Great proximity to the central area of Miraflores. Clean hotel, good breakfast and staff were very helpful.

My entire stay here was ruined by my experience with their laundry service. Talked to the front desk and was told my laundry would be done later that same day. A bit unbelievable but great. It wasn't ready that evening and I was told it would be ready the next day by 1. At 2pm I was told 7pm but it still wasn't ready at 7 and when I returned from dinner it was finally there and was told it was 20, which I thought expensive for 2 pair of socks, 2 pairs underwear, pants and a t-shirt but fine, 20 Soles is still cheap that laundry at home. I was then informed it was 20 USD. Absolutely unacceptable but I needed my clothes back so had to pay.

Decent room and beds, but nothing to write home about. Quite good for the price though. Great location, being very close to Larcomar. Excellent breakfast on the rooftop terrace, although that was well before Covid.

Great rooms with air condition. Individual modems so the wifi is your rooms
Then there is well posted wifi passwords in the common area. Gorgeous common veranda area. Fabulous location to walk the beach and upper promenade. Breakfast buffet was great and plentiful.The staff so obliging...friendly and helpful. I would day 3 stars bit 5 star quality.

Very clean rooms, secure with locking front door, very friendly and professional staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lima. We stayed here as a group traveling from a United States school (through EF Tours) and this was a great place to stay. Beautiful, safe, upscale neighborhood, great breakfast. The only complaints were as other reviewers have mentioned, the loud noise from the street. Also, the hot water in the shower takes about 2 minutes before it's hot! Would definitely stay here again.
