A gestão por Wyndham, está indo de mal a pior. Check-in no quarto 226 ontem depois das 23h. Tive que mudar de quarto para o 205, pois o primeiro estava sujo com manchas vermelhas no tapete. Quarto também não tinha microondas; e a pia do banheiro e chuveiro, não tinha bujões de drenagem. O segundo quarto era quase tão ruim. Quarto não tinha tábua e engomar; as toalhas estavam encharcadas, manchadas e descoloridas. Eu também tive quando no check-in eles te deram um papel para colocar no seu painel de instrumentos. . . .

This Hotel is the worst of the worst! The actual building, rooms and customer service leave very very much to be desired. I have stayed at Wyndham Microtel’s before and they were clean, brightly lit, maintained and customer service was top notch. This one was truly at the bottom of the barrel for all things listed above. The roads surrounding the Microtel have huge potholes, it is very dimly lit, common areas appear to not have been cleaned in a while and the lack of attention to detail in the room is a whole other subject. My room was DISGUSTING! Stains on the sheets and mattress, fitted sheets that were too small and no mattress covers, bugs on the bed, stains on the walls, drippings of something left in the fridge, holes in the upholstery of the bench seat, hair in the tub, residue all over the phone and remote etc... The customer service was even worse than the room! I went and complained to the front desk and was told there were sold out, even though there were plenty of rooms showing available on Booking.com. They sent a random person up to the room not dressed in any uniform that advised that they weren’t housekeeping or maintenance, but were supposed to take pictures of the complaints per the front desk. He took no pictures by the way, and left stating that "I don’t know what’s wrong with housekeeping here, and report this to the front desk in the morning." Craziness! I promptly left the room and handed in my key all within 30 minutes of arrival. Front desk employee said nothing and apparently never checked me out of the system. I have called the hotel 3 times this morning trying to get to a manager and no return call or resolution as of yet. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The management by Wyndham, it's going from bad to worst. Checked into room 226 yesterday after 11pm. Had to change rooms to 205, because the first was uncleaned with red stains on the carpet. Room also did not have a microwave; and the bathroom sink and shower, had no drain plugs. The second room was almost as bad. Room had no ironing and board; towels were soggy, stained and discolored. I also had when at check-in they give you a paper to place in your dash board.... Had to walk back outside, not cool....

The rooms were dirty and the room service barely came up to clean. The bathrooms especially. There was even a broken pole where the towels were supposed to go. They even have us a hard time with giving us towels everyday. They always had to wash them as if they had "no extra towels in the whole hotel" and they made us turn in out dirty towels before we could get new ones because of the poor room service. All the vending machines were empty or were not in service. Even the area where you buy snacks up front was empty. The phone in the room was missing all of the buttons. The o ly thing that was nice was the beds and the desk.

O quarto era realmente grande e confortável. Houve um mini-frigorífico, micro-ondas e máquina de café. Fizemos o check-in tarde da noite e tivemos que sair às 4:30 da manhã para o nosso voo. O quarto era tão bom que eu desejei que tivéssemos um pouco mais de tempo para usá-lo. O quarto estava limpo, mas, estranhamente, havia muitas marcas pretas na porta do banheiro. Eles não afetaram nada sobre a nossa estadia embora. Há um café da manhã gratuito, mas tivemos que sair muito cedo para aproveitar. Existe um serviço de transporte de e para o aeroporto (BWI). Este é um Microtel, então suas expectativas não devem ser muito altas. O quarto era adequado, uma parada rápida e algumas horas de sono. A equipe foi agradável e útil. Fiz o check-in tarde e queria um lanche e uma coca, pois não tinha comido. Houve uma boa seleção em uma prateleira no lobby e eles estavam disponíveis apenas para dinheiro. Eu não tinha dinheiro e o caixa eletrônico no saguão não estava funcionando. O recepcionista pediu desculpas. O café da manhã veio em um saco marrom e consistiu em 2 muffins de chocolate extremamente doces e suco de maçã açucarado. Este é um lugar com preços razoáveis para um sono rápido, mas não venha com fome ou acorde cedo para o café da manhã

The room was really big and comfortable. There was a mini fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. We checked in late at night and had to leave by 4:30 in the morning for our flight. The room was so nice that I wished we'd had a little more time to use it. The room was clean, but, oddly, there were a lot of black marks on the bathroom door. They didn't affect anything about our stay though. There is a free breakfast, but we had to leave too early to enjoy it. There is a shuttle to and from the airport (BWI). It was really convenient. The check in and check out process was easy.

