Se você procura um hotel quatro estrelas pelo preço de três, é este. Limpeza e pessoal bem treinado agregar valor a quartos bem decorados e áreas públicas. Tudo neste hotel é bem apresentado, com dignidade e charme. E a localização !!! Dentro de dois minutos você anda de rua agradável, arborizada ao coração de compras e entretenimento. Este é um hotel gostaria de voltar a qualquer momento.

A TV estava quebrada, camas muito ruins, pessoal mal-humorado, mesmo café da manhã diariamente, apenas café instantâneo, sem limpeza diária. Muito caro para o preço.

Ficamos neste hotel por 3 noites e 4 dias. Os funcionários foram muito amáveis e agradáveis. Susanna também foi muito gentil e prestativa. Com certeza ficarei aqui novamente quando voltarmos na Armênia 👌🏽

Tomei café da manhã no café e restaurante Boulevard, ao lado do Park Hotel. Pedi ao atendente o endereço real, mas ela apontou o endereço do hotel, então estou escrevendo um comentário no endereço do hotel.De volta ao restaurante: excelentes lugares ao ar livre. O serviço foi um pouco lento, mas vale a pena esperar. A comida estava deliciosa!Eles aceitam cartão de crédito.

Tivemos uma boa estadia no hotel. Funcionários simpáticos e agradáveis. O restaurante e os serviços da casa eram bons demais. O café da manhã era excelente, realmente gostamos, com muita variedade e suficiente para todos. Apenas os quartos são muito pequenos e têm muito menos espaço para se mover do que você vê na imagem, pois ficamos muito surpresos ao ver a realidade versus a imagem. Mas a hospitalidade ali nos deixou confortáveis.

Excelente localização central. O que não gostamos sobre o hotel foi o quarto super minúsculo e a cama, que parece uma cama de casal, mas tem 2 colchões separados que era desconfortável. Fora isso, o quarto era limpo, café da manhã era bom e os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e educados. O restaurante no térreo também parecia bom, mas não tive a chance de experimentá-lo. Recomendado.

Increíble ubicación central. Lo que no nos gustó del hotel fue la habitación súper pequeña y la cama, que parece una cama doble pero tiene 2 colchones separados, lo cual era incómodo. Aparte de eso, la habitación estaba limpia, el desayuno era bueno y el personal era muy amable y educado. El restaurante de la planta baja también parecía agradable, pero no tuve la oportunidad de probarlo. Recomendado.

Tuvimos una buena estancia en el hotel. Personal amable y agradable. El restaurante y los servicios de la casa eran demasiado buenos. El desayuno era excelente, nos gustó mucho, con mucha variedad y suficiente para todos. Solo las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y tienen mucho menos espacio para moverse de lo que ves en la imagen, ya que nos sorprende mucho ver en la realidad frente a la imagen. Pero la hospitalidad de allí nos hizo sentir cómodos.

Amazing central location. What we disliked about the hotel was the super tiny room and the bed, which looks like a double bed but has 2 separate mattresses which was uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant on the ground floor seemed nice as well but didn’t get the chance to try it. Recommended.

We had a good stay at the hotel. Staff friendly and nice. In house restaurant and services was too good. Breakfast was excellent we really liked it with a lot of variety and sufficient for all.
Only the rooms are quite small and very less space to.move around from what u see in d image as we very surprised to see in reality versus the image.
But the hospitality over there made us comfortable.

Le pedí a la mesera la dirección real, pero ella señaló la del hotel, así que escribo una reseña debajo de la del hotel.De vuelta al restaurante: grandes asientos al aire libre. El servicio fue un poco lento pero vale la pena esperar. ¡La comida estaba deliciosa!Aceptan tarjeta de crédito.

La televisión estaba rota, las camas muy malas, el personal malhumorado, el mismo desayuno todos los días, solo café instantáneo, no la limpieza diaria. Demasiado caro para el precio.

Had breakfast at Boulevard cafe and restaurant, right next to Park Hotel. I asked the server for the actual address but she pointed out the hotel’s so I’m writing a review under the hotel’s.
Back to the restaurant: great outdoor seating. Service was a bit slow but worth the wait. Food was delicious!

Centrally located & within walking distance to the Centre Square, restaurants and pubs, Park Boutique Hotel has efficient and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast at The Boulevard, (their sister restaurant cum café)was quite nice. Rooms were of a good size & bathrooms with the latest fittings, made the stay really comfortable. The cleaning lady however, doesn't do a good job apart from cleaning the bathrooms. She leaves the beds unmade.Would love to return to Armenia, as it's a charming country with friendly citizens & plenty of places to visit. Park Boutique is a great place to stay at an affordable budget.

Si está buscando un hotel de cuatro estrellas por el precio de tres, aquí está. La limpieza y el personal bien capacitado agregan valor a las habitaciones y áreas públicas bien decoradas. Todo en este hotel está bien presentado, con dignidad y encanto. Y la ubicación !!! En dos minutos, camine desde la encantadora calle arbolada hasta el corazón de las tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento. Este es un hotel al que volvería en cualquier momento.

He disfrutado de una magnífica semana en el Park Boutique Hotel. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. Además, las instalaciones y la decoración son muy modernas. El personal es muy amable y nos hizo sentir a mí y a mi acompañante como en casa. Si viajamos de nuevo a Armenia, sin duda repetiremos la experiencia en esta misma estancia.

If you are looking for a four star hotel for the price of three, this is it. Cleanliness and the well trained staff add value to nicely decorated rooms and public areas. Everything in this hotel is well presented, with dignity and charm. And the location!!! Within two minutes you walk from delightful, tree lined street to the heart of shopping and entertainment. This is one hotel I would go back to anytime.
