It was amazing, the beach is superb! And I enjoyed the animations with Fernando, I learnt all the Latin dances, the animation team is really good. Every night live music and live dance show, and it is unbelievable how the dancers change so quick and perform in different concepts. The lunch is not great but still okay. Best part is yoga, dance and fun

We had a wonderful 2 week vacation at this resort. Although there were some amenities that were not available due to health restrictions the attitude and efforts of the resort staff still made our trip very comfortable. The resort was kept very clean by the hard working grounds keepers. The staff in the buffet were so accommodating and friendly we have made several friends for life. The entertainment staff is a lot of fun and try hard to keep everyone busy. Some of our favorite staff were Jania from guest services, Julio from he entertainment staff , Lianet, Betty and Alberto form the buffet. Thank you all. Hotel não é maupara 4 ☆Em cuba. A comida e bastantemas sempre igual. O serviço não é dos melhoresmas com propina tudo se resolve. Animação e boa mas limitada. A noite e melhor sair do hotel para dançar pk a discoteca está as escuras e a música baixinha e ninguém dentro. Cuba tudo muito caro para um país com esta qualidade de vida.(Dez 2018)

We had a beautiful time here at Varadero! When you want to go to Cuba to the sea and beach, Varadero is the best option. Everything is beautiful here! And the service is also good. The food was tasty, lot of thinks to eat, perfect chef Marcelino Tavares, really kind person, who wants for you the best! And the all inclusive service with drinks was excelent! I never was at all inclusive, where they gave you almost the most expensive alcohols (rum, gin, tequila…). W We were there during covid area, so the service was more excelent, than we expected. Hope to be back some day in Caribian ❤️

It was a beautiful honeymoon. We have stayed for 10 days. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, most of them speak English but they are used to communicate with you in Russian. The Chief Mr. Marcelino Tavarez is really nice guy and always makes you happy. Beach is very pretty and clean. Food is also great and tasty the only thing that I was missing is tea for breakfast. In Cuba you can pay with Euros or Dollars but in some shops they accept only cards. Take anough cash with you because in Cuba you won't be able to withdraw any money. Due to COVID-19 there were only few trips and none of them outside Varadero. But we definitely recommend going to delfinariu in Cayo Blanco. We have enjoyed the stay very much.

Tudo ótimo e já como esperava, é um Hotel em Cuba ninguém está a espera de grandes luxos. Foi uma ótima estadia, todo o pessoal simpático e um exterior muito bonito. Bem situado com rent a car no interior que da sempre muito jeito. A variedade e qualidade nos buffets não é das melhores mas mais uma vez estamos em Cuba. Infelizmente há pessoas que exageram nos comentários negativos e dizem mentiras. Vale a pena ficar neste hotel assim como em tantos outros.

A minha estadia foi de 21 a 28 de Julho. Este hotel está localizado numa das melhores zonas de praia em Varadero. A praia é lindíssima, tem segurança, animação e é fácil encontrar espreguiçadeiras com sombra. O hotel tem acesso a internet no lobby e nos quartosperto do lobby (pelo menos o quartoonde estive tinha) através de compra de cartões de 1hora por 1CUC cada. Os quartos são espaçosos, as toalhas e lençóis são limpos, mas a limpeza do chão do quarto poderia ser melhor. O buffet é bom. O melhor café expresso é servido no bar do lobby. Tem loja de souvenirs. Agradeço a todos os funcionários deste hotel pela experiência que me deram.

Personal muy amable en general. Pero hay poca variedad en comida y en licor. No tienen servicio nocturno (hasta las 12 de la media noche) para comidas o bebidas. Te apagan el aire acondicionado en el buffet para sacarte rapido. No es 4 estrellas. No lo recomiendo por nada del mundo.

Cuentan con una instalación maravillosa y bien ubicada, la comida es aceptable y el confort bueno. Su principal problema es en la atención al cliente, tienen un personal escaso de profesionalidad y el trato no es el mejor. En medio de una pandemia se cumplen las medidas de protección pero de ello se aprovechan sus trabajadores (sobre todo en la barra) para brindase un servicio que deja mucho que desear.

