A localização e o tamanho dos quartos são insuperáveis. Poderiam fazer um pouco mais de limpeza. O chão não parecia limpo no quarto. Precisam trocar as toalhas, estão limpas, mas muito gastas, não parecem mais brancas.

Boa estadia pelo preço. Teria apreciado alguns potes e panelas e talheres nos quartos, mas consegui comprá-los no Walmart nas proximidades.O WiFi era rápido o suficiente para as minhas necessidades, e havia muitos restaurantes excelentes na área circundante.Pelo preço, eu recomendo ficar aqui.

Um lugar excelente, não é como um hotel comum, normalmente as estadias neste lugar são longas, então funciona de forma diferente, mas é muito bom, a atenção foi muito boa na minha chegada. Preço acordado com o local, é aconselhável fazer reserva online, pois os preços são altos se você chegar sem reserva. Muito recomendável.

Un excelente lugar, no es cómo un hotel regular, normalmente las estancias en éste lugar son largas por eso funciona diferente pero es muy bueno, la atención fue muy buena a mi llegada. Precio acordé al lugar, recomendable hacer reserva en línea, ya que los precios son elevados si llegas sin reserva. Muy recomendable.

Good stay for the price. Would have appreciated some pots and pans and cutlery in the rooms, but I was able to buy these from the Walmart nearby.
WiFi was fast enough for my needs, and there were a lot of great restaurants in the surrounding area.
For the price, I highly recommend staying here.

Una experiencia terrible. Se anuncian como hotel de 3 estrellas y ni a hotel llega. Es un albergue de mala calidad, sin servicio de limpieza, sucio, sin cambio de ropa de cama, la cocineta que anuncian no cuenta ni con un plato para usarse, un pequeño jabón para regadera y lavamanosy nada de shampoo, la ducha sin cancel lo que hace que se inunde todo el baño cada vez y debes comprar tu papel higiénico. Lo peor es que tiene precio de un hotel.

La instalaciones están muy bien, la cama muy comoda, el refrigerador muy amplio y buen microondas. Lamentablemente esta algo lejos del centro y no se podía hacer uso de la piscina ni del gimnasio. Algo bueno esque no se escucha ruido de otras habitaciones ni de la calle.

Bastante limpia la habitación, me gusto el hotel está cómodo, el trato con la recepcionista bastante normal. Él área de la piscina cerrada por COVID pero creo que no afectó en nada.

Bueno, bonito y económico. Tiene una gran ventaja, está al lado de una plaza comercial con todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Habitaciones con cocina y nevera. Tienen cuarto de lavadora al momento de necesitar ropa limpia. Piscina pequeña y gimnasio pequeño. Parking gratis. A 3 minutos a pie de la parada de transporte público.

VERY dirty room! We stayed for 2 nights and it was an awful stay. Rooms and beds are not cleaned properly and there was a lot of garbage left in the sink. The shower in room 332 is horrible and all the water comes out so that the entire bathroom was flooded. The AC is very loud, there is no mosquito net and you can only tilt the window a little bit to get some fresh air as the room feels very humid. There are no kitchenware or utensils at all. Not even a bottle of water as courtersy. We complained after the first night and were told that the manages is not there. They seem to be SAVING money on everything. Far from the center too. The wifi was very good though!

This room was uninhabitable. It smelled extremely musty due to the harmful black mold throughout. It was so bad I couldn’t stay there and had to check into another hotel. Even though the front desk lady agreed with me she refused a refund on a grimy room we never used.Additionally the pictures they use to show the hotel are fake. There is no parking lot out front it is on a scary rundown side road. The pool is not on the same side and the rooms are way way smaller and run down.

Fiquei hospedada nesse hotel pq vi muitas avaliações positivas. Realmente é espaçoso, mas o sistema de limpeza deles não funciona. O quarto estava com o lençol sujo, o chão imundo, aliás a limpeza do hotel não existe. Hotel sujo, cheio de sujeira. Não trocaram o lixo por 1 semana q fiquei hospedada. Deixaram 1 rolo de papel higiênico para 1 semana. Não há preocupação com o conforto do hospede. Tem cozinha com fogão, geladeira e microondas mas não tem 1 copo, 1 talher, 1 prato, 1 panela. Portanto não justifica tantos itens. Nem pedindo eles tem. Se quiser toalhas tem que ir na recepção pedir, se quiser papel higiênico, tem que ir na recepção. Não atendem o telefone. Os funcionários são mal educados. Experiência péssima. Não recomendo.

Se está procurando algo pra economizar até vale a pena mas não é bem localizado tem só 1 mercado Walmart próximo e durante toda minha estadia não foi lavado o banheiro a limpeza do quarto é péssima não tem porta no box vaza água pra todo banheiro se precisa de hospital não tem pública e turista eles se aproveitam não vá ao hospital galenia foi um senhor da recepção que fica no período da noite ele me indico lá o mais caro e o mais oportunista ainda me informaram que eles ganham comissão por indicação tem outros hospital muito mais baratos mas infelizmente fui premiada porque não conhecia nada por um filho fazemos tudo só um exemplo uma consulta foi 1.200 dólares isso que foi só o começo me cobraram muito mais que esse valor fui extorquidapor favor não faça igual a mim antes de fazer um seguro saúde no Brasil olhe o que cobre leve pesos é a melhor opção o melhor recepcionista foi um rapazinho Ronaldo muito atencioso se precisa de qualquer coisa fale com ele que ele tem boas indicações ..

It was cheap, clean, and comfortable. It is in a quiet and safe area very close to the airport. We only needed for one night and it worked great. Nice shower with great water. AC if you need it (we didn't and it was the 29th of December).

The Hotel is new and nice. Furnished with a good looking furniture.We had to wait more than 20 minutes to the receptionist who went to buy something in the near shopping center for tomorrow's morning breakfast...The "security" guy in the meanwhile wasn't helpful as he didn't speak English. But we used google translate so it was fine.It is a good and not pricey solution for a short stay and to be near to the airport and close to a shopping center.Finally, we asked the receptionist to order for us a 4 am taxi from the hotel to the airport and the driver was there perfectly on time (450$pesos one way). That was very convenient.Overall, if we will have to stay near the airport again we will choose this hotel again.
