The room was way too hot and uncomfortable and set at 25c (77F) no matter what you did with the thermostat. The staff was very unhelpful and told me that this temperature is normal and did nothing to reduce the heat. This was a problem because the windows do not open. Couldn’t even offer a fan to get the air moving. Why pay to have climate control when you actually get no control over the room temperature.

Good for a stopover, but don't expect more than that. It's well within the walking distance from the terminal entrance and even closer to aeroexpress station. The food is served round the clock and the breakfast is usually included in the service and made up of a nearly-full English breakfast (ex sausages) and a continental-styled one, but don't expect much from the latter either. The room had 4 usb sockets (great!), but all four were broken. The staff were really friendly, which alongside with the cleanliness were two main highlights

Very nice and latest addition to IHG family in Moscow. Hotel is brand new and conveniently located next to airport. Shuttle service is offered. I wish that reception and parking charges can be dropped for Spire Elite members. Rooms are clean and quiet. Choice of food is reasonable.

Excellent stay, good variety of food for breakfast.
The superior rooms for privileged members are worth the price considering the proximity with the airport.
A free shuttle operating pretty much h24 which can be taken out of terminal d, pylon 76. Failing in that, there's a foot path that allows the journey in about 10 minutes (which is probably worth when you need to check-in as the shuttle goes around all the hotels taking much longer).
A note to the manager: please check the drainer of the shower in room 604, it was getting some stink out. Do provide some cinnamon at the restaurant for those who want a tastier oat.

Good price - room quality balance, but TV remote control device didn't works and was changed after my request.
Now, there is perfect check-in-out.
Should increase breakfast service. Add Chinese language (lot of China tourists don't understanding the notes and wasting time in the food zone). Time to time breakfast's staff should check more frequently the food quantity. I sow today's morning as minimum 5 food positions were empty totally in the same time. And it happened during 5 minutes as minimum.
Very friendly personnel!
