Shameful hospitality in a wonderful environment. Instead of the double room we booked, we got a single room with a double bed and a single set of towels. The shower accessories are incomplete and not suitable for a thorough shower.
There is no table service in the restaurant / bar section, the staff did let my disabled couple stumbled down the stairs and the uneven patio with a packed tray in his hand. No one helped him. Scandalous!

Eu nunca deixo comentários, mas hoje, senti que era hora de destacar um problema.Sou membro do The Lensbury há algum tempo. Eu uso regularmente as instalações, principalmente a academia. Por que agora há tantas crianças na academia? Isso costumava ser apenas para adultos, agora parece que a academia está cheia de crianças. Crianças jovens. Porque não oferecer instalações para crianças, para que os adultos possam desfrutar de tempo de qualidade no ginásio. Pagamos o suficiente para esta facilidade.Vou procurar outro lugar se isso não mudar - o que é uma pena - porque costumava ser um ótimo lugar para se exercitar.

Uso regularmente las instalaciones, particularmente el gimnasio. ¿Por qué ahora hay tantos niños en el gimnasio? Esto solía ser solo para adultos, ahora parece que el gimnasio está lleno de niños. Niños pequeños. ¿Por qué no ofrecer instalaciones para niños, para que los adultos puedan disfrutar de un tiempo de calidad en el gimnasio? I never leave reviews but today, I felt it was time to highlight a problem.
I have been a member of The Lensbury for some time. I regularly use the facilities, particularly the gym. Why are there now so many kids in the gym? This used to be adults only, now it seems that the gym is full of kids. Young kids. Why not offer facilities for kids, so that adults can enjoy quality time in the gym. We pay enough for this facility.
I will look to go elsewhere if this doesn't change - which is a shame - because it used to be a great place to work out.

Enquanto o Lensbury Resort pode oferecer excelentes instalações recreativas e uma academia impressionante; infelizmente o mesmo não pode ser dito sobre a acomodação do hotel. Os quartos são muito caros para o que são. Pelo mesmo preço, você obteria um quarto moderno e bem equipado no Radisson. Em vez disso, o Lensbury Hotel oferece um pouco melhor do que o Travel Lodge. Bonito hotel con buenas instalaciones. Gran vista a través de los jardines hasta el río. El desayuno era bueno, los huevos revueltos no firmes deben estar llenos de crema. La morcilla y los tomates ciruela serían una buena adición. Una taza de café/té estaría bien. Personal agradable y acogedor.

Mientras que el Lensbury Resort puede ofrecer excelentes instalaciones recreativas y un gimnasio impresionante; lamentablemente no se puede decir lo mismo del alojamiento en el hotel. Las habitaciones son caras para lo que son. Por el mismo precio, obtendría una habitación moderna y bien equipada en un Radisson. En cambio, el Lensbury Hotel ofrece algo mejor que Travel Lodge. While the Lensbury Resort may offer fine recreational facilities and an impressive gym; unfortunately the same can't be said about the hotel accommodation. The rooms are overpriced for what they are. For the same price you would get a modern well equipped room at a Radisson. Instead the Lensbury Hotel offers slightly better than Travel Lodge. The staff however are friendly, efficient and very helpful.

Nice hotel with good facilities.
Great view out across the grounds to the river.
Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs not firm must be full of cream.
Black pudding and plum tomatoes would be a nice addition.
Pot of coffee/ tea would be good.
Pleasant staff and welcoming.

É a segunda vez que ficamos aqui em 3 meses e é um lugar incrível. Tão relaxante e rejuvenescedor. Além disso, nosso filho gosta do jogo macio e da piscina. É absolutamente incrível e aqui está para muitas outras estadias :)

Já estive várias vezes para comer e também fiquei na acomodação por vários dias.Excelente serviço, ambiente, localização, comida, quartos e ginásio.Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e oferecem um bom serviço.O (s) edifício (s) são elegantes e os jardins são lindos - bem no Tâmisa (Teddington Lock) e você ouve a cachoeira do açude nos fundos.O Cordeiro, Curry e Fish & Chips são os melhores pratos principais. Os palitos de Mozzarella e os Hummus são as melhores entradas. O hambúrguer é adequado e o bife é um pouco insignificante para o custo. Além disso, o Halloumi poderia ser melhorado.A piscina é excelente e vale a pena ficar, principalmente se você for um nadador noturno, pois as crianças podem ficar na sala de bilhar à tarde.Comparado a outros clubes de Londres, como o East India, este é um clube mais familiar e descontraído - paletó não é necessário para jantar / bar padrão.No geral, um lugar adorável, definitivamente vale a pena para uma refeição, estadia ou associação ao clube.Cliente recorrente.

