The hotel is located in the middle of the Tuscan countryside, among fields of hay and sunflowers. At the same time, it is very close and well linked to the centre of Arezzo (6 km) as well as to other Tuscan sights such as Cortona, Siena and Florence, all of which can be reached in between 20 to 50 minutes by car. This is a small and charming hotel, set in an old, well-restored country house built in 1700 with 16 rooms of various kinds. Guests are welcomed into a lobby and facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, lift access and a TV lounge. The hotel is air-conditioned. There is a little Osteria with good Tuscan food as well as 24-hour WLAN Internet access, a laundry service, private covered parking and bicycle hire at guests' disposal. The rooms are all very pretty and quiet. They have been restored with old materials such as wooden beams and cotto tiled flooring. They all have personalised central heating or air conditioning. Some en suite bathrooms have a shower and some others have a bathtub. Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds, and in-room amenities include a hairdryer, direct dial telephone, TV, Internet access, safe, ironing set and complimentary drinks in the minibar. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool for the summer as well as sun loungers for guests to relax on. Guests can set out on a bike ride from the hotel and for an additional fee, they may also go horse riding. The hotel serves a breakfast buffet and a set menu at dinner. From Florence or Roma Airport, the hotel can be reached via the A1, taking the exit at Arezzo. Then follow the road to San Zeno and to the Equestrian Centre.
