Quartos amplos, staff muito agradável. Quartos algo desatualizados mas ainda assim agradáveis. Bom pequeno almoço.

No issues with room except the absence of a mini fridge was peculiar, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Many food and drink options on the dinner menu were not available. Breakfast selection is average and lukewarm food, but there was a rat/mouse running around the restaurant whilst breakfast buffet was being served, definitely not acceptable! Has put me off but there is a steep (£6) tray charge to have breakfast delivered to your room if you don't want to eat at the buffet in the restaurant. Also manual internal room lock did not work and fan in bathroom was always on, whether the bathroom light was on or not, so this way noisy. Nenhum problema com o quarto, exceto a ausência de um frigobar, era peculiar, mas limpo e confortável. Muitas opções de comida e bebida no cardápio do jantar não estavam disponíveis. A seleção de café da manhã é média e comida morna, mas havia um rato correndo pelo restaurante enquanto o buffet de café da manhã estava sendo servido, definitivamente inaceitável! Isso me desencorajou, mas há uma taxa de bandeja íngreme (6) para que o café da manhã seja entregue no seu quarto, se você não quiser comer no buffet do restaurante. Além disso, a trava manual interna do quarto não funcionava e o ventilador do banheiro estava sempre ligado, quer a luz do banheiro estivesse acesa ou não, portanto, dessa forma, barulhento.

Hotel muito ruim, quartos sujos, tendo que implorar para o quarto ser limpo, não trocam a roupa de cama, teve dias que nem toalha de banho tinha. Resumindo Hotel de péssima qualidade, necessidade de um administrador melhor.

Hotel was nice and clean, perfect location. We had upgraded to a superior room for 2 people, only 1 water and 1 biscuit which is supposed to be some of the 'benefits' of this particular room. Air con worked well, bed was comfy and the shower was nice and powerful. Hotel era bom e limpo, localização perfeita. Tivemos um upgrade para um quarto superior para 2 pessoas, apenas 1 água e 1 biscoito que é suposto ser alguns dos 'benefícios' deste quarto em particular. O ar condicionado funcionou bem, a cama era confortável e o chuveiro era bom e potente.

The hotel is pleasant, with decent size rooms (although not massive), friendly staff, and a good variety on the breakfast buffet. Air conditioning in the room was the main criteria for us as a reprieve from the recent heatwave.As for location you can't get much more central than this. There's cheap parking opposite (£6/day), restaurants immediately next to the hotel, and the nation shopping centre within a few minutes walk.The downsides we experienced were no fridge within the room, the air conditioning in the room was pretty weak (compared with other hotels we've experienced recently) and deactivated on its own randomly. Travelling with a young child we had hoped there would have been a 'bed guard' available to stop them rolling out of bed, but unfortunately the hotel didn't have any.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. I didn't eat an evening meal there so I can't comment on that. The biggest downside is there is not hotel parking. Pay parking is available on the road. Different tariff prices on either side of the road.

Stayed on a National Holidays weekend. Couldn't believe the standard considering how little we paid for the weekend. Great room, comfortable bed, en suite fine, great wifi. Air con a bit noisy but you have the option to turn it off. Meals excellent, staff friendly and helpful. Interesting location in the middle of Milton Keynes. Never been before and found it really fascinating. All good. Se Hospedaram em um feriados nacionais fim de semana. Não podia acreditar no padrão, considerando o pouco que pagamos pelo fim de semana. Ótimo quarto, cama confortável, banheiro fino, ótimo wifi. Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento, mas você tem a opção de desligá-lo. Refeições excelentes, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Localização interessante no meio de Milton Keynes. Nunca foi antes e achei realmente fascinante. Tudo certo.

The hotel guests seem to like a shandy or two and can’t handle it but a better effort is needed to keep the place clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner in the room but at least the bed was clean and comfortable. Both dinner and breakfast were good. Plenty of choice for both. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t stay again due to the cleanliness. Check-in e quarto tinha doente sobre o tapete e base da cama. Nós foram transferidos quartos este quarto tinha manchas no tapete. Banheiro na recepção coberto de doentes. Os hóspedes do hotel parecem gostar de um ou dois shandy e não conseguem lidar com isso, mas é necessário um esforço melhor para manter o local limpo. O banheiro poderia ter sido mais limpo no quarto, mas pelo menos a cama era limpa e confortável. Tanto o jantar quanto o café da manhã estavam bons. Muitas possibilidades de escolha para ambos. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e prestativos. Não ficaria novamente devido à limpeza.

Aside from that room clean and in good order.Pretty stingy with sugar in the room in respect of the tea making facilities. Biscuits for hungry travellers also absent.Overall, adequate for a night or two if on business. Quarto satisfatório. Bem definido e cama muito confortável com boa roupa de cama e travesseiros. Ar Con muito barulhento à noite.Não fiquei feliz em encontrar um pequeno tufo de cabelo na pia do banheiro. Além daquele quarto limpo e em boas condições. Bastante mesquinho com açúcar no quarto em relação às comodidades para fazer chá. Biscoitos para viajantes famintos também estão ausentes.No geral, adequado para uma ou duas noites se a negócios.

3 stars purely for the room. The bed and selection of pillows were great.
The Bad thing
1. Corridor smelt of sewage
2. Breakfast was largely inedible. Bacon dry and sweaty, eggs very dry, sausage are edible.
3. Coffee - I can honestly say the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. It is horrific with zero flavour
Advice - stay for the room but don't have the breakfast or the coffee. There are places within 1-200m that serve excellent food and coffee

Calidad - precio sin más. El agua de la Ducha sale templada tirando a fría. Igual que el termostato de la habitación que no se puede regular. Desayuno bien. Asesoramiento de parking del exterior FATAL... me multaron.

Bastante normal.La recepcionista ha sido muy amigable y las instalaciones comunes son bastante correctas,pero las habitaciones son bastantes normalitas. Rull desayuno está bastante completo eso sí. Muy cerca del mall y del scape y por los alrededores hay bastante opciones para cenar y comer.