This is a Microtel so your expectations shouldn't be too high. The room was adequate, a quick stop over and a few hours sleep. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I checked in late & I wanted a snack and a coke as I hadn't eaten. There was a good selection on a shelf in the lobby and they were available for cash only. I didn't have any cash and the ATM in the lobby wasn't working. The desk clerk was apologetic. The breakfast came in a brown bag and consisted of 2 extremely sweet chocolate chip muffins and sugary Apple juice. This is a reasonably priced place for a quick sleep, but don't come hungry or get up early for the breakfast

Tem ótima internet e quarto em ótimo estado! Bem mantido. Tem um bom cabo para assistir. Perto do aeroporto O motivo é menor estrela porque estou no quarto da frente e é muito barulhento. Algum tipo de máquina na frente ou no teto faz muito barulho. eu não consigo dormir

Primeiro, as luzes do quarto mal funcionavam, falta atendimento ao cliente. Eles detinham mais de US $ 300 para incidentes quando deveriam guardar apenas US $ 100. A recepção disse que cairia no dia seguinte e ainda não caiu.Eu tive que matar uma barata grande no quarto. Eu estava com meus filhos e isso é inaceitável. Falei com a recepção e o primeiro funcionário me disse para voltar depois das 7h, mas quando o fiz, o funcionário apenas olhou para a foto da barata e disse que a arrumação viria para o quarto. Perguntei o que eles fariam. Ele disse que eles cuidariam disso. A arrumação nunca veio.Eu também pedi toalhas limpas. A recepção me fez voltar para o meu quarto, pegar as toalhas sujas, antes que eles me entregassem toalhas novas.Os sacos de pequeno-almoço são terríveis e só têm pãezinhos e muffins de mel. Não há pressão da água na pia do banheiro.Não foi uma estadia nada agradável. Se eu não tivesse que ficar porque minha casa estava sendo reformada e eu tenho filhos pequenos, eu teria ido embora.

Have great internet and room in great condition! Well maintained. Got good cable to watch. Close to airport The reason lower star because I’m in room in front and it is so noisy . Some type of machine in front or on roof are too loud. I can’t sleep

First, the room lights barely worked, customer service is lacking. They held over $300 for incidentals when they were only supposed to hold $100. The front desk said it would drop the next day and it still hasn’t.I had to kill a large roach in the room. I was staying with my children and that is unacceptable. I talked to the front desk and the first clerk told me to come back after 7am, but when I did the clerk just looked at the picture of the roach and said housekeeping would come to the room. I asked what they would do. He said they would take care of it. Housekeeping never came.I also asked for fresh towels. The front desk made me walk back to my room, retrieve the soiled towels, before they would give me new towels.The breakfast bags are terrible and only have honey buns and muffins. There is no water pressure in the bathroom sink.It was not a pleasant stay at all. If I didn’t have to stay because my home was being repaired and I have small children, I would’ve left.

No me gustó para nada la experiencia que tuve el desayuno era meriendas nada que tuviera que ver con desayuno el café había que comprarlo decían desayuno incluido y lo que dieron fue honey bun, galletas, bizcocho nada que fuera desyuno el baño solo dieron una toalla grande las demás de mano pequeñas me fui desilusionada del hotel.

Un excelente hotel, todo muy cómodo y limpio. Está muy cerca del light rail para visitar Baltimore Downtown, así como el aeropuerto. El hotel tiene transporte lo que te ahorra traslados y tiempo hacia y desde el aeropuerto o el rail.
