We were accommodated in a twin room with a single bed and a double bed. Everything was up to expectations for a 4-star hotel, cleanliness, spotless sheets and towels, friendly staff, ready to help if you needed it. The hotel is very well located, next to Drake Circus, right in the center, and a quarter of an hour's walk from the train station. Although we are not used to an English type breakfast, it was quite good and varied. I wish we had more fresh vegetables and salad for breakfast! Online check-out was great! Fomos acomodados em um quarto duplo com uma cama de solteiro e uma cama de casal. Tudo estava de acordo com as expectativas para um hotel de 4 estrelas, limpeza, lençóis e toalhas imaculados, funcionários simpáticos, prontos a ajudar se necessário. O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo ao Drake Circus, bem no centro, e a um quarto de hora a pé da estação de trem. Embora não estejamos acostumados a um café da manhã tipo inglês, foi muito bom e variado. Eu gostaria que tivéssemos mais legumes frescos e salada no café da manhã! O check-out online foi ótimo!

Nos acomodaron en una habitación doble con una cama individual y una cama doble. Todo estuvo a la altura de las expectativas de un hotel de 4 estrellas, limpieza, sábanas y toallas impecables, personal amable, dispuesto a ayudar si lo necesitabas. El hotel está muy bien situado, al lado de Drake Circus, en pleno centro, ya un cuarto de hora andando de la estación de tren. Aunque no estamos acostumbrados a un desayuno tipo inglés, fue bastante bueno y variado. ¡Ojalá tuviéramos más verduras frescas y ensalada para el desayuno! ¡El check-out en línea fue genial!

Were given drink vouchers as there were price discrepancies between Jury's and Agoda, which was a pleasant surprise. Would stay again if I wanted to stay in Plymouth. A equipe foi incrivelmente amigável e o hotel era muito limpo. A equipe do bar também foi legal, embora parecesse um pouco sobrecarregada ou inexperiente em administrar um bar. As bebidas eram boas embora. Foram dados vouchers para bebidas, pois havia discrepâncias de preços entre o Jury's e o Agoda, o que foi uma agradável surpresa. Ficaria novamente se eu quisesse ficar em Plymouth.

El personal era increíblemente amable y el hotel estaba muy limpio. El personal del bar también era agradable, aunque parecían un poco abrumados o sin experiencia en la gestión de un bar. Las bebidas estaban bien. Nos dieron cupones para bebidas ya que había discrepancias de precios entre Jury's y Agoda, lo cual fue una agradable sorpresa. Me alojaría de nuevo si quisiera quedarme en Plymouth.

Stayed here many times over the years, just returned for my sons graduation where the room rate had been significantly inflated to over £150 per night, the rooms are now starting to look a bit “tired” and “dirty”, with stains on the walls & carpets. House keeping was also poor, even though we left the cleaning sign on the door in the morning, only then to be greeted with a bag left outside with towels etc and a note saying they couldn’tclean the room and left a 10% discount on food & drink (not much use if you’re already dining outside). Also I don’t understand the online check in, only to stand in the same queue as everyone else who hasn’t checked in, it sort of defeats the objective?

The room here was very nice and the staff were helpful. I also had dinner here at the bar and the food was ok but there really was not enough seating for the volume of traffic. This is annoying as the restaurant was just across the lobby empty and closed. This hotel has a car park underneath which is very convenient. You can pay for parking in the hotel. There is currently no room service available but there are plenty of restaurants nearby that deliver.

The good: easy parking, central location, clean rooms, dark and quiet rooms, nice variety at breakfast.Needs improvement - bad pillows (got neck ache from the pillows), bad coffee, shower has no power.Overall, good for a quick stop over / work trip if you need somewhere easy to stay. O bom: estacionamento fácil, localização central, quartos limpos, quartos escuros e silenciosos, boa variedade no café da manhã.Precisa de melhorias - travesseiros ruins (dor no pescoço dos travesseiros), café ruim, chuveiro sem energia.No geral, bom para uma parada rápida / viagem de trabalho, se você precisar de um lugar fácil para ficar.

