Os quartos são do padrão Ibis, simples mas suficiente para repousar. Para chegar ao aeroporto de Birmingham é só atravessar a rua. Muito conveniente.

Not bad for a budjet hotel though a couple of of extra pillows would have been nice. (Need two each to sleep). Room was compact but clean and inviting.

I stayed in the hotel for one night. Room was fine, clean and the staff were very helpful.
In the morning I went to use the hairdryer provided in the room and I was shocked at the state of it. It was melted, burnt at the top and began to smoke on use. I brought the hairdryer down to receiption and I was questioned as if I had caused the damage. The hotel need to conduct a thorough investigation of the appliances provided in the rooms to ensure they are fit for purpose and safe to use. Legal obligation.

I think this was a very nice hotel for the budget price they charged. I could see the room had been thoroughly cleaned, everything in the room looked new and modern.

Room was fine , clean etc...but the bar/restaurant is a shambles.Bar staff on their phones instead of serving customers,. Ordered a simple pizza , was waiting 50 minutes for it , so i got up and left. Also some randomperson just wandered In and sat at our table. And proceeded to fall asleep and stay there.. Bemusimg to day the least.

Greeted at reception by a member of the staff who was constantly yawning in front of guests as we all were booked in at 3 pm, didn’t even put a hand over her mouth! The room looked as though it needed a thorough refurbishment, window blinds didn’t work correctly, toilet door handles loose, generally felt grubby. Not a good experience.

Rooms weren’t very clean, clipped toe nails on the carpet next to the bed. Bathroom had a very off putting smell coming from it and the shower had no hot water coming from it at all. We was trying to get through to reception for 30 minutes to get help for the shower problem but never got through to them.
We even tried calling from our mobiles externally but still nothing.
The food was ok however and the initial receptionist we spoke to was helpful and polite.

Checked in at midnight. Within five minutes I was in bed! Perfect location for late night arrivals. 5-10 minutes walk from airport.
Incredibly comfy bed, good hot shower. Tiny room cum cubicle. Very clean. I appreciated liquid soap / shampoo in big (read 'environmentally friendly' container).
Didn't have breakfast. Quoted £10 but preferred cheaper option back at airport.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. El personal muy atento. Limpio y confortable como todos los Ibis. Eso sí, cuidado si vienes con coches de alquiler porque no dispone de parking propio y el de el aeropuerto es carísimo. Además no puedes casi ni bajar y dejar las maletas sin riesgo de que te multen por parar en la puerta. Si vas descarga rápida y devuelve el coche al parking de la empresa de alquiler o busca en los recomendados por el hotel que don más económicos. Por otro lado muy cómofo para visitar la cuidad, hay un shutle desde el aeropuerto a la estación y desde allí muchos trenes a la ciudad cada poco tiempo. Para volver hay casi hasta las 11 y el shutle funciona hasta las 00:30

La decoración de la recepción y la zona de espera es espectacular, pero las habitaciones son muy básicas rondando lo hortera y sobre todo tuvimos ruidos de gente que llegaba de madrugada (nos alojamos un sábado). Lo mejor la ubicación, al lado del aeropuerto y con muy buena comunicación con el centro de Birminghan. Lo peor, el ruido del pasillo (curiosamente, hacia fuera estaba muy bien aislado a pesar de estar pegado al aeropuerto). Una pena el ruido de los huéspedespor la noche que no nos dejaron descansar! Quizá si viajas entre semana no tengas ese problema...
