Ficamos muito felizes com a limpeza do apartamento e surpresos com a quantidade de espaço. Foi perfeito para mim e minha esposa e filho. Ele tinha muito espaço para correr por aí. O serviço foi absolutamente brilhante e shameem é um verdadeiro crédito para a empresa. Eu recomendaria definitivamente e quando voltar a Londres para uma pausa será definitivamente remarcar. Sala limpa, o check-out estava agendado para as 11:00, depois de ter entrado na sala às 04:00, permiti-me sair para as 12:00. Cama confortável, o sofá-cama na sala estava trêmulo, porque um pouco de dano quebrado, caso contrário, nada a dizer sobre este lugar.

Não vale o preço em tudo! Os quartos tinham tapetes rasgados. Cinza de cigarro e manchas em edredons. Os sofás parecem não ter sido limpos há algum tempo. Posicionado perto da estrada principal, fazendo muito barulho e não tendo uma noite de sono tranquila.

Not worth the price at all! Rooms had carpets ripped. Cigarette ash and stains on duvets. Sofas seem to have not been cleaned for a while. Positioned close to main road so a lot of noise and not having a peaceful night’s sleep.

This is a copy of the email I sent on our arrival at the apartment. I have received no response to my complaint, further emails or telephone calls. Nor have I received the refund requested. As a result I am suing the company for my money back and costs. You can now come to your own conclusions as to whether it is a place for you to be staying in!"DearNicole, We have arrived in the apartment. The only reason we are still here is because we arrived really late and my 4 year old has fallen asleep through sheer tiredness, otherwise I would have left immediately!This apartment is disgraceful. Everything is broken or uncomfortable. It is noisy and tatty and the towels and bedding are cheap. I will be checking out first thing and expect a full refund. How on earth do you call this a 'luxury' apartment. Something is also not right about this place as I have done nothing but itch since arriving.My husband was supposed to be joining me tomorrow night. He would be so angry that you have subjected his wife and children to this! I would be too embarrassed to show him this place and just want to forget I was ever here.I am in the process of planning my Mother's funeral, whilst also undergoing building work. We were very happy with how clean the apartment was and surprised at the amount of space. It was perfect for me and my wife and son. He had plenty of space to run around. The service was absolutely brilliant and shameem is a real credit to the company. I would definitely recommend and when returning to London for a break will definitely rebook. These appartement are great if you are visiting for a few days and even a couple of weeks they are very homey and comfortable where I stayed we had 3 bedrooms and free WiFi this appartement is amazing and I definitely recommend staying in them also the proximity to the train station is also a plus
