Teníamos una reserva para el puente de la Hispanidad y nos la cancelaron el mismo día de llegada sin previo aviso. De camino a Lisboa tuvimos un accidente con el coche y llamamos para avisar de que llegaríamos al dia siguiente. La chica de la recepción muy maja nos dijo que no había ningún problema (y nos lo escribió a través de Booking). Tuvimos que hacer noche en Cáceres y cuál es nuestra sorpresa cuando al levantarnos vemos la reserva cancelada. Llamamos al hostel y explicamos la situación, pero el responsable nos dijo que no podía hacer nada porque nuestra habitación ya estaba reservada a otras personas. Y básicamente, después de hablar más de media hora no nos dió ninguna solución y nos dijo que nos buscáramos la vida. Lo peor de todo es que el tipo se desentendió como si no fuera con él, hablándonos de malas formas y sin aceptar su responsabilidad.

This hostel cancelled us a book without any explanation. We asked them if is anything wrong arriving in another date than the expected because of a car accident in our way to Lisbon, and they told us that everything is ok and no problem with our date of arrival. Our surprise takes part when we arrive to the hostel and they have booked our room to other people and left us in the street. No apologize, no empathy, just absolut disrespectful to their words and their clients. One star because I cannot give them a 0. And of course one official complaint to the customer service. Very bad amateur service.

Great localisation, nice atmosphere and really helpful stuff. I would totally recommend staying in this hostel. It has a pleasant common areas and is soo close to nightlife in Bairro Alto :) The cheapest room on the ground floor is not 5 stars, but all the rest are really good.

Quartos pequenos e a precisarem de uma renovação, tanto em quarto como nos wc’s. Comparando com outros hostels é muito básico. Localização boa, muito perto do aeroporto.

After a very frustrating mixup because of GeoStar (don't recommend booking through them), they were very understanding and made an effort to accommodate me. The worker was really friendly despite me having a meltdown and crying lol but I appreciate how kind they were to me.Also everything is super clean and very pretty.

Excelente local, localizado no centro de lisboa dando a possiblidade de observar a Baixa quase por complecto. Workshop, fantastico, reuniões e passeios de grande interesse.

Dormir lá 1 noite as condições são muito boas e é sossegado, a unica coisa que não gostei fui que tentaram me aumentar o preço 3x .No site estava 14€ quando liguei por telefone para marcar reserva aumentaram me para 20€ e quando cheguei la queriam me aumentar mais para 23€ já era 12h e não tinha metro para ir para outro hostel, disse lhes que só pagava 20€ que fui me dito ao telemóvel e nem tinha mais. As raparigas do meu quarto dizeram me que pagaram só 14€ (todas). Eles tentaram me aumentar o preço 3 x a mim aproveitando se de ser meia noite e não ter transporte e aonde dormir.

4 stars only because the climbing one must face in order to get to the hostel, that is if your on foot, of course, it's really demanding, but, the hostel is great..

I had a really great time in Safestay Lisbon! The localization of the hostel is really good very central, common areas are very pleasant, bar is really cheap! It's also a cool hostel to meet people :)

Location is great, a lot popular tourist destinations are in walking distance. The breakfast tastes great, it is every day the same so it can get boring quickly. The rooms and toilet's are clean and look very modern. You do sleep with multiple people in one room but if you up to that it is a great place. Also, free wifi!

Hospedagem tranquila, localização ok. O quarto em que fiquei fica em outro imóvel ao lado do hostel, porém bem perto. O quarto era bem grande e um pouco barulhento, mas consegui ter uma boa noite de sono. O valor da diária é bastante em conta.____________Quiet accommodation, ok location.The room I stayed in is in another property next to the hostel, but very close.The room was quite big and a little noisy, but I managed to get a good night's sleep.The daily rate is very reasonable.

Las habitaciones sucias, llena de moscas. El desayuno fue un desastre. El internet no funciona. A la llegada al hotel, no tenían las habitaciones como la empresa de viaje las había pedido. No teníamos habitaciones designadas. El recepcionista nos abrió a puerta sin tocar utilizando la llave maestra a las 2am, éramos 8 niñas en la habitación. Todas dormíamos y abrió sin razón, sin permiso y sin autorización y se fue sin pedir disculpas.

Un buen lugar con una excelente ubicación, buen precio y sobre todo buena onda por parte del personal. Lo único que no me pareció adecuado es que no avisan que tienen en reforma el sitio de momento, por el resto excelente

Estaban realizando refacciones con lo cual la sala común no estaba disponible, los únicos 2 baños de planta baja se compartían no sólo con las personas de las habitaciones si no con las personas de la cocina, con lo cual estaban sucios todo el tiempo. A la cocina también le faltaba mantenimiento y limpieza, el te y café gratis se agotaban rápidamente y no se reponian. El WiFi funcionaba mal, hasta que dimos con un encargado (al 2do día de estar allí) que nos solucionó el problema, el resto no nos dio respuesta. En general los encargados resultaron bastante indiferentes a cualquier consulta o reclamo. Salvo por la buena ubicación no lo recomendaría.

Clean and cheap hostel in the heart of Lisbon. Location is great. Bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and comfortable. There was no shower though (maybe only on our floor🤔). For £3 or so you can have breakfast there. There's free storage for your luggage under your bed. Overall, you need a place to stay for one or two nights, this hostel is a good choice😊

Me han cobrado una reserva tres veces. Lo que en principio iban a ser 10.24€ han acabado siendo más de 31€. Hice dos veces la misma reserva por error y me dijeron q la cancelarían sin problemas. No sólo no me llegaron a devolver el importe de la primera reserva sino que me cobraron una tercera vez estando ya en España. Llamé al hostal y me dijeron que se pondrían en contacto conmigo. SIGO ESPERANDO.

Nos encantó la atención! El personal muy amable y siempre al servicio. Se podría mejorar la cama que era medio dura y poner algunas estanterías en la habitación, lo demás estaba bien por el precio. Quedamos conformes y nos fuimos contentos. LA UBICACIÓN ES EXCELENTE, cerca de todo. A los baños los limpiaban regularmente y el lugar por lo general siempre en buenas condiciones.
