Nice hotel. They were hosting a wedding so guests and kids buzzing all around. Nice environment, nice room to stay in, nice to have a bath after long journey, very friendly staff. Breakfast tad expensive but very nice.

Nossa estadia de uma noite foi ótima. A refeição de três pratos que eu tinha era adorável, embora outras pessoas não avaliem a escolha que escolheram. Our one night stay was great. The three course meal I had was lovely though other people did not rate the choice they had chosen. The bed was comfortable apart from the pillows which were very hard and gave my friend and I neck pain. The breakfast was good and there was a good choice although the black pudding was hard. Our breakfast host Nickie was polite and courteous.

Bom hotel limpo! Adorável área de jardim um pouco de um segredo escondido! Nice uma fuga tranquila. Bonito hotel limpio! Preciosa zona de jardín un poco de un secreto escondido! Agradable un escape tranquilo. El personal fue muy amable, especialmente Linda durante el desayuno, me hizo sentir como en casa y no pudo ser más servicial. ¡Como tener una madre que me sirva algo de comida en casa! Acabo de regresar de una estancia de 1 noche como familia de 3. A primera vista nos impresionó el área de recepción, muy agradable y el personal de recepción muy amable. Nuestra habitación 201 era muy grande y el baño era increíble, ¡pero para el tamaño le faltaba un baño! La habitación estaba limpia, sin embargo, podría haberlo hecho con algunos accesorios para agregar un toque de color y clase. Las fotos del hotel muestran mantas y cojines. La realidad eran las paredes y la ropa de cama blancas y sencillas. La cama estaba rota en la parte inferior (faltaba un cajón) y era demasiado pequeña para la cabecera (no podía alcanzar las mesas auxiliares), no había lámparas, por lo que las luces grandes tenían que permanecer encendidas y la ducha inundó el piso del baño. La piscina era una buena ventaja, pero le vendría bien una puesta al día. Tuvimos la suerte de ver a las ardillas jugando en el jardín y el columpio fue divertido, desafortunadamente el bar de caravanas permaneció cerrado afuera a pesar de que fue una noche agradable. No comimos en el restaurante porque sentimos que era demasiado caro, hamburguesa o pizza de £ 16 excesiva. Muchos lugares para conducir a menos de 4 millas. Nice clean hotel! Lovely garden area a little bit of a hidden secret! Nice a quiet escape. Staff were super friendly especially Linda during breakfast, made me feel at home and could not be more helpful. Like having a mother dish me up some food at home! Great quality too.

Just returned from 1 night stay as family of 3. We were impressed at first glance as reception area, very nice and reception staff very friendly. Our room 201 was very big and bathroom was amazing- but for the size did lack a bath! The room was clean however it could have done with some accessories to add a touch of colour and class. The photos for hotel show throws and cushions. The reality was plain white walls and bedding. The bed was broken at bottom (missing drawer) and was too small for headboard (couldn't reach side tables) no lamps, so big lights had to remain on and shower flooded floor in bathroom. The swimming pool was a good bonus but could have done with some updating. We were lucky to see the squirrels playing around the garden and the swing was fun, unfortunately the caravan bar remained closed outside even though it was a nice night??? We didnt eat in restaurant as we felt it was overpriced, £16 burger or pizza excessive. Plenty places to drive to within 4 mile. Breakfast was underwhelming buffet style, bit dry! Pastries were nice. I wouldn't rush back but I would stay again if in the area.

Quarto era limpo com uma cama grande e confortável, então dormi muito bem, mas sem espelho de penteadeira e sem lavar as mãos. Contras Refeição noturna muito cara (£ 16,50) não vale o preço e, inacreditavelmente, eles servem SMASH confirmado pelo chef! ! Fora datado banheiro não muito bom. A alça da descarga do vaso sanitário estava em um buraco na parede e o chuveiro era horrível 😖. Além disso, a água estava fervendo, então tenha muito cuidado ao executar um banho. Telefone não funcionou no quarto. Portanto, nenhum serviço de quarto era muito tarde da noite para se preocupar em resolver o problema. Limpo, amigável excelente padrão. Arrumamos nossa academia e kit de natação, mas não tivemos tempo, então voltaremos. Nunca dormi em uma cama tão confortável, eu definitivamente preciso dessa cama. E o café da manhã foi incrível xx

Bar compartilhado com outro grupo significava que o serviço às vezes era lento, embora a equipe fosse educada e prestativa. Attended a party at the hotel.The hotel is clean but looks tired and a bit run down.Shared bar with another group meant service was sometimes slow, though staff were polite and obliging. Hot buffet booked for the event was very limited and appalling value for money. Some items were unavailable at the bar (coke, crisps).Bar attendant kindly got some crisps for me from the bar at the front of the hotel but was charged £2 for each small packet of crisps! (£4 for 2 bags)

Stayed 2 nights here due to wedding in the area. Pros. Friendly staff and happy to help. Lovely garden and swimming pool. Nice breakfast buffet all you can eat inc pastries so get your moneys worth. Room was clean with a large comfy bed so slept very well but no dressing table mirror and no hand wash. Cons. Very expensive evening meal (£16.50) no where near worth the price and unbelievably they serve SMASH confirmed by the chef!! Out dated bathroom not very nice at all. Toilet flush handle was in a hole in the wall and shower was awful 😖. Also water was boiling hot so be very careful when running a bath. Telephone didn't work in the room. So no room service was too late at night to bother getting it sorted. Hotel needs a good makeover to bring it to 21st century. Thin walls you can hear everything around you Inc slamming doors which you can't help. Very expensive drinks ! 3 star Hotel max !! Wouldn't stay again

Clean, friendly excellent standard. We packed our gym and swim kit but didn't have the time so we will be back. Never slept in such a comfortable bed, I definitely need this bed. And breakfast was amazing xx

Nuestra habitación necesitaba una decoración, pero su ubicación era excelente con vistas a los jardines con su peculiar caravana de ginebra. La ducha estaba sobre la bañera y, al entrar, cuanto más te acercabas al desagüe, la bañera crujía y se inclinaba. El sonido te hacía sentir como si te fueras a bañar, pero al mismo tiempo reducía la presión de la ducha como si estuvieras aplastando las tuberías. El espacio de almacenamiento no es excelente en la habitación, aunque solo nos quedamos un par de noches.

Our room was in need of decorating but it's location was great looking out on the gardens with its quirky gin caravan. The shower was over the bath and on stepping in to it, the nearer you got to the plughole the bath creaked and bowed. The sound made you feel as though you were going to go through the bath but also at the same time reduced the shower pressure as if you were squashing pipework. Storage space not great in the room though we only stayed a couple of nights.
