The rooms are small, but that didn’t bother us. The breakfast was good and sufficient.
Parking is 15€ per 24 hours.
The surrounding area is shady and dirty, but relatively close to the centre.
The only bigger minus was that housekeeping woke us up in the morning, and just entered while we were still sleeping! They should first check with the reception if the room is empty!

I stayed at Munich Inn Design Hotel in November 2022. It was a decent price and within my budget and an excellent location.
I had a scare in regards to my reservation, but the kind gentleman up front was able to fix the issue reasonably quick. (It was a debit card issue)
I can't speak for other seasons of the year, but staying here in late fall/early winter was a mixed bag. I had a room on the 7th floor, which, while it having a nice terrace included, was rather chilly at times. Especially in the bathroom. There is no central heating, but there is a radiator in the main area of the room. The size of the room suited my needs, as I was traveling in Munich solo. The 7th floor also has no elevator access. So, be prepared to lug your luggage up a flight of curved stairs.
Breakfast was good and there was a variety of things to eat and drink. The breakfast area was clean and the staff there were pleasant. It did the trick for fuel for a day out and about.
The bathroom is a good size, but the shower is quite small so you have to be careful not to hit your joints against the faucet. Hot water at times was sporadic. There was also no curtains on the bathroom window (at least in my room) so you do feel exposed. There is a small set of shampoo/bodywash/conditioner provided. But there are no small washcloths, only big towels. Please bring a small washcloth or loofah to scrub with. Iron/ironing-boards and hair-dryers are available upon request at the front desk, with a small cash deposit.
My room was clean upon arrival and also when I requested service. I found no issues as far as cleanliness goes.
Would I stay here again? Possibly not. But I also don't condemn my experience either, since of course, I was rarely in the room anyway except to sleep and shower, etc. The location was excellent. You are a short walk from Hauptbahnhof Main Station. The hotel is to your immediate south of the station.
If you stay here, please remember to be kind to your hotel staff.(unless they're rude of course, which I didn't encounter)

It was one of my worst hotel experience, terrible building with old windows (zero sound and heat isolation) . We couldn’t sleep at all. Breakfast was like a joke - no eggs! Rude personnel + no luggage room. The bathroom was so dirty that we couldn’t use is.

Spent 2 nights, room floor is old and no carpet. Bed is too small and not very comfortable. TV has huge number of channels that are not working so to find a working one isn't an easy job and better to shut it down. Bathroom is small but OK. Shower is too small that you hit the faucet (shower mixer) and water turns either to hot or freezing. The weather was good but I'm wandering if it was cold because I have doubts the heaters would be OK.
Street is very noisy and room isolation is not good.
Breakfast is OK. I was in building b so I had to exit to street to go to the main building for breakfast.
Checkout is at 11! Which is too early, however the reception allowed to stay till 12.

Good stay- comfortable bed, great breakfast and lovely friendly people on the check in and out. Only thing was that the room was EXTREMELY hot and the fan was just blowing hot air around! I suppose was better than nothing. Came with my family - one room had a hair dryer and the other room didn't. Safes in both and a tv in both. Would probably stay again in the future if I were to ever return.
