing us in advance - one of the workers even bursted into our room. The room was otherwise okay, as you'd expect for the price. The shared bathroom was okay, one of the other guests had questionable toilet manners though.

Very big rooms, fantastic location, nice bathroom, would stay here again! Oh just make sure to email the host a few days before arrival requesting the codes to enter the building. Will for sure come back!
Horrible, pongo una estrella porque no se puede cero.
Limpio, economico, un poco alejado del centro pero con el subterraneo se llega en 10 minutos al check point, la ubicacion es comoda y las habitaciones amplias, en cuanto al servicio, fueron muy amables. Lo recomiendo.
La atención no es personal. Para hacer checkin es necesario un teléfono y realizar una llamada, luego envían mensaje de texto con los datos para ingresar al lugar. Es muy incómodo sobre todo si es invierno o no puedes realizar una llamada. La habitación y el baño son buenas pero no tiene una cocina equipada. No volvería a este lugar.
Great space and location on Berlin. The check-in, though impersonal is quite effective and organized. The only thing it's that there are only 2 bathrooms for 12 rooms but still it works. WiFi is present and TV on the rooms. Recommended.
Large clean rooms, shared facilities are basic and scarce. More than once the bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Good restaurants in the area, but if you want to see the old city you'll have to train.
