Os quartos são pequenos mas pitorescos e aconchegantes, ideal para solteiros e casais sem crianças. O duche é muito apertado o que se torna um pouco complicado se a pessoa for alta e larga. O isolamento acústico também é deficiente, o quarto quase que estremece quando alguém no andar bate com a porta portanto para quem tem dificuldades a dormir o melhor é evitar. Por outro lado o hotel é novo e moderno, com boa localização, a dois minutos da estação de Metrô do Rato e de várias linhas de autocarros. Limpeza impecável e o pessoal da recepção muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Hotel engraçado e bem situado. Mas sem vista nenhuma de jeito dos quartos sobre lisboa. E uma rua bastante movimentada e que também por vezes faz muito trânsito nas duas direcções. O atendimento e bom e o staff também muito bom. E uma experiência nova para quem quiser estar uns dias perto da baixa de lisboa.

I stayed here over the summer and I can’t get over how excellent the staff was! So helpful and so knowledgeable of everything in the city. I appreciate that the stay both spoke English and were very patient when I wanted to practice my Portuguese. 5 star service all the way!

Lisbon São Bento was a nice clean and comfortable place to lay my head. If you need some tranquility and peace of mind during your stay, this is the place. Rooms have nice views. Close to just about anything, walking distance to popular sites like the Santa Just Life (elevator for the city views) restaurants, and public transportation of your choice whether it be the subway, tram, uber, or bus. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lisbon. Loved it!

The staff was really nice, and did all they could to help, but the hotel itself really needs some updating.
The first night we got a room on the first floor. There was so much traffic noise that we had trouble sleeping, but the hotel was fully booked so we could not get another room. The next day, we got another room on the 7th floor, but there was a high pitch electrical noise from the key slot. Really odd. So we got a third room next door, which was fine. However there was quite a smell from the bathroom. We chose to live with that, tired of moving around.
Additionally, the breakfast was so bad that we ended up not eating any after my boyfriend tried it out the first morning. In the rooms, the bathroom's walls is made of class so you can hear EVERYTHING going on out there. Not very romantic to hear your partner go to the bathroom. The rooms are small, the pillows either was too small or way too high.
The neighborhood is quite boring, we spent a lot of time on transport to get anywhere interesting. However, the metro is quite close and Uber is cheap.
We expected quite a lot more from other people's recommendations and if we could, we would have chosen somewhere else.

Very nice place, clean and relatively close (walking distance) to city centre or 3min away from hotel, can use the metre Station 'Rato' to get there much quicker.
Also friendly staff members.
Had breakfast (buffet style) included which was nice but would have liked a bigger variety and possibly have authentic Portuguese breakfast item.

La tele de la habitacion no funcionaba , las paredes del baño eran translúcidas y no es cómodo si viajas con algun amig@ , nos trajeron toallas grandes solo una vez en la estancia luego solo trajeron toallas muy muy pequeñas tipo de manos y cuando sales de la ducha con eso no te da para secarte todo el cuerpo

Hotel administrado por pessoas de mau caráter. Tinha uma reserva para o ano passado e devido a pandemia não foi possível viajar. Eles simplesmente desconsideram o cenário de pandemia e não postergaram a data para um momento apropriado e não ofereceram reembolso dos valores. Estou tentando buscar ajuda do consulado, pois isso é inadmissível!

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a Estação de Metrô Rato, também tem ponto de ônibus muito perto e em 25 minutos de caminhada você chega ao centro turístico de Lisboa. Excelente atendimento, fomos muito bem recebidos, todos cordiais e atenciosos. Destaque para a colaboradora Dina que foi muito simpática e nos deu várias dicas.Recebemos upgrade para um quarto superior com varanda. O quarto era arejado, limpo, bonito e prático, com uma cama grande e confortável. O banheiro possuía uma boa ducha. A limpeza do quarto foi realizada todos os dias. Adorei o café da manhã, muito bom e bem variado, com bebidas, frutas, frios, pães e doces típicos.

Hotel muy limpio, personal muy amable y profesional, desayuno correcto, calidad precio excelente. Al lado hay parking de pago, bares y restaurantes, para llegar al centro no tardas ni 20 minutos. Habitaciones muy limpias.

Un hotel muy cómodo por su buena ubicación tanto en metro como bus. El personal es excepcional te atienden perfectamente en español y son muy atentos. Las habitaciones están bien, no muy grandes, pero cómodas quizás el único pero sean los baños y no por falta de limpieza sino porque las paredes son de cristal semitransparente y según para quien puede resultar un problema.

Excellent hotel, ultra modern and comfortable. Also super cheap. The room is super clean with all amenities. Breakfast is excellent and with much variety. Staff are super helpful and respectful. My room was on the busy side of the street and I barely slept the first night. As soon as I mentioned it asking if I could switch to another one, the staff at the reception offered to upgrade me to the superior room at the highest floor. I was speechless. Very thankful and I'll most definitely come back. Oh and I almost forgot: pasteis de nata served every morning at breakfast (heaven!!!) although not good for my weight loss program. Hotel only guilty of costing me more calories than I am allowed to daily :)

Muy bien ubicado y comunicado. Enfrente hay una zona de aparcamiento en la que no es difícil acabar encontrando sitio para dejar el coche; de todas formas, cerca hay parkings 24 horas por 11 euros. El personal muy amable. El desayuno bien, suficiente para tirar. En general una muy buena opción.
