Os quartos são agradáveis e limpos. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. A localização do hotel é única. Cozinha: boa (sopa de peixe muito boa, saladas frescas e molho fino, risoto e espaguete definitivamente devem ser melhorados).

Hotel único que ama a natureza. Toda a equipe, sem exceção, muito agradável, amigável e competente. Várias salas com equipamentos mais antigos ou mais novos e com ou sem vista. Adoraria voltar. Este ano, foi falado alemão suíço ou francês. Senti-me muito bem nos arredores suíços.

Dou a este hotel 2 começa apenas por respeito à equipe. (não gestão, apenas a equipe).Nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim em nenhum hotel na Suíça (não só no mundo). O gerenciamento é muito ruim. Definitivamente, eles não deveriam estar no setor de serviços. Eles são rudes, arrogantes e hostis às crianças.Hotel precisa de uma renovação geral. Os quartos estão em muito mau estado. Preço pago vs qualidade é muito baixo. O café da manhã era medíocre e não há qualidade nem atenção aos detalhes.Também tivemos uma experiência muito ruim no restaurante do hotel, mas escrevi um outro comentário para isso. Gostaria apenas de referir que os hóspedes do hotel não têm prioridade no restaurante. Isso significa que você pode ficar no hotel, mas não pode comer no restaurante.Visitamos este hotel durante a Covid-19 (dentro das medidas de relaxamento do BAG) e além de termos 2 desinfetantes para as mãos (um na entrada do hotel e outro na entrada do restaurante), não vimos nenhuma outra medida. Quando questionados, disseram que têm 1,5 metros entre as mesas mas não era verdade. (Ver foto)A ÚNICA coisa boa sobre este hotel é a vista e a praia. No entanto, você sempre pode pagar 3,5 CHF e obter um passe diário e usá-lo como quiser.E alguns membros da equipe são muito simpáticos e fazem o possível para servir.

I give this hotel 2 starts just out of respect to the staff. (not management, just the staff).
I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel in Switzerland (not only in the world). Management is very bad. They should definitely not be in the service sector. They are rude, arrogant, and child unfriendly.
Hotel needs an overall renovation. Rooms are in very bad condition. Price paid vs quality is very low. Breakfast was mediocre and there is no quality nor attention to details.
We also had a very bad experience at the hotel restaurant but I have written an other review for that. I just would like to mention here that hotel guests are not given any priority at the restaurant. That means you can stay at the hotel but may not eat at the restaurant.
We have visited this hotel during Covid-19 (within the relaxation measures of BAG) and apart from having 2 hand sanitizers (one at the hotel entrance and the other one at the restaurant entrance) we have not seen any other measure. When asked they said they have 1.5meters between the tables but it was not true. (See photo)
The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the view and the beach. However you can always pay 3.5 CHF and get a daily pass and use it as you like.
And some staff members are very nice and they try their best to serve.

Don’t know where to start.. My worst experience in Switzerland since years..
We stayed both in the hotel and ate at the restaurant..
Keywords: rude, discriminative, ignorant
- Kids are NOT welcome here.. The moment the restaurant manager saw us reserving a table for dinner, she interrupted the receptionist and recommended us to go to a pizza place instead.. Can you be more rude?
- Service is very slow, takes hours to have a meal
- Hotel rooms are old and needs investment, especially for the price they charge
- The hotel has no measurements for the COVID19, especially the restaurant and breakfast buffet
View is great, but you can pay only 3.5 CHF and use all the facilities around, no need to stay there...

Este hotel tem excelentes vistas de todos os lados. O hotel pode ser antigo, mas é muito limpo e organizado. Não há serviços de quarto, mas a casa mantendo-nos excelentes, eles fazem um excelente trabalho. Uma das melhores coisas que eu gosto neste hotel é a alta pressão da água que você começa no chuveiro. Eu estive em muitos hotéis antes deste, o hotel Strand era melhor do que todos eles. Uma dica se você tiver grande bagagem, pedir-lhes um quarto no primeiro andar, eles não têm elevador. A passagem de ônibus que eles dão-lhe apenas levá-lo de e para a Estação Interlaken oeste apenas por isso não é tão útil como outros hotéis em Genebra. Eu recomendo este hotel para o preço excelentes vistas.

This hotel have excellent views from all sides. The hotel might be old but it's very neat and organized. There are no room services whatsoever but the house keeping us excellent, they do great job. One of the best thing I like in this hotel is water high pressure that you get on the shower. I been in many hotels before this one, Strand hotel was better then all of them in this. One tip if you have big luggage, ask them for a room in tge first floor, they don't have elevator. The bus ticket they give you only take you to and from west Interlaken Station only so its not that useful like other hotels in Geneva. I highly recommend this hotel for the price excellent views.

A pergunta clássica é: "você ficaria lá de novo?" A resposta curta é não.

A very relaxing place for a holiday. A ferry terminal is just located behind the Neuhaus Hotel which is very convenient to visit the nearby cities around the Thunersee. The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, though not air-conditioned.

I am ranking this location as 3 start because: + Great location by the lake. + Spotless clean rooms and bathrooms. + Friendly staff - Overpriced for a 3 star hotel. - Rooms do not block noise. - Poor breakfast. - Very bad coffee. The classic question is: "would you stay there again?". The short answer is no.

La localización es muy buena y las vistas fantásticas. A unos kms de Interlaken, en el hotel te dan acceso gratis l barco y bus. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero correctas y limpias. El desayuno es completo. El restaurante muy recomendable y no muy caro.
