My girlfriend and I have bad memories of this place. We were first picked up in a small car from the airport from a sketchy man with no sign for us, we had to stuff 5 people into this small car to go all the way (30-40 minutes) to the docks where our boat to the hotel was, in a car with little to no AC and broken windows. Also, although he was nice, I’m pretty sure our boat driver to the hotel was stoned. Though, the place was gorgeous. It was in the middle of the Amazon with a big pool, a great bar with an amazing bartender (Meier). Overall, the property was beautiful. Though, they didn’t tell us at all that they would be doing loud construction during our stay. Although it may be a getaway vacation stay, the lack of WiFi (especially as it was a time where WWIII may have happened with the Iran incident with Trump), made the stay somewhat annoying as the internet could barely be accessed at all which made us stressed and sleepless. The tours were amazing, as they brought us through the Amazon, nearby tribes (which had quick acts and seemed to act on a system and script), and a lovely butterfly and animal sanctuary (Pilpintuwasi) where they fed and cared for and CAREFULLY helped animals in the exotic trade that have been abused, in full jungle areas where we walked in a cage around them. Although the food was really delicious, and they tried, it was tough for them to make vegan options for me and I pretty much had the same exact meals everyday. Moreover, although they asked us when we would like our meals, it seemed as if they only started cooking after we started sitting down. Every day we waited for lunch and dinner for 1.5 hours to get our meals. The head chef/head waiter tried his best and always made it amazing, he truly stood out as exceptional, but many other employees slacked and showed little care to the people staying there. Furthermore, we only had electricity and AC at certain hours of the day, which was sweaty and uneasy during most hours of the day. If anything stood out as exceptional, it was three individuals: Flavio (our tour guide), the head chef/head waiter, and Meier (the amazing bartender and all around helper). They were truly exceptional people dedicated to making the stay of the people there as good as possible. The overall stay made my girlfriend and I further apart and was a disappointment.

Really nice people,nice facilities. The pools are really useful when it's hot outside ... and it's always hot outside ! Meals are expensive, and not really awesome,but there's no other choices : if you can book directly from their site and not from booking or others,they don't offer the all inclusive ...

Nice grounds. Food is tasty but limited (typically 4 options per meal), and small buffet breakfast. Some dishes not so good, and only very few typical of the region. Variety of tours can be booked through hotel or privately. Rooms are simple, clean.
