Can not recommend enough! My Husband and I went for 1 week and was our first time in Costa Rica. We have been to several highly rated resorts throughout US, Mexico, and Jamaica, but were blown away by the outstanding service. All of the staff are friendly and go out of their way to be personable and make your experience as great as possible. We had an issue with our first villa and management went above and beyond to correct the situation. The resort itself is beautiful and feels very private. All of our meals were outstanding, but the chef's menu at Amora Loco was our favorite. I also highly recommend getting a massage at the spa. By half way through the trip we were already talking about when we would go back. The resort and Costa Rica as a whole just feel magical. Não posso recomendar o suficiente! Meu marido e eu fomos por 1 semana e foi nossa primeira vez na Costa Rica. Estivemos em vários resorts altamente cotados nos EUA, México e Jamaica, mas ficamos impressionados com o excelente serviço. Nayara Springs was top notch! The employees were beyond kind and helpful. The best service we have ever had. The entire grounds were so beautiful and large. There was so much to do just at the resort and they also had excursions you could book through the hotel. The rooms are seriously so spacious. Tons of pools and great restaurants. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

Melhor resort que eu já fiquei na minha vida, e provavelmente nunca vou ficar! Eu estava aqui por quatro noites para minha lua de mel com meu marido. Tudo foi excepcional - desde o serviço, ao ambiente, à comida, aos passeios e à experiência no spa. A arquitetura do resort é incrível. Você se sente como se estivesse realmente no meio da floresta tropical. Há trilhas para caminhada em todo o resort, onde você pode avistar macacos, preguiças e vários pássaros. As villas são de tirar o fôlego e aproveitamos a piscina privativa todos os dias. Estamos morrendo de vontade de ficar aqui novamente no futuro.

Absolutamente amei a nossa estadia lá. Nós nos sentimos tão mimados e apreciamos cada detalhe. As vistas eram lindas, o paisagismo era perfeito, a equipe era tão incrivelmente agradável.A única coisa que eu não gostei foi que eles estragaram algumas das minhas roupas quando lavaram minha roupa :( Comprei um lindo vestido na loja de presentes e o lavei na lavanderia e as alças agora estão quebradas. A camisas de casal também tiveram a cor removida. Ainda aguardando uma resolução para isso.

Best resort I've ever stayed at in my life, and probably will ever stay at!I was here for four nights for my honeymoon with my husband.Everything was exceptional - from the service, to the ambiance, to the food, to the tours, and the spa experience.The architecture of the resort is incredible.You feel as if you are truly in the middle of the rainforest.There are walking paths throughout the resort where you can spot monkeys, sloths, and various birds.The villas are breathtaking and we took advantage of the private plunge pool everyday.We are dying to stay here again in the future.

ALTAMENTE RECOMENDADO. Lugar muito especial. Fomos para nossa lua de mel. É um lindo resort entrelaçado com a floresta tropical e com EXCELENTE equipe. Existem 5 fontes termais na propriedade e 3 piscinas, todas com bares aquáticos. Tivemos um momento tão relaxante e fizemos amizade com vários dos outros casais lá. É uma boa mudança em relação aos resorts de praia típicos, especialmente se você gosta de animais. Em 4 dias vimos 2 preguiças, bugios, um macaco-aranha, 2 tucanos, sapos venenosos e uma víbora (em um passeio fora do local). Eles também oferecem uma dúzia de excursões, a maioria das quais não conseguimos aproveitar. As pontes suspensas e o passeio pelas cachoeiras com Maria foram super divertidos - ela foi uma ótima anfitriã para passar o dia e muito bem informada sobre a floresta tropical e todos os animais diferentes que vimos. Ela até trouxe um telescópio para nos ajudar a tirar algumas fotos incríveis. Nossa outra pessoa favorita foi Cristian, o barman, que preparou deliciosos coquetéis personalizados para nós nas fontes termais.Este lugar é incrível para casais que gostam de natureza e animais e querem férias relaxantes.

