Worst experience ever... We booked four nights in this hotel but we were forced to leave before the last night. We were a group of 7 prench people in their 30's. The personel was pretty kind at first, the facilities (parking, pool) were as described on booking and the rooms were just ok (except the 30€ extra free for the A/C and if you like sleeping with hundreds of mosquitos).
The owner of the hotel for some reason refused us the access at the pool because she accused one of us of pooping in the pool in the morning... What a joke... She couldn't even tell us who the person was. Furthermore she threatened us to call the police to solve the issue, she apparently "had" one of us on CCTV but didn't want to show us who the person was. Logical because nobody did it...
To sum up she didn't want us in her hotel because we didn't meet the criteria of the regular british family with kids and made all this story up just to kick us out. This kind of behaviour is just disguting...

Had a fantastic time at this apartment hotel. Away from the busy town and near some fantastic restaurants. Beach and town centre of Sidari about 20 minutes walk but for us quite happy to hang out at the pool grab a snack or lunch at the on site restaurant, go out for dinner and come back for a delicious cocktail or three!

My mother in law and my cousin were staying here for 10 days, it is now the 7th day and they have been evicted without any given reason because they complained about the state of a room they were placed in as it was full of some sort of insect that left them with bites all over them, there has been no hospitality and when they asked if they could eat she said she would not cook.. you had to ask her permission to go in the jacuzzi.. the hotel was completely dead.. there was no entertainment and Sophia the manager walks around with a face like a slapped arse and makes you feel very unwelcome.. the advertising for this hotel is all false information it is nothing like described and my relatives are now in tears and stranded for the next 3 days..my relatives had done nothing wrong and had just been visiting the beach each day and were just going back to hotel to sleep.. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS UTTERLY DISGRACEFULL HOTEl.. if anyone has any problems staying there go to the damia hotel opposite she is such a helpful lady, she cooked us a meal when our hotel refused and has been lovely to us... Sofia you are a disgrace of a hotel manager and It shows in just how dead your hotel is!!!!!!

The room was large as we got an upgrade for free because there were kids involved. The outdoor jacuzzi was €2 pp for 10 minutes. You weren't aloud to dive in the pool even in the deep end.
