Estive lá em 20/08/20. Quando reservamos, tínhamos poucas expectativas. Porque é um pequeno hotel de 3 estrelas na Bulgária (onde a taxa pode ser complicada). Mas desde o início o local se consolidou como profissional, cometi um erro na reserva e pedi ajuda. Eles foram muito responsivos e rápidos. O hotel fica no centro de Sofia, a cerca de 300 metros da Catedral Principal de Alexsander Nevsky e a cerca de 600 metros da estação de metrô "Kliment Ohridski". A sua posição é brilhante, muitos outros locais bonitos estão ao alcance a pé, o teatro Ivan Vazov, a praça da independência com alguns locais antigos e uma estátua maravilhosa de Sofia. O próprio hotel é um pequeno edifício restaurado, que parece clássico. Você pode sentir a temática clássica por dentro também. Imagens e outros atributos que conferem ao hotel uma sensação de autenticidade. Mas o melhor é o pessoal, e principalmente a recepcionista Poli, ela foi excepcional. Qualquer dúvida ou pedido, ela sempre encontrou a solução, ela literalmente nos cobriu com carinho (aliás ela ajudou com problemas de reserva também). E embora estivéssemos lá por apenas um dia, nos sentimos um pouco em casa. Então você se perguntaria, como tal hotel tem apenas 3 * ou mesmo 2 (acabei de ver aqui). Em primeiro lugar, não existe Lobby, existe uma sala que de manhã serve de sala de jantar, a recepção só abre até às 18:00, e nem todos os quartos são tão bons como o nosso. Mas se você tiver um problema (em nosso quarto, tivemos um alto niagara no banheiro, com água corrente constantemente), mas dissemos isso e temos outro grande quarto. O café da manhã é continental (ovos, manteiga, torrada, geléia, chá, café, etc.), que pode ser mais um indicador da quantidade de estrelas, mas mais uma vez o produto estava bom, caso precisasse de outra torrada ou leite, você só precisa perguntar. Para resumir, é um hotel de grande valor para o dinheiro. Se você precisa de um hotel tranquilo, limpo e confortável, com funcionários simpáticos, no coração de Sofia, é isso! ... e não se esqueça do preço, é BARATO!Oh espere, e se você está pensando bem mas como chegar lá de carro, embora não haja necessidade porque tudo está tão perto. Você pode alugar um carro na sua porta em uma das locadoras de veículos locais, eu usei a Naycar Rental.

Been there on 08.2020. When we booked, we had little expectations. Because it is a little hotel 3* hotel in Bulgaria(where the rate can be tricky). But from the get-go the place established itself as a professional, I made a mistake while booking and asked for help. They were very responsive and fast. The hotel is in the center of Sofia, about 300 meters from the Major Cathedral of Alexsander Nevsky and about 600 meters, from the "Kliment Ohridski" metro station. Its' position is brilliant, many other beautiful sites are within foot reach, Ivan Vazov theater, the independence square with some ancient sites, and a wonderful statue of Sofia. The hotel itself is a small restored building, which looks classically nice. You can feel the classic thematic on the inside too. Pictures and other attributes which give the hotel an authentic feeling. But the best is the staff, and especially receptionist Poli, she was exceptional. Any question or request, she always found the solution, she literately covered us with care (by the way she helped with reservation problems too). And although we were there for only one day, we felt like we were a bit at home. So you would ask yourself, how such a hotel has only 3* or even 2 (I just saw it here). First, there is no Lobby, there is a room which in the morning serves as a dining room, the reception opens only until 18:00, and not all the rooms are so good as the one we got. But if you have a problem(in our room we had a loud niagara at the toilet, with constantly running water), but we told so and got another great room.
The breakfast is continental(eggs, butter, toast, jam, tea, coffee, etc.), which may be another indicator for the amount of the stars, but once again, the product was good, if you needed another toast or milk, you need just to ask.
To summarize, it is a great value for money hotel. If you need a quite, clean, comfortable hotel, with nice staff, in the heart of Sofia, this is it! ...and don't forget the price, it's CHEAP!
Oh wait, and if you are thinking great but how to get there by car, although there is no need because everything is so close. You can rent a car to your door with one of the local car rental offices, I used Naycar Rental.

Execele ubicación, la relación precio calidad es muy buena. Las habitaciones son amplias y esta todo impecable. A tener en cuenta; el personal de recepciónestáhasta las 18 hs, así que hay que hacer el check in. Antes de esa hora. No hay estacionamiento, solo en la calle y hay que pagar unos tikets que duran 1 hora. El sistema es bastante molesto

Very convenient and comfortable hotel. The ancient building gives character to the hotel, and the room sarisfies your minimum standards. If you sum that is perfectly located and, very important, its very friendly staff, the Opera House is an excellent choice!

What a great place to stay! The staff were absolutely wonderful, friendly & extremely helpful. Nothing was a trouble for them & they really went out of their way to help us have a good time. The rooms are good & clean but nothing fancy. Great water pressure in the shower & comfortable beds. I enjoyed my stay here & would come back to stay if ever I'm in Sofia again.

Un hotel con mucho encanto, decorado de forma hogareña y espacioso. Nuestra habitación contaba con una especie de salón amplio y un cuarto de baño perfectamente acondicionado, además de la habitación propiamente dicha, cuya cama era king size. Todo está muy cuidado, incluida la atención, y está situado en una zona tranquila. Lástima que no tenga ascensor y tenga cuatro plantas. Por lo demás, estupendo
