I'm one who moves the furniture to see if they have cleaned, well it wasn't too bad as far as cleanliness. The pool and surrounding area were clean. The location was perfect for gaining access to the main drag in Branson.

The staff was awesome but the rooms don't get cleaned which sucked and we had to ask for towels. I know it's eco friendly but I think they should at least give fresh towels out every three days. Another problem was the faucet in the shower. It sprayed extremely hot water when it was on cold. It happened two times and my young son was in the shower. There was used tissues between the bed and wall. The game room was fun and the pool was fun but it has dead flies in it the first two days. The internet signal does not work here

Pros, pool open till midnight heated and salt water I liked it, hit tub jets were broke, free breakfast, staff is very kind, parking and easy access
Cons, old needs upgrades, counters were dirty in room bed skirts nasty like body fluids and food on the skirt. Carpets need cleaned bad, it's older stuff is rusted and reminds me of a motel. Beds are ok not comfty but at least I am not sleeping in another person's hole. Smell the room is very musty. The worst is the toilet flushing takes for ever and refill even longer. Sometimes getting my stuff flushed didn't work always I called the desk this is normal. I actually chose this hotel rather than another I had booked for 100.00 more 2 nights but I don't think it's any better. If you want a cheap fast night then maybe but I was not impressed.

The staff went over and beyond the manager as well smiles right from the front door friendly. I asked for 11 am check in time the original room they had for us wasn’t ready so they switched it too another wow and the room was quite spacious and clean too the hills. Will definitely stay there again

The rooms are clean, beds are COMFORTABLE. Staff is very friendly. My husband and I work in the hospitality industry and everyone at this hotel are the friendliest and most helpful people.. The breakfast was great!!!