He estado varias veces para comer y también me he alojado en un alojamiento durante varios días.Excelente servicio, ambiente, ubicación, comida, habitaciones y gimnasio.Todo el personal es muy amable y ofrece un buen servicio.Los edificios son elegantes y los jardines son hermosos, justo en el Támesis (Teddington Lock) y escuchas la cascada de la presa en la parte de atrás.El cordero, el curry y el pescado y patatas fritas son los mejores platos principales. Los palitos de mozzarella y el hummus son los mejores entrantes. La hamburguesa es adecuada y el bistec está un poco por debajo del precio. Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí en 3 meses y es un lugar increíble. Tan relajante y rejuvenecedor. También nuestro hijo disfruta del juego suave y la piscina. Es absolutamente increíble y aquí hay muchas más estancias :)

It is the second time we have stayed here in 3 months and it is an awesome place. So relaxing and rejuvenating. Also our child enjoys the soft play and swimming pool. It is absolutely amazing and here is to many more stays :)

Been multiple time to eat and have also stayed in accommodation for multiple days.
Excellent service, atmosphere, location, food, rooms, and gym.
All the staff are very friendly and provide good service.
The building/s are classy and the grounds are beautiful -- right on the Thames (Teddington Lock) and you hear the waterfall of the weir out back.
The Lamb, Curry, and Fish & Chips are the best mains. The Mozzarella Sticks and the Hummus are the best starters.
The Burger is adequate and the Steak is a bit sub par for the cost. Also, the Halloumi could be improved.
The Pool is excellent and worth the stay itself, especially if you are an evening swimmer, as children may be in the pool room in the afternoon.
Compared to other London clubs like the East India, this is a more family friendly and relaxed club -- suit jacket not required for standard dinner/bar.
Overall, a lovely place, definitely worth the coin for a meal, stay, or club membership.

Fomos aqui como um casal para comemorar nosso aniversário atrasado no início de dezembro. As boas-vindas foram amigáveis, o quarto duplo deluxe era espaçoso e o banheiro estava em perfeito funcionamento. Até recebemos uma garrafa de vinho de boas-vindas para nos dar os parabéns pelo nosso aniversário. As instalações de lazer eram bem conservadas e a piscina era enorme! O café da manhã foi delicioso e havia muitas opções de escolha! Também adoramos a localização do hotel por estar tão perto de Kingston e do Palácio de Hampton Court. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa e definitivamente adoraríamos voltar e, possivelmente, trazer as crianças.

Gran salón de desayuno y sala de estar fue lo más destacado de nuestra estancia. Nos alojamos con nuestro bebé de 3 meses y debo decir que nuestra experiencia fue cómoda y agradable. La chica de las reservas llamada Anjana fue extremadamente educada y servicial y nos dio las mejores tarifas, también nos ayudó con nuestras necesidades durante toda la estadía. En general, un buen servicio, la única área que necesita mejorar son las opciones de comida en el menú. Aparte de eso 5 estrellas ⭐️

Fui aquí en pareja para celebrar nuestro tardío aniversario a principios de diciembre. La bienvenida fue amable, la habitación doble deluxe era espaciosa y el baño estaba en perfecto estado de funcionamiento. Incluso recibimos una botella de vino de bienvenida para felicitarnos por nuestro aniversario. Las instalaciones de ocio estaban bien cuidadas y la piscina era enorme. El desayuno era delicioso y había mucha variedad. También nos encantó la ubicación del hotel al estar tan cerca de Kingston y de Hampton Court Palace. Fue una estancia maravillosa y definitivamente nos encantaría volver y posiblemente traer a los niños.

Went here as a couple to celebrate our belated anniversary early December. The welcome was friendly, the deluxe double room was spacious and the bathroom was in perfect working order. We even received a welcome bottle of wine to congratulate us on our anniversary. The leisure facilities were well maintained and the pool was huge! The breakfast was delicious and there was lots of choice! We also loved the location of the hotel being so close to Kingston and to Hampton Court Palace. It was a wonderful stay and we would definitely love to come again and possibly bring the kids.

I’ve been a member for years fantastic with families. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Facilities are great. Its next to the River Thames and you can go sailing and do a number of different river activities. You can’t do this anywhere else in London or matter-of-fact along the Thames from any hotel. Food is good value and of a high standard. Hotel is also fantastic value for money with great views of the river and park.

Large breakfast hall and lounge area was the highlight of our stay . We stayed with our 3 month old baby and I must say our experience was comfortable n enjoyable . The girl in reservations named Anjana was extremely polite and helpful and gave us the best rates , also helped us with our needs throughout the stay. All in all good service , the only area which needs improvement is the food options in the menu . Other than that 5 stars ⭐️
