Elli and Agatha were the best waiters we have ever met. They sang for my birthday and served cake. I highly enjoyed the visit to their bar.

Clean room but dated entertainment tech. Asked for one queen sized bed, but got two twin beds pushed together. Beds were too firm for comfort. Service and location were great.

Amazing hotel in a great location. The 2nd Day the water stopped working in our room and the service and niceness of staff was incredible to get us into a new suitable room. I want to come back to Berlin and this hotel be first on my list to see if it's available.

Great location and very clean. The breakfast is good, but the feeling in this big hall is not very cozy and a little bit like in a train station. Good price for a quite room in the middle of Berlin.

Hotel central, na zona da " ilha dos museus ", com quarto muito confortável e de cores claras. Pequeno almoço, incluído, por escolha pessoal, muito bom. Fora do hotel, não teria aquela qualidade. Pessoal do hotel formal , mas atencioso. No restaurante do hotel, fomos atendidas, por uma funcionária, muito simpática e faladora, o que nos agradou. Gostei muito deste hotel. Se voltar a Berlim, será a minha escolha.

Muy bonito el hotel. Desayuno es super bueno. Muy cómodo y en muy buena ubicación. Las vistas son muy chulas también... La única pega es que el work corner, las impresoras no tienen toner y no las puedes usar.... pero el chico de recepción busco un hotel cercano para poder imprimir el documento que necesitaba.

Great room very spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay at a NH Hotel in Germany. Very pleasant experience both the times. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the automatic pancake maker was enjoyed thoroughly by our daughter.Only 1 minute from the convenient Friedrichstrasse Bahnhof, easy to get around and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance from the hotel.I would definitely stay at NH in my next visit to Germany.

Good location and the decoration here is really nice. The living space was cozy, the overall aesthetic is enough to make you want to pull out your phone and take a photo of everything. It really felt like your own place in Berlin rather than a standard hotel, which made for a different level of relaxation I haven't had from any other stay before.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Berlin near tram, U-bahn, S-bahn and train station, and close to major sights like Museuminsel, Brandenburger Tor and Gendarmenmarkt. We had a 55 square meter suite for our family (two adults, two kids), which was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned well. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but arranged our own breakfast with fresh bread and pastry from the bakeries across the street in Friedrichstrasse station. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel. Immaculate and quiet rooms. Very helpful staff. We got the train from the airport and it arrived across from the hotel. The tour bus routes start a block away. A fantastic start point from which to start your discovery of Berlin.

El hotel esta bien, la ubicación es inmejorable de Berlin, ahora bien como critica constructiva, el tema de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. En la habitación 623 el water esta que da pena, yo creo que no esta sucio pero si esta muy deteriorado, al igual que la tapa. El lavabo estaba roto el tapón. El calienta agua roto también. Los dos canales de información española tampoco se veían, ningún día de los 8 que estuve en el hotel. Por lo demás camas cómodasy la habitación con espacio suficiente.

Totally NH hotels are my favorite and first to go, since the quality is quite high. We had good 5nights stay in NH Friedrichstraße. The standard rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean. Two things were interesting and delightful for me in here, and it was my first experience, that we can rent bike from hotel which is awesome opportunity and you get free drink tickets if we forgo each day room cleaning. Very nice win win environmental friendly measurements.

Hotel bem localizado, principalmente se você é turista. Ótimo conexão de transportes públicos. Café da manhã bom mais super repetitivo, para 3 dias está bem, se ficar mais que esse tempo então enjoa fácil. Excelente el servicio de los trabajadores! La habitación estuvo perfecta para mi familia. (Dos adultos y tres niños) el desayuno también fue bastante variado para satisfacer a mis niños. El precio es por tres noches también me pareció justo— especialmente cuando estas tan cerca de todo.

Very good location. Room was clean and reasonably well-kept. Staff was very friendly. EV charging in the underground garage. Breakfast below average. Noisy breakfast room (hall), coffee machine broken (couldn’t add milk), several food items missing (name-tag was there, but no food) - Apple juice, soft/hard boiled eggs, cake not there. Bagels were dry and uninspiring. The rest of the breakfast offerings were good and varied.
All in all I liked staying here, the things with the breakfast aside, and I think the hotel delivers good value for the money.

La ubicación es excelente, estás en plena Friedrichstrasse andando al lado de todo el centro y pegado a la estación de tren. El hotel es precioso, chulísimo. El desayuno súper variado y rico, había una persona haciendo tortillas francesas y huevos revueltos con lo que tú quisieras añadir. La habitación está bien de tamaño, no es muy muy grande, y la limpieza está muy bien. La atención es correcta. Volvería de cabeza!

He pasado un fin de semana y la estadía fue excelente. La habitación grande, espaciosa y cómoda. Los desayunos abundantes, variados y con un café envidiable! Sólo un inconveniente con la puerta de la habitación y en 20min estuvo solucionado. Excelente atención, repetiría sin dudarlo.

Excelentes habitaciones y bun trato con el personal del Hotel.La atención en la sala de convenciones muy profesional. Buena barra nocturna para tomar una copa antes de retirarse. Precio acorde a su categoría.No es económico.
