O digno hotel é muito luxuoso e decorado com bom gosto. A área de bem-estar é muito recomendável. O pessoal é muito simpático, prestativo, competente e discreto. O serviço não deixa nada a desejar. A cozinha é excelente, os pratos são sempre frescos e preparados com atenção aos detalhes. Existem destinos de excursão muito bons na área. Excelente!

El hotel digno es muy lujoso y está decorado con buen gusto. La zona de bienestar es muy recomendable. El personal es muy agradable, servicial, competente y discreto. El servicio no deja nada que desear. La cocina es excelente, los platos siempre frescos y preparados con atención al detalle. Hay destinos de excursión muy agradables en la zona. ¡Excelente!

The dignified hotel is very luxurious and tastefully decorated. The wellness area is very recommendable. The staff is very nice, helpful, competent and discreet. The service leaves nothing to be desired. The kitchen is excellent, the dishes are always fresh and prepared with attention to detail. There are very nice excursion destinations in the area. Excellent!

Estávamos no apartamento Piz Roseg, que é realmente espaçoso, com uma vista muito bonita sobre as montanhas. O spa do hotel é realmente muito bom, com 5 belas saunas espaçosas. Se tivéssemos que apontar alguns pontos negativos (o que não justificava reduzir esse excelente lugar a uma classificação de 4 estrelas), chamaríamos: - depois de fazer nossa reserva inicial, fizemos algumas pequenas alterações e, a cada vez, parecia que eles tentavam extrair dinheiro extra injustificado; acabamos apontando e eles se desculpam e nos deram um desconto - o apartamento estava frio quando chegamos e não era óbvio como aquecê-lo - a cozinha não estava muito bem equipada: copos, pratos, talheres insuficientes para todos, sem saladeira, etc.A localização é muito conveniente para chegar às montanhas, pois fica do outro lado da estação de gôndola, mas fica um pouco longe do centro da cidade.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento Piz Roseg, que es muy espacioso, con una vista muy bonita de las montañas. El spa del hotel es realmente muy agradable con 5 hermosas y amplias saunas. Si tuviéramos que señalar algunos aspectos negativos (que no justificaron que este excelente lugar se redujera a una calificación de 4 estrellas), llamaríamos: - después de haber hecho nuestra reserva inicial, hicimos algunos cambios menores y cada vez parecía que intentaban extraer dinero extra injustificado; terminamos señalándolo y se disculpan y nos dieron un descuento - el apartamento estaba frío cuando llegamos y no era obvio cómo calentarlo - la cocina no estaba muy bien equipada: no había suficientes vasos, platos, cubiertos para todos, ninguna ensaladera, etc.La ubicación es muy conveniente para llegar a las montañas, ya que está justo al otro lado de la estación de góndolas, pero está un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad.

Hotel perfecto, SPA y demás. Hotel con estándares adicionales para viajeros que desean ser tratados como un rey y una reina. ¡El mejor hotel en la mejor estación de esquí del mundo!

We were staying in apartment Piz Roseg, which is really spacious, with a very nice view on the mountains. The spa of the hotel is really really nice with 5 beautiful spacious saunas. If we had to point out a few negatives (which didn't justify bringing this excellent place down to a 4 star rating), we'd call out:
- after having made our initial reservation, we made a few minor changes and each time it seemed they tried to extract unjustified extra money; we ended up pointing it out and they apologizes and gave us a discount though
- the apartment was cold when we arrived and it wasn't obvious how to warm it up
- the kitchen wasn't very well equiped: not enough glasses, plates, silverware for everyone, no salad bowl, etc.
The location is very convenient to get to the mountains since it's right across the gondola station, but it is a little far from the town center.
