I can honestly tell you this place made our whole holiday experience in Italy!
It’s a small family run B&B, the rooms are immaculate and homely, the couple who own the place could not be more friendly and helpful.
From the moment we were greeted on arrival to the moment we left they were so gracious and went out of their way to make us feel at home.
Breakfast made for us every morning, anything we needed they had and more!
I would honestly recommend staying somewhere like this over a large hotel, beautiful views with a pool and lots of chill out areas, very private and as if you are in the country side but only a 10minute taxi ride into Rome city centre.
Food places and supermarkets near by, if it wasn’t for this place we would not have had such an amazing experience here.
And the weather for October is beautiful and boiling hot!! ☀️
I would have give them 10 stars if possible!

Stayed here a few months ago, not the worst place ever but it is NOT a B&B, nor is it even really a guesthouse. Its the home of an admittedly friendly eccentric couple who've had a couple of rooms with en suites built in their garden. Every other night they have friends over in the garden for dinner and really you feel a bit like you're intruding in their home. Also the "breakfast" was by far the worst and most mis advertised part. It consisted of a pretty grimey kitchen full of mosquitos, with milk bread and cereal which was not topped up for our entire weeks stay. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room so if you want a tea you have to hope that they haven't locked the insect house/kitchen. Shower was barely warm, and the door to the room had this barred cage on in which is extremely difficult to use, but which is also the only way to lock your door, which has to be unlocked to exit. A sure fire hazard, if you needed to get out quickly you wouldn't. The pool is quite nice but often the owners are out there with you going about their business, gardening and trying to chat to you. A short walk up the road brings you to a pretty run down area with a few shops and sub standard restaurants, and the nearby supermarket is incredibly expensive. This place is NOT as advertised and while we made the most of our stay I would not go anywhere like this again and would advise any potential customers that this is not a place geared up for ANY level of hospitality service whatsoever, you kind of just stay in their house and can't wait to leave and spend the day in Rome sity centre to avoid the awkwardness. I hope this review helps someone avoid the disappointment we experienced.

Beautiful owners and a beautiful spot. Nice and tucked away from the main roads and only 5 minutes from the bus stop which can take you straight into the Vatican city

This is a gorgeous location. It's a family friendly Villa. Our children ages 5 and 9 had a great time. The family running the facilities could not be more friendly or helpful. If you want to experience Italy with local flare this is a great place to stay. While we were here there were families from several different countries. We all enjoyed the atmosphere as we took shelter from the mid-day summer heat in the pool. We will stay here again when in Rome!
Pros: Wonderful pool and garden, family suite is very spacious, plenty of pool / patio lounge chairs, hearty breakfast, big enough that it's fun to socialize in the garden with other guests. Fruit trees and grounds are very relaxing. WiFi was reliable and available in the room and pool. You can reach the center of Rome easily. Street parking in front of the B&B was easy and free.
Cons: The family suite has a very small fridge. Compared to the last B&B we stayed in we missed a slightly larger fridge and a minibar. Otherwise, nothing to change.
