Fiquei muito desapontado com o serviço. Estava hospedado no 2°piso onde os WC têm banheira e vista para a rua principal. Fui informado no 2° dia que tinha de mudar de quarto por cause de obras que já estavam previstasà minha chegada. Algo insólito, pior era 1hora da manhã quando fui informado estava a chegar ao hotel depois de um cansativo dia de trabalho, ter de arrumar tudo e mudar de quatro. Não houve um pedido de desculpas nem uma atenção no preço pois o quarto para onde fui era mais barato ficava no piso zero sem banheira e com vista para as traseiras do prédio. Este tipo de atitudes revelam arrogância por parte de uma empresa internacional. Não aconselho a estadia neste empreendimento. Será de certo a ultima, Timisoara tem outros excelentes hóteis.

This hotel is not 4* in any aspect. I received for some reason the handicap room, whereas the place was not full, and it was really inconvenient. The room smelled bad, the toilet seat was dirty as well as other parts of the bathroom. I had the AC running all night to get some air, as the windows cannot be opened, but this is somewhat noisy and I could not really cool down the room even on full power. The staff is not competent or helpful at all, on the best days they were doing avarage job - 20-30 mins waiting for someone to serve us at the bar at 9 (we were the only gueste, there was a brb sign left there) which is supposed to be open until 11, but closes actually much earlier. Receptionist did not even give direction to the room or to the restaurant, just upon asking for it. The room was not cleaned daily, they just emptied the bin. The breakfast was also not 4* quality, the vegetables were not fresh and have been sliced in gigantic pieces. Some positive things I can highlight is the good coffee and the location - there is a park behind and from the bar you have a quite place to sit outside.

Really nice hotel, close to the center of the city and the view is also exceptional, it is placed near a park.
The staff is really friendly. Also the rooms are clean and nicely organized.

OiCheguei na recepção do hotel no dia 10 de junho às 9h, deixei minha bagagem no guarda-roupa porque era muito cedo para fazer o check-in.Voltei à noite para pegar o quarto, notei que faltavam algumas coisas na minha bagagem, mas me recusei a acreditar que em um hotel 4 estrelas, em Timisoara, algo assim pudesse acontecer. Resolvi dar-lhes a presunção de inocência pensando que talvez tivesse deixado em casa o que percebi que estava faltando.Menciono que a única vez que a bagagem não estava comigo foi quando a deixei no hotel.Cheguei em casa, os objetos não estão e a conclusão lógica é que eles foram roubados da minha bagagem enquanto ela ficou no guarda-roupa.Entrei em contato com o hotel, mas além das desculpas, não recebi mais nada da promessa de uma investigação interna que não levará a lugar nenhum.Meu erro é que não notifiquei imediatamente a equipe quando notei que algo estava faltando, mas na verdade me recusei a acreditar que isso poderia acontecer ..... Ainda estou em estado de choque.Eu sei que serei prejudicado, mas minha esperança é que algumas verificações ou investigações sejam feitas para que isso não aconteça com os outros.

Terrible experience, never stay again. I have been to many hotels all over world, but not seen such a bad management and staff. You can see another customer in the room while you are naked, missing items cannot be provided, such as soap!! Non smiling staff faces etc

Quarto é bom, espaçoso, confortável e bem decorado. O check-in / check-out é flexível, aluguel gratuito de bicicletas, perto do rio e do parque, a uma curta caminhada (15 minutos) até a cidade velha, no entanto, a equipe da recepção arruinou completamente nossa experiência geral no hotel NH. Passamos o resto da nossa estadia em outro lugar (6 noites) depois de ficar uma noite no NH.

Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e bem equipados, mas os de frente para a rua são um pouco barulhentos. O café da manhã é decente, com café muito bom e deliciosas especialidades tradicionais. A equipe é simpática e prestativa e há uma caminhada de 20 minutos até o centro da cidade.

Muito bom hotel. Os recepcionistas foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os quartos são muito grandes, com ambiente agradável, com espaço de escritório onde você pode trabalhar. Adorei o fato de que eles têm várias coisas no banheiro, como condicionador de cabelo, loção para mãos e corpo, além do gel de banho e xampu.

Quite good hotel. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The rooms are very big with nice setting, with office space where you can work on. I loved the fact that they have multiple things on bathroom like hair conditioner, hand and body lotion besides the shower gel and shampoo.

The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped but the ones facing the street are a little noisy. The breakfast is decent, with pretty good coffee and delicious traditional specialties. The staff is friendly and helpful and there’s a 20 min walk to the city center.

Room is nice, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Check-in/out is flexible, free bicycle rental, near the river and Park, short walk (15mins) to the old town HOWEVER the front desk staff just completely ruined our overall experience in NH hotel. We spent REST of our stay elsewhere (6 nights) after staying one night in NH.
