Today marked our 40th night at the hotel, I have given the hotel enough time to make improvements but nothing was done and no compensations were offered, and now I feel forced to write a second review about our awful residence at the Sheraton Tunis.Our stay deteriorated with the distasteful food quality and service, and when I met the head Chef to complain with the presence of the Operation Manger, he questioned my sincerity and answered with: “How can you know my kitchen better than me?” I explained that the food was often served rancid, salty or uncooked particularly the pasta, it was fixed twice but then the quality declined again. Furthermore, for several days, at breakfast the cheese had a foul sour milk smell and was inedible, a sign it was served out for too long. - Few staff members made our stay a little better, I would like to express my gratitude to Hsaan at the front desk, and to Madam for their professional and graceful nature. I would also like to thank the housekeeping manger Mr. Hassen Ayari who always greeted me with a smile and catered to everything I asked for in my suite, in which he supervised and kept it in an immaculate condition everyday for the duration of my stay. - It’s hard to give this hotel 5 Star rating for my family witnessed first hand the appalling and poor communication and service provided by the hotel management. In particular from Operation Manger Anis Klai who was unprofessional through every conversation I had with him and provided no solution to my complaints, except excuses and forceful Marriott policy that he tried to shove in my face on every available occasion. Even with the knowledge that I am a lifetime Titanium Elite guest, a title gained by the trust of the Marriott corporation as a valued guest. Furthermore, he continued to challenge me by forbidding my family to enjoy the complementary food in my room that is served in the executive lounge by pinning a notice for me to personally read. - Finally, the most humble curtesy a hotel can provide to their guest is a welcome card upon arrival, which we did not receive on our check-in to the suite. First impressions count, and if the hotel won’t try their outmost best to make us feel like valuable guests then it’s impossible to claim the Sheraton Tunis is worthy of the 5 stars rating.

Este hotel não deve ser um hotel de 5 estrelas. O serviço definitivamente não está no nível esperado (eles não são capazes de organizar um táxi do hotel para o aeroporto e vice-versa, apesar dos inúmeros e-mails para confirmá-lo, muitas vezes faltavam toalhas durante a nossa estadia, o serviço no bar e no restaurante não é amigável e orientado ao cliente - quando você pergunta algo escrito no menu, o garçom diz com um tom bastante rude "não temos isso", mesmo que esteja escrito no menu. Experiência ruim, muitos erros e nunca se desculpa por nada, os recepcionistas têm uma atitude muito condescendente. 2 tentativas, não um terço. Você pode encontrar hotéis mais aconchegantes no centro de Tunes com um serviço muito mais amigável e profissional ... Não recomendo este.

This hotel should not be a 5 stars hotel. The service is definitely not at the level expected (they are not able to organise a taxi from hotel to airport and back despite the numerous emails to confirm it, towels were often missing during our stay, the service at the bar and the restaurant is not friendly and customer oriented- when you ask something written on the menu the waiter says with a quite rude tone "we don't have that" even if it's written on the menu. Poor poor experience, lot of mistakes and never apologies for anything, the receptionists have a really condescending attitude. 2 tries, not a third. You can find most cosy hotels downtown Tunis with a way more friendly and professional service... Do not recommend this one.

Had to change rooms because of outside noise.
Irrattating music being played too loud in lobby and bar.
Smoking should not be allowed in bar area.
Staff are very polite and courteous, management need to be more aware and visible.

Very old hotel nothing has been renovated. The rooms smells dust. Requested to have laundry service and get the clothes by 9am needed to call them twice in morning for them to bring it.
Reception was complete disaster. They have no knowledge of service and respect to their guest. The hotel should not be consider as five star hotel as they have no attribute to be and bovin group should review and train their staff especially front office

Bit rundown from the outside but very well maintained on the inside. Definitely one of the best stays in Tunis, just need to watch the attitude of some staff, most was wonderful but there were a couple of really of rail oddball ones.

Short overnight stay at this hotel for 4 hours. Clean rooms but expected a hot shower after being on a dirty plane for 4 hours… arrived at around 3am but there is no hot water.
Sure it is 3am and maybe the hotel wants to save money and electricity (?) but how can this be a 5 star rated hotel when you can’t take into consideration flights that arrive after midnight.
1* for the cold shower and goosebumps all over my body (plus the shampoo was missing from the trio of shampoo/condition/body wash).

Melhor hotel da cidade. Serviço de portaria impecável. Congratulando-se com a experiência de check-in. Apenas reclamar que eu teria é cheiro de fumaça ocasional no quarto. Eu acho que alguns outros hóspedes estavam fumando, então o Hotel não pode fazer muito sobre isso, mas multa-los após o check-out.

Only complain I would have is occasional smoke smell in the room. I guess some other guests were smoking so Hotel can't do much about it but fine them after check out.

If the wind really blowing. I don't recommend to spend the night in the hotel. Bad doors sealing which wind make sound throw balcony door and don't let you have quiet sleep.

Beautiful place, nice choice either to relax or to come for work. Every details match woth the expectation. If you are visiting Tunis and with want to stay on Sheraton hotel pick the 3 floor or up to catch the morning view o er the city and opeb your window to listen the nature.

This hotel is a great one. I stay in Tunis for work and can say this place is good to relax after a long day.
The staff is nice, the rooms are comfortable, the fitness room has a great number of training machines. Also the pool looks very nice.
About the breakfast I can only say: Great! A good place to eat is the Tunisian restaurant with really great service.
A special thanks to the Front Desk Ladies. Always helpful and taking care of the guests.
Will definitively come back at my next stay in Tunis!
