O pessoal é cortês e atento às necessidades do cliente. Os quartos são encantadores e possuem elementos de valor absoluto. A localização resultante é extraordinária. Uma experiência inesquecível e um motivo infalível para voltar. Absolutamente recomendável !!!

Excelente pequeno apartamento no coração de Roma que é alugado como um hotel. Sem café da manhã, mas grande sala com cozinha. É um pouco difícil de encontrar, então esteja pronto para ligar para a recepção para encontrar a porta da frente. Mas depois disso, tudo foi fácil e ótimo.

Salas temáticas no centro de Roma. Excelente serviço, incluindo um farto café da manhã. Experimentei a temática japonesa, muito bonita com uma jacuzzi muito confortável para duas pessoas. Lugar ideal para um fim de semana de casal muito romântico !!

Tínhamos um quarto espetacular, o nome é Amor, como era nosso aniversário também, parecia que foi feito de propósito. Embora dava para a praça, quase não se ouvia o barulho do trânsito. Ponto estratégico para circular por Roma a pé. Chegamos à estação e demos meia hora de caminhada. Visitamos o Coliseu e a área do Fórum Romano, não muito longe do hotel e voltamos para o nosso quarto, o jacuzzi estava esperando por nós. Sim, acertou, na sala. Pelo que entendi, existem mais 3 quartos, com uma temática diferente, mas sempre com jacuzzi privado. Maravilhoso!!! O pequeno-almoço também é muito interessante, servido sempre no quarto, farto, à escolha, na noite anterior preenche uma folha com as várias opções e depois entrega na recepção. Preço alto, por um serviço que merece.

ficamos na sala de cinema, o jacuzzi lindo, mas o quarto muito empoeirado. não há nenhum kit de cortesia, mas o dispensador de sabão que estava quebrado e o sabão pingava. a porta do banheiro está quebrada e se você trancá-la corre o risco de ficar lá dentro. ar condicionado não funciona. colchão muito confortável e efeito de projetor espetacular. bela a capacidade de decidir cores, luzes e sombras. o quadro negro na parede não foi bem apagado com a escrita dos convidados .. horrível, não estamos no metrô. talvez os quartos precisem de uma renovação. excelente café da manhã servido no quarto no horário com muita gentileza mas .... não há CAPPUCCINO no cardápio?!? absurdo! pessoal muito gentil, prestativo e atencioso, dedicado ao pessoal 10!

An Anniversary trip to Rome with a 7 night stay in the fabulous iRooms Pantheon.What a place, what a stay... If you have checked out iRooms, then you will know each room is themed, we choose a Spa Room and stayed in the iLove Room.A great room with a view of the church opposite and complete with a floating bed, hot tub jacuzzi, en suite shower room, relaxing sofa, breakfast table with Nespresso coffee machine, flat screen tv and Philips Hue lighting to set the mood.In addition a secure in room safe to secure any documents, a great air conditioning system, a sweet massage chair and a mini fridge, which is restocked daily with water and snacks... Everything you could need after a day sight seeing in the city.Oh and the memory foam floating bed is simply the best... Perfect place to rest your weary limbs after a day out... You literally sink into the bed and wake up ready for another day in the hustle and bustle of Rome!You get access to free wifi in the room, not forgetting a iPad, where you can control the Hue lighting, set the theme you require and also do some research on the city before you go out and about.It was a huge room, in an amazing building, which is no surprise considering the architecture of the city. Very secure with a main entrance door from the front, leading to stairs and a lift to the rooms. We stayed on the third floor, accessed by another door into the reception area, then on through to the rooms. You get keys for all access doors and can come and go as you please.The staff were on hand to help from check in to check out. Very helpful and attentive service, like the best hotel concierge you could want. We were shown around the room upon check in, the room all set up with tranquil music, ambient lighting and the wow factor.If we needed anything then we could just pop into reception and ask or as instructed upon check in we could use Skype on the in room iPad.The staff were great, friendly and welcoming and always helpful. Nothing was too much bother from guidance to the best places to eat, bus services and arranging a transfer to the airport upon checking out.Breakfast was served daily to your room, we placed a checklist order every day and received a great continental fare in our room at the time selected. We are never really ones for breakfast, usually because you have to get ready and go down early to a restaurant etc... However with the ability to make your breakfast selection and have this brought to your room, we indulged daily and enjoyed starting our day with some awesome breakfast treats. From Mortadella bread, cheese selection, croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt and chocolate cake... Breakfast of champions!In addition, if you are leaving your room early to go off sight seeing, then with notice the iRooms team will make a breakfast package for you to take with you or eat before you go... Another great little compliment to a great stay!The hotel location was just the best. We choose it as it was slap bang in the city centre, where pretty much all attractions from the Trevi Fountain, Coliseum and Pantheon were around 20mins walk away... The longest journey was to the Vatican City, but one short bus ride and again you were there. A great location in the best city!Staying in the iRooms was like having a private apartment in the City, with the additional benefits of having staff on hand if you need them. Rooms were cleaned daily, in room fridge restocked and with the location... You could not want for better. A great price, great stay and awesome themed room, with many more to explore on another stay.We flipped a coin in the Trevi Fountain on our last day in the wonderful City, this means we will be going back one day.... And when we do we will be staying in iRooms... With plenty of different room to enjoy and the perfect location... Without a doubt this is one of the best city stays we have ever experienced.iRooms... iLove! 👍👍👍

Great little apartment in the Heart of Rome that is rented like a hotel. No breakfast, but great room with a kitchen. It is a little hard to find, so be ready to call the front desk to find the front door. But after that, all was easy and great.

Si buscas algo diferente en Roma, los iRooms son una gran opción. Céntrico, románticos, con habitaciones temáticas. Yo me hospedé con mi chica en el iSpa, con baño turco y jacuzzi. Todo muy límpio, personal muy amable y sin ruidos. Descansamos genial. Como no tienen un salón de desayunos, te lo traen a la habitación a la hora que les indiques. Gran servicio.

Uno de los peores hoteles en los que nunca había estado. Una decepción de las grandes. El desayuno muy malo y te lo traen a la habitación pero porque no tienen comedor, la habitación sucia con el suelo de césped artificial, encontré unos calcetines.No volvería ni gratis.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are very unique. We stayed in the zen room which was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Found it a bit difficult to find, and you wonder what to expect from the outside, but once inside it's definitely worth the money. Free WiFi and decent breakfast included. Plus Netflix on the TV and an iPad if you need it.

My wife and I booked this hotel last minute due to a problem at another hotel.The service here was excellent, the bed was VERY comfortable compared to other hotels in Rome and Italy in general.The room was very modern and clean.It blew away our previous more expensive hotel that was less than a kilometer away.If we make it back to Italy, we will definitely look for another iRooms location to stay at.