Habitaciones antiguas, el aire acondicionado no funciona bien apenas enfria, me quejé en la recepción y no le dieron soluciones, me dijeron que era normal que esperara a por la noche que bajara el sol y debía mejorar. Un bombillo en la habitación fundido. El buffet un poco escaso. El personal muy atento, buen servicio. No me voy contento porque me vendieron el hotel en estos tiempos atípicos de Covid 19 al precio de costumbre, y no esta al 100%, las ofertas gastronómicas dejan bastante que desear!!!!

Hola amigos.. No se dejen engañar este hotel es de lo peor.. El personal no tiene educación ni buenos modales.. Los climas de las abitaciones son pésimos no existe animación algúna. Respecto a la comida mirandolo desde el punto de vista en que está en mundo está creo q esta bien pero de tres restaurantes solo hay uno y es agotador...y ni hablar de la higiene... Tienen que trabajar en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones y en las opciones de recreación. El servicio es magnífico. Estaba asustada de lo bien que anduvo. Pero en general buena experiencia. Lo recomiendo para visitar en familia y descansar.

É um resort muito pequeno, precisava de ter mais um restaurante diferente, o espaço para espetáculo noturno não é acolhedor embora os animadores se esforcem. Necessita de algumas obras como tudo em Cuba. Depois do jantar existem momentos mortos sem nenhuma atividade também poderiam melhorar neste sentido. Mas todos os animadores se esforçam, os meus parabéns a todos. Apesar de todas as coisas menos boas, tem uma excelente praia.

O melhor que este hotel tem é sem dúvida a zona de praia. No que se refere à alimentação e à limpeza deixa muito a desejar. O hotel encontrava-se em remodelação de alguns espaços. A receção estava em obras foi improvisada em outro espaço do hotel, o buffet também estava em obras foi direcionado para o restaurante junto à praia. Havia gatos por todo o restaurante e muita falta de higiene. Foi uma experiência muito má.

Extraordinario hotel all inclusive en Varadero. Tiene una excelente piscina y un acceso a la playa hermoso. Cuenta con un restaurante buffet y 2 restaurantes con reserva. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas. El personal atiende de manera inmejorable. Fui con mi familia y lo que mas me gusto es que el hotel no es gigantesco ya que todo lo puedes hacer a pie.

Hotel turístico de varadero con algún personal muy amable. Habitaciones super grandes con dos camas que parecen un campo de fútbol. Aseo muy grande. Tiene Plancha. Caja fuerte de pago. Desayuno muy completo y buffet extenso. Dos bares que cierran a las 17h y en zona de piscina hacen paellas y barbacoas. Hamacas en la playa. Dos restaurantes temáticos que debes reservar. Hay bungalows pero tienen sobrecoste.

Great staff. Not bad food. But I would definitely opt for paying more and get a cottage. Balconies in the hotel are to small for a chair to sit outside on. No screens on the patio doors so bring bug spray as the ac smells mouldy so we left the door open for fresh air.

The food was not what i was used too... But the whole staff was friendly and willing to make your vacation amazing... Smile and be nice and tip when you can and they will make your stay amazing!! My refrisgerator did not work and a leaky AC but the room itself was clean and simple. Super close to the ocean, and pools, and a night life of fun after dinners. The beach is so clear and clean and just a wonderful experience.

Wow! Nice experience. Everywhere on the site is very clean. The food is fine, multiple choices. The person's who work there are very gentle. Definitely on my top 3 hotel for Varadero. I would go back next year, no hesitation. The only little thing that's negative, the bar of the beach is not on the beach. Depends on where you sit, it can be far.

All inclusive May 19 holiday. Hotel dated but fine, food mostly good, staff nice and drinks great. Pool and sunbeds fab with children and adults enjoying opposite ends, beach and sea amazing and the sun shines hot. Entertainment team good fun and evening entertainment very good - Salsa bands. Very relaxing holiday but wish I'd never gone to Havana due to poverty and lack of animal welfare. Be ready to tip everywhere.
