El personal no corresponde a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Después de 40 minutos, mi tortilla de desayuno todavía no estaba allí. El agua de la ducha no se drenaba y tuve que informar dos veces antes de que se hiciera algo.

The staff does not correspond to a 4 star hotel. After 40 minutes my breakfast omelette was still not there. The water in the shower did not drain and had to report it twice before anything was done.

Almorzar en el restaurante Viva Porto, ubicado en el flamante hotel Neya, es una experiencia que despierta los sentidos y deleita la vista del río Duero y el excelente servicio. La deliciosa comida, servida con refinamiento y mucha atención por parte del personal. Estuvimos allí en un grupo de 4 amigos y además de disfrutar de la comida tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar la azotea, que ofrece una elegante estructura de bar e impresionantes vistas del Duero.