Good location just a short walk to the town centre/harbour. Room was a bit dated and no safe facility in room, hence a star off. Really nice stay overall and parking in adjacent car park worked well, having paid through the hotel. Staff were all really nice and helpful. Boa localização a uma curta caminhada do centro da cidade/porto. Quarto era um pouco datado e sem instalações seguras no quarto, daí uma estrela. Muito boa estadia em geral e estacionamento no parque de estacionamento adjacente funcionou bem, tendo pago através do hotel. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestativos.

My partner and I stayed at the Jury Hotel Plymouth and used the Car park that was available at £10 per stay we stayed for 2 nights and paid for out first night, when my partner paid for the second night it was discovered that our car had not been registered at being paid the previous night but was assured that if we received a parking ticket the problemwas easily resolved ……… so when we received a parking fine we contacted the hotel on two occasions in the same day to be told they can’t actually deal with the problem ?!! Not very helpful at all, I am now having to fight a case regarding the parking fine and although this is not my mistake I will end up having to pay a huge fine as if anyone knows trying to fight to claim your innocence results in having to go through the system that ends up in court, I can’t afford this as a black mark on my credit file !! So I am paying a costly price for a receptionist mistake and the manager is not interested!!! Meu parceiro e eu ficamos no Jury Hotel Plymouth e usamos o estacionamento que estava disponível por £ 10 por estadia, ficamos por 2 noites e pagamos pela primeira noite, quando meu parceiro pagou pela segunda noite, descobriu-se que nosso carro tinha não foi registrado como pago na noite anterior, mas foi garantido que, se recebêssemos uma multa de estacionamento, o problema seria facilmente resolvido ……… então, quando recebemos uma multa de estacionamento, entramos em contato com o hotel em duas ocasiões no mesmo dia para saber que eles podem realmente não lidar com o problema?!! Não é muito útil, agora estou tendo que lutar contra a multa de estacionamento e, embora não seja um erro meu, vou acabar tendo que pagar uma multa enorme, como se alguém soubesse que tentar lutar para reivindicar sua inocência resulta em ter que passar pelo sistema que acaba no tribunal, não posso pagar isso como uma marca negra no meu arquivo de crédito !! Portanto, estou pagando um preço caro por um erro da recepcionista e o gerente não está interessado!

Really great hotel, fantastic location and very helpful/friendly staff. The room I had (family) was very clean and tidy and had everything you needed. I would’ve like a bar of soap was the only thing missing from the room. My room also looked into the ‘courtyard’ area but at 5:30am the glass bottles bin was emptied and that sound carried up to my room. The window let a lot of noise in. Breakfast was also very average but it did the job. However no other faults can be found. Great in all other aspects. Realmente ótimo hotel, localização fantástica e funcionários muito prestativos/amigáveis. O quarto que eu tinha (família) era muito limpo e arrumado e tinha tudo o que você precisava. Eu gostaria que uma barra de sabão fosse a única coisa que faltava na sala. Meu quarto também dava para a área do 'pátio', mas às 5h30 a lixeira das garrafas de vidro foi esvaziada e aquele som foi levado até o meu quarto. A janela deixava entrar muito barulho. O café da manhã também era muito mediano, mas fazia o trabalho. No entanto, nenhuma outra falha pode ser encontrada. Ótimo em todos os outros aspectos.

Un hotel realmente fantástico, una ubicación fantástica y un personal muy servicial y amable. La habitación que tenía (familiar) estaba muy limpia y ordenada y tenía todo lo que necesitabas. Me hubiera gustado que una barra de jabón fuera lo único que faltaba en la habitación. Mi habitación también miraba hacia el área del "patio", pero a las 5:30 a.m. se vació el contenedor de botellas de vidrio y ese sonido llegó a mi habitación. La ventana dejaba entrar mucho ruido. El desayuno también era muy normal pero cumplía su función. Sin embargo, no se pueden encontrar otras fallas. Genial en todos los demás aspectos.
