Muito bom hotel , pode ser um 4 estrelas tranquilamente, bonito , limpíssimo, atendentes extremamente solicitos. Super recomendo.

It's not so much worth the price. We found the staff to be very "fake friendly". The rooms are a bit small but our stay was still comfortable thanks to our great airbnb host. If we had to deal only with the staff on the ground, we would have had a tough time. The location is great, though, super close to beach restaurants and shopping needs. Não vale tanto o preço. Achamos a equipe muito "simpática". Os quartos são um pouco pequenos, mas a nossa estadia ainda foi confortável graças ao nosso grande anfitrião do airbnb. Se tivéssemos que lidar apenas com o pessoal no terreno, teríamos dificuldades. A localização é ótima, porém, super perto de restaurantes de praia e necessidades de compras.

This is a nice complex, very well located (large supermarkets round the corner, restaurants, cafes, sea is 4 minute walk down the road), staff is nice, amenities are very good (gym, pools, game rooms…). We stayed here two weeks and it was a very pleasant stay! Este é um complexo agradável, muito bem localizado (grandes supermercados ao virar da esquina, restaurantes, cafés, o mar fica a 4 minutos a pé), a equipe é simpática, as comodidades são muito boas (academia, piscinas, salas de jogos…). Ficamos aqui duas semanas e foi uma estadia muito agradável!

Rented an airbnb here. The building is convenient for 5th avenue. There's lots of good restaurants nearby and in a very safe neighborhood. The rooftop pool is for adults only and is nice and spacious with lots of loungers and some beds. I would stay here again Alugou um airbnb aqui. O edifício é conveniente para a 5ª Avenida. Há muitos bons restaurantes nas proximidades e em um bairro muito seguro. This is a nice complex, very well located (large supermarkets round the corner, restaurants, cafes, sea is 4 minute walk down the road), staff is nice, amenities are very good (gym, pools, game rooms…). We stayed here two weeks and it was a very pleasant stay!

My buddy rented out a room here. Great spot. The place is pretty big and spacious. Very clean. Upstairs area so you can drink with friends ! Meu amigo alugou um quarto aqui. Ótimo local. O lugar é bem grande e espaçoso. Muito limpo. Área no andar de cima para que você possa beber com os amigos!

Stayed at the condo for 10 days. Very enjoyable place and good location. 5 minute walk to 5th ave 12 minute walk to beach. Many local convenience stores just outside. Pools are very nice and place is well maintained overall. Nice Cafe for morning bfast and coffee at main pool side and restaurent with drinks at roof top adult only pool.People at front desk are very curtious and helpful. Permaneceu no condomínio por 10 dias. Lugar muito agradável e boa localização. 5 minutos a pé da 5th ave 12 minutos a pé da praia. Muitas lojas de conveniência locais do lado de fora. As piscinas são muito agradáveis e o local é bem conservado em geral. Café agradável para café da manhã e café no lado da piscina principal e restaurent com bebidas na piscina apenas para adultos na cobertura. As pessoas na recepção são muito prudentes e prestativas.

I stayed here for 4 days with my girlfriend. The location is amazing. We smelled the food from a restaurant we could see from the rooftop pool/bar area and it was great as well, very local and cheap. The lower swim up bar pool was not open, but it was being filled during our stay. Met 2 locals in the building that were very friendly and gave great advice.

Suuuuper recomendado. Yo reservé un apartamento por Booking, y me encantó! La ubicación es excepcional, a solo dos cuadras de la quinta avenida, cerca a la playa, cerca de supermercados, fácil de llegar. El condominio es muy lindo, tiene una arquitectura muy especial, las piscinas son geniales, tienen muy buenas instalaciones, hay un gym grande, salón de juegos, sala de cine, restaurante bar en el rooftop. El apartamento en el que me hospede estaba precioso, tenía dos habitaciones muy amplias, una cocina muy bien equipada y espacios muy amplios. Nuestro anfitrión dejó bebidas en la nevera, y snacks, además de café y agua, lo que fue un muy lindo detalle. Todo estaba muy aseado y a nuestro segundo día de estadía pasaron a asear nuevamente. Realmente recomendado.

This place has everything! Super nice rooms equipped with all your needs, rooftop with a bar and 2 swimming pools where you can sit at a bar in the water. Plus all kinds of facilities like fitness, sauna , pooltable. Also its 5 minutes walking to the beach and all the restaurants. Pepe en Ivan are really helpful. Keep on the good work. Definitely come back.