How do we even begin to explain how amazing everything was at Nayara Springs? From beginning to end it was one of the best experience's of any Hotel/Resort we have ever been to. It was our honeymoon and Nayara pampered us beyond belief. The hot springs, the coffee shop, the entire property, the private dinner, the service, the food, the pools, the drinks all top notch. Anything we needed at any time, they took care of. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our time there except it was too short. Nayara truly made our honeymoon exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Very special place. We went for our honeymoon. It’s a beautiful resort intertwined with the rainforest and with EXCELLENT staff. There are 5 hot springs on the property and 3 pools all with swim up bars. We had such a relaxing time and made friends with several of the other couples there. It’s a nice change up from typical beach resorts, especially if you like animals. In 4 days we saw 2 sloths, howler monkeys, a spider monkey, 2 toucans, poison dart frogs and a viper (on a tour off-site). They also offer a dozen excursions, most of which we didn’t get to take advantage of. The hanging bridges and waterfall tour with Maria was super fun - she was a great host to spend the day with and so knowledgeable about the rain forest and all the different animals we saw. She even brought a telescope to help us catch some amazing pictures. Our other favorite person was Cristian the bartender who prepared delicious custom cocktails for us by the hot springs.
This place is amazing for couples who like nature & animals and want a relaxing vacation.

Tão legal.O bar de vinhos, massagens, spa - tudo 10/10.As caminhadas ao longo dela pareciam uma aventura por conta própria.Recomendaria 100% para uma viagem especial.A única reclamação é o restaurante asiático que fomos para foi muito ruim, mas não posso culpar o hotel por isso (não tenho certeza da conexão).

Este lugar é realmente incrível. Acho que até o melhor resort que já ficamos e vale o preço. Os quartos/pátios são absolutamente lindos e têm tudo o que você precisa: lindo chuveiro ao ar livre, aquecedores de toalhas, toneladas de espaço no balcão do banheiro, chinelos/roupões, água fresca e gelo, além de trufas à noite, frutas frescas (gostaria de tentar mais, mas estávamos sempre tão cheios dos restaurantes), serviço de lavanderia, comodidades úteis, etc. A piscina privada também era aquecida, o que foi um toque perfeito, especialmente à noite quando esfria.Também quero acrescentar que as bebidas foram as melhores que tivemos na Costa Rica e a comida também era de primeira qualidade, assim como o bar de café expresso! Minha única sugestão é expandir o menu de tapas no bar de tapas.Eu também daria ao spa 5/5. Os serviços são maravilhosos, assim como seus recursos (bons óleos, mais chuveiros ao ar livre, vinho/chá enquanto espera, etc).Por fim, adorei especialmente o fato de a equipe estar tão interessada nos animais e sapos locais e que o hotel é tão ecológico. Há muito para explorar (adorava ver animais em todos os lugares)! O hotel ainda oferece lanternas para ajudá-lo a procurar animais à noite. Por duas vezes, os motoristas de carroça nos ajudaram a encontrar sapos à noite! Eu definitivamente quero voltar.

This place is really amazing. I think even the best resort we've ever stayed at and worth the price. The rooms/patios are absolutely beautiful and have everything you'd ever need: beautiful outdoor shower, towel heaters, tons of bathroom counter space, slippers/robes, fresh water and ice, beside truffles in the evening, fresh fruit (wish we tried more, but we were always so full from the restaurants), laundry service, useful amenities, etc. The private pool was also heated, which was a perfect touch, especially at night when it cools down.
I also want to add, the drinks were the best we had in Costa Rica and the food was top quality as well, as was the espresso bar! My only suggestion is to expand the tapas menu at the tapas bar.
I'd also give the spa 5/5. The services are wonderful as are their resources (good oils, more outdoor showers, wine/tea while you wait, etc).
Lastly, I especially loved that the staff were so interested in the local animals and frogs and that the hotel is so eco-friendly. There is so much to explore (I loved seeing animals everywhere)! The hotel even provides flashlights to help you look for animals at night. Twice, the cart drivers helped us find frogs in the evening! I definitely want to come back.

This place was out of this world nice. 5 stars hardly describes it. The staff were amazing ( which there were like 5000 people working there at a anytime). From check in they handled everything, gave us a tour and info - made me feel very comfortable and welcomed.
The rooms were AMAZING with a private pool and like 4 shower heads.
The room service was great and delicious. They cleaned out clothes for free. They would come pick you up in a golf cart to get around. Just so cool.
The wine bar, massages, spa - all 10/10.
The walks throughout it felt like an adventure on its own.
Would 100% recommend for a special treat trip.
Only complaint is the Asian based restaurant we went to was really bad, but can't really blame the hotel for that (not sure of the connection).

My husband and I spent 7 nights at Nayara Gardens and it was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were understated elegance with a private pool and outdoor shower that is beyond expectations. The food at all the restaurants was delicious and lots of options. And the customer service was superb for every interaction with staff from the you arrive until you leave. Relaxing spa services with beautiful backdrop and authentic rain forest sounds. Great excursions or just relaxing by the Springs adult only pool having food and beverages delivered to your private cabana. Numerous hot springs at various temps to suite your desires. This was a vacation of a life time from an experienced and frequent traveler.
