Rooms were good and ok, The male receptionist was a nice person, but the lady was very rude. She was behaving as if she was doing us some favour.

Fantastic location, clean rooms, and costumer service was great. The decor was cute and decent size room for price! The bear extremely close to the Eiffel tower. 10 min walk max literally right to the tower.

The best hotel in a great location in Paris.Value for money.Very cheap for its location.there is a metro station next to hotel.It is 2 atar but there is any problem.very clean and new room,great bath,there was a nice view from the room and the wifi was very very fast (45download 45upload).The reception was very kind and helpful for our questions.Thank you!If i visit paris,i will visit you again!

After reading mixed reviews I was a bit skeptical about staying here but I'm happy I didn't cancel my reservation! The staff was courteous and also spoke English. I had a standard room which was compact but enough room for 1. My bathroom was clean and the shower especially was gleaming ! The bed was comfortable and sturdy enough to support my back which helped for a very satisfying night's rest after exploring the city all day! I was able to easily walk to the Eiffel tower and navigate the streets with little to no gps usage. On my last day, I was able to store my luggage at the front desk and explore a bit more before my airport shuttle arrived.
Definitely worth staying here- I will be back!

The receptionist was extremely rude and I continued to be nice to her because I figured she would lighten up. Unfortunately, it started to become apparent that she was rude to my friend and me because we are black. She seemed to be nice to everyone else but us. She proceeded to be rude even more when we brought two other black family members to the lobby. So if you feel like living in the 1800’s during your stay in Paris, go ahead and stay at this hotel. The “kind lady” at the reception will surely give you a taste of what it feels like to have someone regard black people as second class citizens :)
