Os quartos são agradáveis e confortáveis. O papel higiênico e as toalhas são bem ásperos. A melhor parte deste hotel é o microondas e a geladeira em cada quarto. Eu gosto da política cobiçosa que eles aplicaram. Não há serviço de quarto enquanto você estiver fora, mas você pode solicitar o que precisar. A equipe faz o trabalho, mas realmente não vai além do dever. Excelente localização, perto da rodovia, perto de muitos restaurantes e lojas. Ah, a sacola do café da manhã, o substituto do café da manhã grátis por causa do covid, é um muffin, uma barra de granola e uma garrafa de água. Se eu pudesse sugerir um pedaço de fruta ou suco de fruta teria sido bom :) Também há café grátis no lounge, que é muito bom.

Las habitaciones son bonitas y cómodas. El papel higiénico y las toallas son bastante ásperas. La mejor parte de este hotel es el microondas y el refrigerador en cada habitación. Me gusta la política de covid que han aplicado. No hay servicio de habitaciones mientras está fuera, pero puede solicitar lo que necesite. El personal hace el trabajo, pero realmente no va más allá del llamado del deber. Excelente ubicación justo al lado de la autopista, cerca de muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Oh, la bolsa de desayuno, el sustituto del desayuno gratis debido al covid, es un muffin, una barra de granola y una botella de agua. Si se me permite sugerir una pieza de fruta o jugo de fruta hubiera estado bien :) También hay café gratis en el salón, que es muy agradable.

The rooms are nice and comfy. The toilet paper and towels are pretty rough. The best part of this hotel is the microwave and refrigerator in each room. I like the covid policy they have enforced. There is no room service while you are out, but you can request whatever you need. The staff gets the job done, but really don't go beyond the call of duty. Great location just off the highway, near plenty of restaurants and stores. Oh, the breakfast bag, the free breakfast substitute because of covid, is a muffin, granola bar, and bottle of water. If I may suggest a piece of fruit or fruit juice would have been nice:) Also there is free coffee in the lounge which is very nice.

Nossa visita a este hotel começou com um recepcionista muito rude. Quando chegamos para o check-in, ela permaneceu sentada e perguntou "o que você quer"? Ela estava jogando em seu telefone no momento. Tivemos várias interações com esse mesmo funcionário. Ela sempre foi rude. Nunca recebemos um sorriso, uma recepção ou um agradecimento pela nossa estadia. Não vamos ficar aqui novamente.

Nuestra visita a este hotel comenzó con un recepcionista muy grosero. Cuando llegamos al check-in, ella permaneció sentada y preguntó "¿qué quieres"? Ella estaba jugando en su teléfono en ese momento. Tuvimos varias interacciones con este mismo empleado. Ella siempre fue grosera. Nunca recibimos una sonrisa, una bienvenida o un agradecimiento por nuestra estadía. No volveremos a alojarnos aquí.

Our visit to this hotel started with a very rude front desk clerk. When we came in to Check-in, she remained seated and asked "what do you want"? She was playing on her phone at the time. We had several interactions with this same clerk. She was rude everytime. We never received a smile, a welcome, or a thank you for our stay. We won't be staying here again.

A very cheaply built hotel, designed to look hip and appeal, but built with straw it seems. Every noise, or conversation beside, above, and below can be heard, so you'll want to keep the bathroom fan, and room fan on for peace and quiet. Most showerheads are ripped from the wall because they are so stiff to swivel, faucets hanging on by a thread. Several rooms barely get luke warm water, and they'll tell you its standard... no, its the fact that the handles on a lot of rooms are set in a position that they dont fully transfer to the hot side. There are other ways to save a dollar than to make guests take luke warm showers. However, the beds are the best of almost any hotel I've ever stayed in, and the majority of the staff is very friendly.

I booked a room through Booking.com for a mobile price of $67, when I went to check in I was informed that if you live within 30 minutes of the hotel that there is a $250 cash deposit required. Don’t let the pictures deceive you, I reserved a single queen bed non-smoking suite and the room was very very small. The bed was very comfortable but that was the only positive thing I have to say about it. The breakfast option was very poor, we were told that a bagged breakfast would be available between 6:00 am and 9:30 am, in said bag was a piece of fruit, a muffin, and a granola bar. There is no swimming pool for you to enjoy. I had high expectations but was quickly disappointed.

This hotel is essentially new, so it is very clean and modern. The condition of the room was very good, although not air conditioned prior to arrival. The unit was efficient and cooled quickly. The rooms and hallways definitely smell like smoke.
Unfortunately the service really took away from the experience. When we walked in, it was very late due to my wife and I making a last minute get away. We made Lynchburg a stop since we had lived there 4 years prior. My address was not updated on my printed license, so the young lady at the desk informed me there was $150 cash only deposit required since I lived in the area. I showed information on my phone that my address is now Richmond, but I was informed that was not good enough. Not a hint of an apology. I told her to go ahead and pull it off my card on file as a security deposit, and she told me she would only accept cash. Fortunately I recalled that my wife had a new ID, so we were able to stay. The lady at the desk looked almost disappointed. The next morning I came down to see if there were any to-go options for breakfast, unfortunately due to COVID they had chosen to not serve any breakfast at all (understandable, but online still advertises that breakfast is available and included). I walked to the desk to ask for a tooth brush. There was a different lady at the desk on her phone - she glanced up at me but did not greet me, so I thought she may be busy so I waited about a minute in front of her. I finally said, "excuse me", and she put her phone down and asked what I wanted.
Very unfortunate that while hotels are suffering from the pandemic, this one will lose even more business gradually due to poor service. A management overhaul would make this a very nice hotel location in the middle of town.

Tive uma estadia muito boa aqui. O quarto estava muito limpo. Pressão do chuveiro poderia ter sido um pouco mais, mas fora isso o quarto era perfeito. Cama confortável e muitos travesseiros. O check-in foi bom. O café da manhã gratuito era tão bom quanto qualquer outro.Dedução de uma estrela por causa dos pratos de isopor e talheres de plástico no café da manhã. Está na hora, hotéis: vocês estão implorando por menos uso de toalhas há décadas para economizar água, mas não podem se virar e encher o lixo com plástico e isopor. É fácil usar coisas reais. Pelo menos troque o isopor pelo papel.Mas se eu estiver em Lynchburg novamente e precisar de um hotel, é este.

Had a very good stay here. The room was very clean. Shower pressure could have been a bit more, but other than that the room was perfect. Comfy bed and plenty of pillows. Check in was fine. The no cost breakfast was as good as most any other.One star deduction because of the styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast. It’s time, hotels: you’ve been begging for less towel use for decades now to save water, but you can’t then turn around and fill the trash with plastic and styrofoam. It’s easy enough to use real stuff. At least ditch the styrofoam for paper.But if I’m in Lynchburg again and need a hotel, this will be it.

Tuve una muy buena estadía aquí. La habitación estaba muy limpia. La presión de la ducha podría haber sido un poco más, pero aparte de eso, la habitación era perfecta. Cama cómoda y muchas almohadas. El registro estuvo bien. El desayuno gratuito era tan bueno como cualquier otro.Deducción de una estrella por los platos de poliestireno y los cubiertos de plástico en el desayuno. Es hora, hoteles: ha estado pidiendo menos toallas durante décadas para ahorrar agua, pero luego no puede darse la vuelta y llenar la basura con plástico y espuma de poliestireno. Es bastante fácil usar material real. Al menos deshazte de la espuma de poliestireno por papel.Pero si estoy de nuevo en Lynchburg y necesito un hotel, este será el lugar.
