Para empezar, los servicios sanitarios no funcionaban correctamente, no habia papel higiénico, el drenaje de la ducha estaba taqueado y salian aguas negras de el, la ducha estaba descompuesta, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba como deberia, y para finalizar, llovió a la hora de irnos y se hizo un charco de agua que se filtro por toda la habitación.

To begin with, the sanitary services did not work properly, there was no toilet paper, the shower drain was clogged and black water came out of it, the shower was broken, the air conditioning did not work as it should, and finally, it rained on the hour to leave and there was a puddle of water that seeped all over the room.

Ficamos uma noite, o quarto em que ficamos é muito bom, a varanda é divina 😻 mas o ar condicionado quebrou e não conseguimos dormir bem, a luz do quarto não funcionava, deu curto circuito. Parece-me que eles deveriam verificar os quartos antes de entregá-los.

Estuvimos una noche la habitación en la que nos hospedamos es muy bonita, el balcón es divino 😻 pero el aire acondicionado se dañó y no pudimos dormir bien, la luz de la habitación no servía,tenía como un corto circuito. Me parece que deberían de revisar las habitaciones antes de entregarlas.

Eu gostei muito da piscina, é legal, mas ainda é bom, tem um pouco de natureza e outra metade da cidade, por assim dizer, gostei dos cachorrinhos 🥺 eles ainda são tão fofos que mordem, não faz mal , a única coisa que não gostei foram as paredes que tudo se ouve através das paredes mas gostei obrigado a todos ... espero ver-vos novamente :)

Me gusto mucho la piscina es onda pero aún así es bueno , hay un poco de naturaleza y otro mitad ciudad por así decir lo me gustaron los perritos 🥺 pequeños tan tiernos aún que muerden no duele , lo único que no me gustó son las paredes ya que se escucha todo atreves de las paredes pero a mí me gustó gracias a todos/as... Espero verlos de nuevo :)

I really liked the pool, it's cool, but it's still good, there's a bit of nature and another half of the city, so to speak, I liked the puppies 🥺 they're still so cute that they bite, it doesn't hurt, the only thing I didn't like were the walls that everything is heard through the walls but I liked it thanks to all ... I hope to see you again :)

Compamos un titicumponla habitacion 12, es pequeña, sencilla, lugar tiene picsina, no tan limpia pero si para meterse un rato y disfrutar, nosotros fuimos fin de semana y se lleno mucho de gente q va a pasar el dia en la piscina!!! Los huespedes puede usarla hasta toda la noche!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The entire hotel was filthy. The pool was too disgusting to even consider swimming in. The shower was a freezing cold hose pipe. The power went out in the early hours and didn't kick back in till we were checking out. Outside the room was noisy throughout the night. Thebreakfast was small and unpalatable and not included in the price of the room. I haven't had a single bad cup of coffee in three weeks of travelling around Costa Rica but this place managed it. I've stayed in some real dives in some third world countries but this hotel really took the biscuit. The owner only speaks English when it suits her and suddenly becomes car less lingual when there's an issue. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
