A 5km das principais atrações. Para quem está de carro é tranquilo. Pode parar no hotel (14 euros) ou na rua em frente (gratuito das 19h as 9h de seg a sex e de sab das 12h ate seg as 9h). O hotel se apresenta como 4 estrelas mas espere um razoavel 2,5 a 3. Paredes com manchas de limpeza (nao pintam) e paredes com humidade do WC. Hotel carece de reforma nos quartos, ja recepcao e cafe da manha (19,90 euros.. caro) é bem apresentado... Evite o quarto 611 (me oferecido como upgrade)

No AC in the hotel! How in the world a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel does not have AC and charge €90 per day? We weren’t able to sleep all night due to extremely hot weather. Pillows were clean but they were so soft that we could not use them. Instead, we used the comforters as pillows since there were no need for comforters in such a hot weather! We were four and given two rooms, but we could not fully enjoy it due to the sweltering weather in the room. Do not recommend to anyone until they install ACs.

This hotel doesn't have AC, temperature in the room is more than 30 degrees during night. I am not able to sleep and with open window there is lot of noise from street. Huge disappointment, do not recommend anyone who wants to relax and rest!

Habitaciones amplias, las camas bastante comodas, falta mantenimiento, limpieza la justa, el desayuno algo caro para lo que es, 19 €. El personal bastante prepotente y nadie habla español !!El wiffi muy malo. Calidad precio razonable.

Receptionist gave me a hard time for booking through Expedia. Booking listed twin bed and bath but the room had only a tiny shower and narrow single bed. Receptionist told me if I wanted those features, I should have called them before arrival and requested them. Paperthin walls. My room was on ground floor facing the parking garage. Cherry on top? No airconditioning. How is this a 170 euro a night 4 star hotel?

Have stayed here 3 times since 2014. The first time was during the 2014 football World Cup that Germany won. There was a big buzz within the city and this was reflected while staying in the hotel. Always found the staff friendly and helpful plus they speak English. However, I can speak/ understand some Deutsche. Only tried the breakfast once and plenty of choice although a bit expensive. Rooms are always clean and single beds are more like queen size plus very comfortable. Showers are pretty powerful. Sadly (2019) the bar is now closed but an alternative option of a large fridge cooler with beer and soft drinks- even chilled glasses. You pay the concierge/ reception staff. The beer prices are very reasonable for a hotel in a major city.

Myself and my husband stayed at NH Berlin City West on 14th & 15th of December 2019.
Our stay was delightful and made especially enjoyable by Mr Metselaar & Julia!
Our room was fab & we enjoyed a quiet Stay with a very comfortable bed.
I especially liked the snacks at reception & complimentary sweets on the front desk!

Every thing is good except no air conditioner. I stayed two days and both days water 85 degrees. Otherwise it should be four stars.

No está mal el hotel, es verdad que para ser un NH no está a la altura de otros hoteles de la cadena ya que las instalaciones son antiguas, se nota sobretodo en la calidad de las puertas, moqueta y baño. Lo mejor la cama y la ubicación cercana al una boca de metro

Está ubicado a media cuadra del metro con el que se puede hacer combinaciones para todas partes. Hay varios restaurantes en la zona . El hotel es muy cómodo con un muy buen desayuno bufete.Alquilan bicicletas. Muy recomendado.

El lobby con todo lo que aplica recepción y lugar para desayunar y cenar perfecto, pero las habitaciones son horribles son de la Post Guerra no tienen aire acondicionado, se escucha todo el ruido de afuera dentro de la habitación y las almohadas son horrible; pero la atención del personal es 5 Estrellas al igual que el bufete del desayuno

Habitación extremadamente grande, un buen servicio de llegada, dulces y jugo gratis en la entrada, y un completo y satisfactorio desayuno. Buena vista hacia el Zoo de Berlin y en cercanía media al centro. A pocos pasos de una estación de metro. Buen hotel a buen precio, uno se recibe una grata sorpresa al ver tanta comodidad en un lugar así.

Uno de los mejores hoteles de los que me he alojado en Europa. Habitaciones con mucho espacio y comodidad, personal super atento y desayuno completo. Un poco alejado del centro, pero en la esquina esta la boca de subte. Son dos estaciones (boleto minimo) hasta el Zoo y de ahi el bus número 100 hace un recorrido turístico por todo el centro de Berlín.

La habitación que me han dado era Family y era muy grande. Constaba de un salón con mesa y sofá. ..sillones...más el dormitorio. Una pena haber estado solo. El buffet del desayuno variado y correcto para un hotel de estas características. Silencioso por la noche y conformable.
