Alquilé unas cuantas habitaciones en este hotel para mi familia, ya que venían a mi boda. Fue todo un acierto, estuvieron muy cómodos y para mí fue una gran satisfacción. Acceso en la misma puerta a renfe y metro y a 3 minutos de Madrid Rio, de lo mejor de Madrid. Lo recomendaré para quien me consulte sobre alojamientos en el centro!

Buena ubicación con un metro en la puerta del hotel, las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero la cama es cómoda y el aire funciona bien. El desayuno es bastante básico y mejorable. La atención es buena.

La habitación, muy limpia e insonorizada. Enhorabuena al personal de limpieza. El desayuno era completo y con constante atención del personal. La ubicación, frente al metro y cercanías, aunque se puede ir dando un paseo hasta el Rastro o Madrid Río.

Hotel is located right next to a subway/tram station. If you need to get to the university, up hill, be sure to either stop a cab, use a scooter, or sweat your way up the hill.

Decent hotel, not too expensive. Rooms are clean but has quite an ancient furnature, air conditioner is carely working. However service speaks english which is a plus and the location of a hotel is great, very close to a lot of main attractions of Madrid.

Es prácticamente imposible aparcar sin pagar en la zona. La habitación debía de llevar mucho tiempo sin limpiarse. El baño estaba muy sucio. Al segundo día lo limpiaron un poco. El personal es atento y amable

- location is just perfect; metro station Piramides right beside, bus station as well; 1.5km walk to Puerta del Sol
- a lot of markets and restaurants nearby
- only drawback: poor sound insulation

Es un hotel sencillo pero con todo lo necesario, estaba todo muy limpio. Tiene muy buena ubicación, a pocos metros del hotel está el metro y justo en la acera de en frente puedes coger el autobús. Los trabajadores del hotel muy agradables.

He pasado dos noches, la habitación bastante bien. Por ponerle un pero la televisión es bastante mejorable. Muy buena limpieza. El desayuno buffet bastante bien aunque con poca variedad. Algún lácteo hubiera estado bien. Recomendable. Servicio de internet pésimo.

Celebramos nuestra boda y nos alojamos en el hotel esa noche. Todo fue increíble, la atención de parte del encargado y de su equipo de camareros. La comida de la boda estaba deliciosa, a todos nuestros familiares y amigos les encanto. Muy recomendado este lugar, por su excelente servicio, ubicación y calidad.

Stayed 3 days and found the hotel staff very friendly and accomodating. Room and breakfast buffet were kept very clean and many of stay could communicate in English as well.

Llegamos de Barcelona con la intención de entrenar en nuestras respectivas modalidades. Pasamos 3 noches inolvidables en Madrid. La habitación es amplia y el lavabo dispone de bañera lo que es un handicap. Las instalaciones estan limpias y el colchón y las almohadas son muy cómodas. Estuvimos muy a gusto.No pongo 5 estrellas por una incidencia con el servicio de limpieza a las 9 de la mañana ya que no dejamos el cartel conforme no había nadie dentro y despertaron a mi pareja que estaba descansando. El servicio de limpieza se fue pero volvió al instante para recoger las toallas cuándo deberían de haber vuelto más tarde. Aún así estuvimos muy cómodos y sin duda alguna volveremos. 100% recomendable.

Worse hotel EVER !!!On the first day we already feel to disappointed when we ask where is the bar to get a drink and a snack because we arrive late, and the receptionist guy said to us than the bar is closed for a long time and for ever!!! On their site and on booking.com they didn’t tell that, they said that have bar … In the room the mini bar is empty, no water nothing nothing. When we thing that nothing worse gonna happening, on the 3rd day I has getting shower and on the middle the water stop … we call the reception and they said that have a pipe problem and closed the water !!!! Without any warning!!! End of story, I spend all day walking in Madrid with my head full of shampoo!!Many thanks holiday inn Piramides!

If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. Does it have all your basic amenities? No. Is it close to the Plaza Mayor? Yes. But more importantly if you value peace of ANY kind this is NOT the hotel for you. The cleaning staff begins cleaning at 730 and does not stop until almost 1700 in the EVENING. There is no sound proofing whatsoever so you hear the constant slamming of doors all day, staff sounds as if they are throwing things against that walls. And all of this is happening at 0730 in the morning and well into the afternoon and evening after you’ve already left your room for the day and come back to rest. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. It is not quite and not worth the money. Spend your money on an Airbnb.

No sound proof isolation, the staff starts cleaning rooms about 7.30 am and you can hear everything from loud talking to room vacuuming. Room looked oldschool with furnitures from 20 years ago. Worst stay at hotel ever.

Recently spent a month travelling around Spain and stayed here for 4 days. I would have to say this is a very underrated hotel. We stayed at a hotel in the Gran Via area that was 3 times as much and it was nice but for the price this was the best bang for the buck. It’s right next to the bus stop and the metro so you can get pretty much anywhere. All staff were professional and courteous and it’s a nicer quiet area where you can sit out in the park and enjoy a relaxing evening if you wish. Rooms were good sized for Europe and there is a fridge and safe. AC was nice and cold even during the heat wave. If ever returning to Madrid this hotel will be at the top of my list.

To end this review, I want to give a special shout out to the best hotel employee I have ever encountered – Roberto! I’ve travelled to many hotels across many countries and Roberto is at the top of my list of customer service employees. Roberto was amazing and truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He truly is the epiphany of great customer service.
