Este boutique hotel está perfeitamente situado no centro de Madelena, perto do porto e de restaurantes muito bons. Os quartos são acolhedores, limpos e confortáveis. Nossa anfitriã Débora foi super prestativa e gentil. Altamente recomendado!!

Excellent rooms, we had the studio and it has a nice reading corner with a great view over the church and the distant sea. Pretty roomy with a sofa, full kitchen, washing machine (detergent is provided) and AC. Super friendly and helpful

Ficamos aqui por 3 noites enquanto estávamos no Pico. Fomos recebidos por Barbara, que foi realmente ótima e compartilhou algumas ótimas dicas. O quarto é super confortável e realmente preparado com alguns detalhes bem pensados (como várias tomadas, uma pequena mesa, produtos de banho, espelho de corpo inteiro, armário, etc.) e ainda por cima ficamos surpresos com café, chá, chocolates e biscoitos que fizeram nossa estadia ainda mais agradável. E, claro, a localização não poderia ser melhor.

Nós estávamos lá na baixa temporada, tempo de Corona 4 noites. Recebemos uma recepção calorosa em nossa chegada. Mas tivemos que pedir todas as informações, desde a hora do café da manhã até dicas sobre a ilha. Os restaurantes que nos foram recomendados naquele dia (era Domingo), estavam todos fechados. Durante toda a nossa estadia, nem o lixo foi esvaziado, nem o quarto foi limpo, nem a cama feita. A caixa de boas-vindas e a água, bem como a renovação das toalhas, eram boas. A cama em nosso quarto era pequena para 2 adultos e os quartos são muito barulhentos. Você pode ouvir a equipe da cozinha ou os convidados do restaurante lá de baixo. Além disso, é a vista para um pátio interno não saboroso. O café da manhã, se é que você pode chamá-lo assim, começa às 9 da manhã. Inclui 1 sanduíche com queijo e fiambre ou torrada. A pedido, recebíamos torradas com mel e manteiga. O café era bom. Se quiser tomar o café da manhã antes das 9h, você tem que ir ao bar do porto. Mas nos disseram apenas o nome do bar e não onde e no Google ele não foi encontrado. Procuramos o bar às 7h30 da manhã e finalmente encontramos croissants com manteiga e um pãozinho. Aqui também nos ofereceram um sanduíche, mas perguntei se poderíamos comer os 2 croissants com manteiga e o pãozinho. Conseguimos, mas a mulher atrás do balcão estava longe de estar feliz. Nas duas vezes seguintes, quando entramos no bar e ela nos viu, escondeu os croissants com manteiga. Realmente ultrajante. Infelizmente, devido a esses eventos, não posso recomendar o albergue.

Nos alojamos aquí por 3 noches mientras estábamos en Pico. Nos recibió Barbara, que fue realmente genial y compartió con nosotros algunos buenos consejos. La habitación es súper cómoda y realmente preparada con algunos detalles bien pensados (como varios enchufes, un pequeño escritorio, artículos de tocador, espejo de cuerpo entero, armario, etc.) y además nos sorprendió con café, té, chocolates y galletas que hicieron Nuestra estancia aún más agradable. Y, por supuesto, la ubicación no podría ser mejor.

La cama de nuestra habitación era bastante pequeña para 2 adultos y las habitaciones son muy ruidosas. Puede escuchar al equipo de cocina oa los invitados del restaurante desde abajo. Además está la vista a un patio interior no sabroso. El desayuno, si es que puede llamarlo así, comienza a las 9 a.m. Hay 1 sándwich con queso y jamón o tostada. A pedido, recibimos tostadas con miel y mantequilla. El café estaba bien. Si quieres desayunar antes de las 9 a.m., tienes que ir al bar del puerto. Pero solo nos dijeron el nombre del bar y no dónde y en Google no se podía encontrar. Así que buscamos el bar a las 7:30 de la mañana y finalmente encontramos que había croissants de mantequilla y un panecillo. Aquí también nos ofrecieron un sándwich, pero pregunté si podíamos comer los 2 croissants de mantequilla y el panecillo. Lo conseguimos, pero la mujer detrás del mostrador estaba lejos de ser feliz. Las siguientes dos veces, cuando entramos en el bar y nos vio, escondió los croissants de mantequilla. Realmente indignante. Desafortunadamente, debido a estos eventos, no puedo recomendar el albergue.

The restaurants that were recommended to us that day (it was Sunday), they were all closed. During our entire stay, neither the garbage was emptied, the room cleaned, nor the bed made up. The welcome box and the water as well as the renewal of the towels was good. The bed in our room was rather small for 2 adults and the rooms are very noisy. You can hear the kitchen crew or restaurant guests from below. Further is the view into a not tasty inner courtyard. Breakfast, if you can even call it that, starts at 9 a.m. There is 1 sandwich with cheese and ham or toast. Upon request, we received toast with honey and butter. The cafe was good. If you want to have breakfast before 9 a.m., you have to go to the bar at the harbor. But we were only told the name of the bar and not where and on Google it was not to be found. So we looked for the bar at 7:30 in the morning. Finally found there was butter croissants and a roll. Here, too, we were offered a sandwich, but I asked if we could have the 2 butter croissants and the bread roll. We got it, but the woman behind the counter was far from happy. The next two times when we got into the bar and she saw us she hid the butter croissants. Really outrageous. Unfortunately, due to these events, I cannot recommend the hostel.

We stayed here for 3 nights while we were in Pico. We were received by Barbara, which was really great and shared with us some great tips. The room is super comfortable and really prepared with some thoughtful details (like multiple outlets, a small desk, bathroom amenities, full length mirror, closet, etc) and on top of that we were surprised with coffee, tea, chocolates and cookies which made our stay even more enjoyable. And of course, the location couldn't be better.
