Sercotel Spa La Princesa is situated in Alcorcón with easy road access to Madrid and the Warner Bros Park. It offers free Wi-Fi in all areas.Rooms at the Sercotel La Princesa include air conditioning flat-screen satellite TVs and a bathroom with hairdryer.For an extra charge guests over 14 years old can use the Sercotel La Princesa Spa. This includes an indoor pool spa beds and a small hot tub.The Hecuba restaurant offers a daily executive menu for lunch and dinner and opens every day of the week. There is also an à la carte restaurant serving international cuisine and seasonal dishes.Free outdoor parking is available at Sercotel Spa La Princesa and there is also a garage.The hotel is well located for the M-50 and A-5 2 km away from the Estadio Municipal Santo Domingo. Close to shopping areas such as Park West Alcorcón Shopping Centre or El Corte Inglés Arroyo Sur Shopping Centre.

No room service was available but the display card in the room was inviting you to try it. No mention was made of there not being a full-service in the hotel on the dates I was there, I had to find that out after my arrival.

The Sercotel La Princesa is a three stars hotel that feels like four stars. The rooms are in great condition, clean and roomy. Room service operates like clockwork and everyday we came back to a tidy and very clean room. Breakfast was great with quality products, especially fruits (the fruit selection was not very varied but what they had was sweet and tasty). Due to the pandemic the restaurant was closed so we ate out everyday which allowed us to eat at small restaurants around the hotel and hunt for local dishes. While there, the hotel seemed a bit empty probably due to the pandemic and we crossed paths with very few other guests which was ok by me anyway. We had the breakfast room all for ourselves almost everyday which was great but we still felt bad for the hotel and its staff. Everyone was very friendly and treated us like family. In fact the hotel has a very family-friendly vibe and we enjoyed the quiet environment. The only thing I would love to see improved is a better offer of activities, things-to-do around Alcorcón and Mósteles. We also missed a swimming pool since it was quite hot at this time of the year but that's just me being picky and demanding :-).

The receptionist were so wonderful. Very informative and receptive. The accommodation facilities were superb. It was nice spending some time there. It's indeed second to none.
