Hotel bonito, clima agradável, bem limpo e organizado. Os dois atendentes da recepção são super simpáticos, bem atenciosos, deram várias dicas pra conhecer com qualidade o Machu Picchu e arredores. Hotel perto da estação de trem e do ponto aonde saem os ônibus que sobem ao Machu Picchu. Fiquei só um dia, mas gostei muito do ambiente. O Wi-Fi é fraco, acredito que seja pela região montanhosa.

Barato que saiu caro. Chuveiro frio todos os dias, cobrança indevida...Escolhemos por ser bem acessível e perto porém fomos muito mal atendidos. O chuveiro não esquentava e após reclamar o funcionário mexia em algo e ia no quarto mostrar que estava ok. 2 min depois esfriava novamente.Foi assim 2 dias de estadia. Funcionários despreparados e sem vontade de resolver o problema.Além desse problema soma-se ainda banheiro não tão limpo e cobrança de 5% por pagarmos no cartão, que não foi mencionado no anúncio de compra.

Avoid at all costs. No water, no internet (and they lie!). We arrived after a long days hike and they checked us in. They didn't tell us there was no water. When we asked, they said 'oh it will be fixed in 10mins' 2 hours later... still nothing! Then there was the internet: it didn't work on our room. When we said something about it, they said 'oh that will be fixed too'. Then when I confronted them about that, they admitted that the internet doesn't actually reach our room. So they begrudgingly gave us another room. Oh, but in the new room, they left us a present! Urine all over the toilet seat! Disgusting!!

Llegamos al hotel y, tras pedirnos nuestra documentación y cobrarnos la noche, nos llevaron a un hotel diferente del que habíamos reservado que, para colmo, era de una categoría inferior. Al darnos cuenta, fuimos a reclamar y no nos dieron solución; su respuesta fue más bien lo opuesto a profesionalidad y nos sentimos completamente estafados.

Estuvimos sólo una noche. El personal muy atento y amable. La habitación sin lujos perocómoda, genial para cuando se vuelve de una larga excursión y se desea una ducha caliente.

I left my mobile in the room for dinner. When I came back, my mobile was gone!! Although the hotel staff looked very sympathetic and checked the camera, it didn't help. Because the cameras only check the front of the elevators.

Stayed here for one night, Sept.20, 2018. The bathroom in our room was bug infested! Hotel staff saw it and said to just wipe the bugs with a wet cloth as they did not have any other rooms they could move us to. Luckily, our friends staying in the same hotel had extra beds so we stayed in their rooms for the night, which were not infested with bugs . We also tried to return our room key after we saw the bugs and could not find anyone at the front desk for over 45 minutes, this was around 8:45pm. Eventually we got fed up waiting because we had to wake up at 3:00am the next morning. Additionally, wifi did not work well in the rooms only in the lobby. I would not recommend staying here! There are plenty of hotels in the area with better accommodations and service.
