"Feio" em Roma, mas sem qualquer segurança problemas. Area Limpeza tamanho correto, correto. pobres e pequeno-almoço sala, porque eles não têm espaço. Eles têm dois andares e este ano há recepção nem ninguém, apenas a parte superior. valor do preço direito de estar em Roma

Localização é convenientemente perto da estação Termini, mas esteja cansado, é certo contra os trilhos do trem e ser cauteloso durante a noite, pois foram alguns vagabundos à noite em nossa caminhada até a casa de hóspedes. Felizmente, fomos autorizados a entrar, mas esperamos do lado de fora da recepção por 20 minutos sem resposta. O quarto era médio, mas a cama era muito desconfortável / ruim. As chaves fornecidas para o alojamento (principalmente a porta da frente) mal funcionaram e foram mal cortadas, resultando em 5 minutos para poder abrir a porta da frente. Pelo preço, tudo bem, mas você pode querer pensar em reservar um local mais central / melhor.

Zona "fea" de Roma, pero sin ningún problema de seguridad. Limpieza correcta, tamaño correcto. Desayuno pobre y en la habitación ya que no tienen comedor. Tienen dos plantas y en este ano hay recepción ni nadie, solo en la de arriba. relación calidad precio correcto para ser en Roma

Fatal, el peor barrio de Roma, estaba peligroso. Las habitaciones sucias, con la olor, las cama la arreglan y ni tocan las almohadas. Cuando llegamos creimos que nos habiamos equivocado, pues las habitaciones no son como se muestran. Es un engaño al consumidor

Location is conveniently close to termini station but be weary it is right against the train tracks and be cautious at night as their were quite a few evening loiterers on our walk to the guest house. Luckily we were let in but waited outside the reception for 20 minutes with no answer. The room was average but the bed was very uncomfortable/poor. The keys given for the accommodation (particularly the front door) barely worked and were poorly cut, resulting in taking 5 minutes to be able to even open the front door. For the cost it was okay but you may want to think about booking somewhere more central/better location.

Discreto para o local onde é um tiro de pedra da garagem para proteger o carro está muito perto da estação Termini de metro e outros transportes públicos para o resto tudo deixa um pouco a desejar muito pequeno e não muito limpo banheiro debaixo da cama poeira e outro lixo quarto triplo e roupa de banho para dois, em suma, há chineses cujos padrões não são o que esperamos dos italianos, talvez os italianos não querem mais trabalhar nem gerenciar um hotel?

Atenção à proposta! Está dentro do proposto quanto a instalações e localização. Tive vontade de dar meia volta à medida que me aproximava do endereço, mas pode ser apenas uma primeira impressão ruim baseada em preconceitos existentes. No entanto, a toalha de banho oferecida tinha cor de burro fugido (muito amarelada e pequena). O criado mudo estava sujo de café do cliente anterior, acredito. E o chão do quarto só é limpo em volta da cama. Por baixo, há um retângulo de poeira devido à péssima higienização. Não recomendo. Administração ruim.

Noisy and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The hotel is spread across two buildings, with the second part being much more sub-standard than the main hotel. Overall, a sub-standard experience.

Most of Rome's accommodations are in a pretty dodgy area. But I think this place is in one of the most dodgy ones. It's alright if you're travelling with a big group, but I was travelling with 2 of my sisters and we didn't feel the area was safe enough. Also, the location constantly smells of urine. Double yuck.

We really enjoyed our three-day stay at the Zhihua Inn in Rome. The real gem here is the staff-- the owner Ms. Zhihua, and the morning staff person Ben-- who were unfailingly helpful and kind in every respect. We ended up being somewhat high-maintenance guests, with a couple of special needs-- a broken toilet that needed fixing, a taxi that needed to be arranged at 4:30 a.m.-- and the staff bent over backwards to take care of these things for us.
This is not a fancy hotel or a fancy neighborhood, but the room was large by European standards, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and two big comfy chairs. Don't let the low, low price scare you away: it's not a sketchy place at all. We did have a little bit of trouble with the building's old plumbing, but were otherwise so pleased that we didn't really mind. Also, even though it is right near the train station, we barely noticed the sound of the trains at all-- the building must be very sound-proof. An excellent budget-friendly choice. Walkable to the station and to many tourist sites. The hotel is situated on the upper floor of an apartment building; when you arrive, you have to ring the bell, and the owner will buzz you in. The building is quite nice on the inside.
The owner is, I believe, Chinese, and many of the guests seemed to be as well, but all nationalities should consider this hotel an excellent choice. We managed to get along fine in English, and I suspect one of the staff may be fluent in Spanish as well. For all I know, they may speak ten other languages! In any case, whenever we had difficulty understanding one another, they worked extremely hard to communicate with me and make sure our needs were addressed. Highly recommended! My only complaint is they ought to charge more!
