My stay was amazing, very comfy hotel, receptionists are very professional and super friendly. Especially i want to mention Mateus and Jonn if i am not mistaken with the names.

The room was very clean and big, so was the bathroom. The TV worked and the single beds were comfortable. It was a shame we couldn't open the window and let the air go through, specially considering how important it is to decrease covid-19 infections, but I understand it was for security reasons. Check out was easy.

You get what you paid for.
This hotel should enforce non-smoking policy. I can smell smoking that come from other rooms during my two consecutive nights in the hotel room. It feels more like hostel rather than hotel.
There are also a lot of men guests rather than family or couple travellers from my observation. It therefore feels unsafe for single women to stay here.
However, the room is clean and near to the train station. Not recommended if you are here for a vacation. Disappointing particularly because of the annoying smoke.

Good place to have a rest after a long day visiting the city, very clean, nice and helpful staff,we didn't like much the noisy and powerful air conditioning in our room which you can't stop even if you want to, but all the rest was great. The guest kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals and breakfast. Recommendable!

Very pleased with the overall look of the hotel. Efficient reception staff. Nice room for three, special mention for the bathroom (perfectly clean, very well equipped). We appreciated the comfort of the beds ans spent a quiet and restful night.

Excelente hotel, a unos pasos de la estación gare si midi/zuid Instalaciones excelentes, cama muy cómoda. Cuenta con cocina para los huepedes la cual está muy bien equipada (incluso con una pequeña cocina para niños), también cuenta con un bar y varios sillones y mesas. Yo me quede en la opción hostel del hotel con habitación compartida. La habitación amplia con muy buena iluminación, el baño privado con muy buen tamaño. Un dato menor pero interesante es que cada pasillo cuenta con su ambientación propia, la mía era un paraguas turquesa.

Ubicación, precio, comodidad y limpieza muy buenos. En La Cocina compartida nos dejaban pasta gratis para que pudiésemos cocinar, la pega es que un día se encharco y estuvimos toda la noche cocinando con el suelo inundado y bastante sucio. Por otro lado, en la habitación teníamos aire acondicionado pero al ser invierno queríamos quitarlo ya que daba directamente a una de las camas. Bajamos a recepción y nos dijeron que se quitaría al de dos horas porque era automático, nada mas pasar las dos horas el aire se quito pero al de 5 minutos volvió a ponerse. Volvimos a bajar a recepción y no hacían mas que darnos largas. En general bien pero en recepción el trato no fue muy bueno y fue poco atento.

Excelente servicio. No muy lejos del centro. Cerca de la estación de metros y trenes. El desayuno es bueno pero algo caro solo que hace falta que le agreguen más opciones de comida caliente. Deberían de asignar las camas con algún número. Ya quela segunda noche las nuestras estaban ocupadas por alguien más y no se sabe cual es la tuya Definitivamente regresaría

Parece una habitación de hotel si no fuera por las literas. La calidad de las habitaciones increíble. Baño en cada habitación y ni por planta. La recepción super amable y tienen una cocina full equipada para usarse. El único fallo que tiene es que está a dos kilómetros del centro, pero por contra tiene la estación de autobuses y trenes al lado. El mejor que he estado, repetiría sin duda.

El personal era muy agradable y nos ayudaron en todo momento, además las instalaciones eran envidiables. Es importante que tenían unas salas para dejar equipaje a coste cero cuando acababa la reserva y así pudimos pasar un día más. Totalmente recomendable.

Genial para ir en familia.Habitación limpia. Hotel a 2 minutos caminando de la estación Bruselas midi que conecta con Brujas, Gante,Amberes, el centro de Bruselas, aeropuerto y Ámsterdam.Desayuno por 9.90 euros cada adulto,los niños no pagan, bufet con tostadas, cereales, frutas, gofres,embutidos.... siempre hay alguien en recepción que habla castellano. Tienen cocina comunitaria donde puedes calentar tu comida.Es cómodo y con lo básico para pasar unos días.Zona tranquila

Friendly staff, very good location if you want to stay close to Gare du Midi station, the rooms are spacious, neat and comfortable. The atmosphere at the hostel is modern and colorful, I loved the decoration. It have almost everything you need in the place you stay at a reasonable price. Pernoitei 9 noites no hotel e achei excelente. Ótima localização, bem ao lado da Gare du Midi. O ônibus (autocarro) que vem do aeroporto Charleroi tem ponto final ao lado da Gare du Midi e dá para ir a pé até o hotel/hostel. O hostel é novo, muito bonito, tem uma cozinha perfeita, toda em vermelho, com tudo que é necessário para fazer uma comida rápida (fogão elétrico de quatro grelhas com forno, forno microondas, duas geladeiras com porta de vidro transparente e muitos armários). O pessoal da recepção e o staff ,de maneira geral são muito atenciosos.O wifi tem ótimo sinal e a limpeza dos quartos é diária. Resumindo: ótima localização, ótimo atendimento e acomodações excelentes.

Fue el mejor hostel en el que estuve, aunque vale mencionar que es súper nuevo. Las instalaciones son modernas y con diseños originales, es muy limpio. Los lockers son algo pequeños y el desayuno un poco caro pero tiene un café y una cocina bien equipada. Hay almacenamiento de equipaje y muchos espacios comunes. Tiene sala de juegos, el wifi funciona excelente y el personal habla inglés y español.
