Perigoso para a vida, em vez de substituir uma chaleira defeituosa, foi aparafusado com parafusos, de modo que nosso filho sofreu um choque elétrico, que resultou em tratamento médico. ¡No recomendado! No vale 4 estrellas. Peligroso para la vida, en lugar de reemplazar un hervidor defectuoso, se atornilló con tornillos, por lo que nuestro pequeño sufrió una descarga eléctrica, lo que resultó en tratamiento médico. Los accesorios y los toalleros están defectuosos. La comida no sabe bien, es mejor comer afuera. Ubicación muy céntrica, pero también ruidosa.

Esta é a primeira vez que fico em Istambul. O hotel é muito limpo, a localização é perfeita, o pessoal é muito útil e gentil. O Sr. Kürsat e o Sr. Eren, em particular, foram muito simpáticos por parte da equipe e tiveram um impacto positivo na minha estadia. O hotel também é altamente recomendado em termos de preço. Merecidas 5 estrelas !!!

Esta es la primera vez que me alojo en Estambul. El hotel está muy limpio, la ubicación es perfecta, el personal es muy servicial y amable. El Sr. Kürsat y el Sr. Eren en particular fueron muy amables y tuvieron un impacto positivo en mi estadía. El hotel también está muy recomendado en términos de precio. Bien merecido 5 estrellas !!!

Prime location! If you will be spending most of day in the hotel and need a view, do not book atrium view, very boring, and you see only a very small part of Bosphorus. If you will be outdoors most of the day, then its OK. Staff were very good and helpful, comfortable place. I have no complaints

Wonderful place, you can spend good time. Various coffee shops, restaurant and shopping. I suggest if any person would lik to visit Istanbul he should reserve a hotel there.

It can get really loud at night due to the centra location. The english of the staff was not that competent however sufficient. The street in front of the hotel is always jammed with taxis and cars so you would rather walk some meters away to stop a can or get out from one to avoid the hassle of blocking the street.The property has an excellent location and really spacious rooms. We were a family with a two years old daughter and we were very relaxed in the room which is not the case in many hotels. Staff really helpful and certainly good value for money

Having read some reviews about the area in which this hotel is located, I was a bit apprehensive about staying at Ottoman Palace. I needn't have worried. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the Taxim square and the main shopping areas, and there is easy access to the Metro, buses and taxis. While the surrounding buildings were a bit run-down (when you compare with inside), there was nothing unsafe about the area and we were made to feel exceptionally welcome. The staff were brilliant, very friendly, and with a good standard of English. There was nothing they wouldn't do to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was particularly friendly and was always on hand to deliver coffee or a snack directly to our room or to our table in the on-site coffee lounge. The hotel was kept immaculately clean, the rooms were nicely decorated and came with a large bathroom and a balcony. New towels and bedding were supplied every day and the buffet breakfast was delicious. This is by far one of the best value hotels in Istanbul and I would be delighted to stay there again.
