La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Entramos en la habitación y olía sucio. Estábamos tan cansados que no hicimos un escándalo por el olor. Limpiamos la habitación nosotros mismos y abrimos las ventanas para ventilar la habitación. Las cosas no mejoraron mucho después de la primera impresión que causó la habitación maloliente. HOOM tiene las cocinas más complicadas que NUNCA ..... ¡y no hay instrucciones sobre cómo usar el dispositivo! Hay un lavavajillas, pero nadie nos dijo que teníamos que traer nuestras propias tabletas para usar en el lavavajillas. Siempre se puede lavar a mano, por supuesto, pero nadie nos dijo que teníamos que traer nuestro propio lavavajillas, esponjas para limpiar los utensilios de cocina usados y cualquier tipo de toalla de cocina (tela o papel), porque HOOM tampoco proporciona estos materiales. Lo mínimo que pudieron haber hecho fue avisarnos con anticipación para traer estos artículos.Hotel de mala calidad al que nunca volvería.

A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Entramos na sala e cheirava a sujeira. Estávamos tão cansados, então não fizemos barulho com o cheiro. Nós mesmos limpamos o quarto e abrimos as janelas para ventilar o quarto. As coisas não melhoraram muito depois da primeira impressão causada pela sala fedorenta. HOOM tem os fogões mais complicados de SEMPRE ... e nenhuma instrução de como usar o aparelho! Há uma máquina de lavar louça, mas ninguém nos disse que precisamos trazer nossos próprios comprimidos para usar na máquina de lavar louça. É claro que sempre se pode lavar à mão - mas ninguém nos disse que tínhamos de trazer nosso próprio detergente, esponjas para limpar utensílios de cozinha usados e qualquer tipo de toalha de cozinha (pano ou papel) - porque a HOOM também NÃO fornece esses materiais. O mínimo que eles poderiam ter feito era nos avisar com antecedência para trazer esses itens.Hotel de má qualidade que eu nunca iria voltar.

The cleaning leaves much to be desired. We walked in the room and it smelt dirty.
We were so tired so did nt make a fuss of the smell. We cleaned the room ourselves and opened the windows to ventilate the room.
Things did not get much better after the first impression made by the smelly room.
HOOM has the most complicated cookers EVER.....and no instructions on how to use the device!
There is a dishwasher but no one told us we need to bring our own tablets to use in the dishwasher. One can always wash by hand of course - but no one told us we had to bring our own washing up liquid, sponges for cleaning used kitchenware and any kitchen towel type (cloth or paper) - because HOOM does NOT provide these materials either. The least they could have done was to tell us in advance to bring these items.
Poor quality hotel which I would never go back to.

É um hotel muito bom e uma equipe muito boa. Os quartos são grandes e a cozinha era grande e bem equipada. O hotel também está perto de muitas lojas diferentes, como Lidl, Willys, Elgiganten, Jula e várias outras. Recomendo a reserva.

Reservei 2 quartos com antecedência. Quando chegamos, não havia quartos disponíveis. Você viu o esboço de Seinfeld onde ele reserva um carro? Aparentemente, não.

Es un hotel muy bonito y un personal muy agradable. Las habitaciones son geniales y la cocina era grande y estaba bien equipada. El hotel también está cerca de muchas tiendas diferentes como Lidl, Willys, Elgiganten, Jula y varias otras. Recomiendo reservar.

Reservamos 2 habitaciones con antelación. Una vez que llegamos no había habitaciones disponibles. ¿Has visto el boceto de Seinfeld donde reserva un coche? Aparentemente no es así.

i got the first room and there was no pans or pots and the tv didnt work and the fan was also not working i told them and got a new room and this one had 1 pot no cutting knives amd alot of insects in the drawers and on the floor. tv works in the other room but the chromecast did not. and seeing a random rat running aroind outside was not helping the personell was nice on the other hand and the room was very new. and also there was glas shards on the floor.

The apartment will be cleaned one time a week. Unfortunately there is nothing to clean your dishes. All the time when they changes the sheets of my bed, i found long black hairs all over the bed. Also after complaining about the issue nobody fixed it. The breakfast has not a big choice and it is every day the same. after a couple of days you wont go to breakfast anymore. The Gym is very very dark traing is not real fun in there.

Good modern rooms, probably even better for a longer stay where you do your own cooking. The breakfast is nothing special, but relatively cheap. The concept is clearly more aimed at preparing for own food and the kitchen is pretty good.

Based on my 4 weeks experience: + Pro: great kitchen for longer stays, room size ok, balcony -Contra: hotel staff seems unqualified, room cleaning is terribly poorly organized, almost only single beds!! Kitchen utensils rare and you have to buy extra stuff, NO laundry service and the Hotel laundry room is messy! Gym is badly lit.

Had a lovely time staying in Stockholm this week. Hoom Hotel was great, the service the apartment was lovely. The only thing it didn't have was kitchen items. No plates, bowel etc. It's half apartment half hotel it should have those items and something to wash the dishes with, if they expect us to clean they should provide us with items to do that for free. We had to go and buy them from local super market to eat our food. They did have a kettle though. Nice and quiet and staff very helpful.
