Singapura é sensacional. Vale a pena conhecer. O hotel faz a linha executivo, mas é bem espaçoso e fica muito bem localizado.

Fiz uma reserva de hotel de última hora e estava feliz que conseguimos reservar este hotel. Adorei a localização, uma vez que está situado do outro lado do pomar, que é mais pitoresco e tranquilo. Hotel foi amável também. Os quartos são confortáveis e, no geral, foi uma estadia agradável.

Se tivesse o pacote, o bife do almoço era ótimo, o quarto era ótimo, só que a recepção poderia ser melhorada, e o café da manhã seria melhor se pudéssemos escolher ambos asiáticos e ocidentais em vez de ou. No entanto, nós apreciamos a nossa estadia.

Did a last minute hotel booking and was glad that we managed to book this hotel. Love the location as it is situated at the other side of Orchard which is more quaint and quiet. Hotel was accomodating as well. Rooms are comfortable and overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Had the package, the steak lunch was great, room was great, just that the front desk could be improved on, and breakfast it would be better if we could choose both Asian and Western instead of either or. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

É uma coisa boa que este hotel não vá mais longe no grupo Hilton, porque não faz justiça ao nome Hilton. o lobby é lindo, lojas muito caras com itens inestimáveis. quando você vê isso, sua expectativa do que você encontrará no andar de cima do seu quarto aumenta. Infelizmente, o quarto é uma relíquia dos anos 80. Velho, degradado e antiquado. tudo está lá, mas você está melhor em um hotel 3 estrelas moderno.

O ambiente geral era bom, mas infelizmente o serviço não estava à altura do padrão. Mesmo que eu tivesse reservado um quarto e esperado no balcão por quase uma hora, não recebi aviso, mesmo que o quarto estivesse pronto, até que eu perguntei ao balcão novamente. A hora do desjejum, a espera pelos pedidos de comida era muito longa, até o café estava frio e a comida não tinha sido servida. Depois disso, o garçom até disse que havia perdido nosso pedido. Eu já fiquei em tantos hotéis. Este é o pior momento que sinto.

The overall environment was good, but unfortunately the service was not up to standard. Even if I had booked a room and waited at the counter for nearly an hour, I didn't receive notice even if the room was ready until I asked the counter again. Breakfast time, the waiting time for food orders was too long, even the coffee was cold, and the food had not been served. After that, the waiter even said that he had missed our order. I've stayed in so many hotels. This is the worst time I feel.

Always enjoy being back at this property as your team makes me feel like I am coming home. Largely your executive lounge team Ms Boo who always keeps a look out for my booking and takes great attention. When I was at the Exec Lounge, you could also see that other members recognize and enjoys her attention and service. You gotta give her a huge pat on the back. It is a shame that Hilton could loose her when this hotel changes its management.

It was a great stay at Hilton Singapore. Service level and customer service was excellent as always and the staff were attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was also great ! The rooms though big and spacious, look dated and are in much need of an overhaul and rejuvenation. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice . It was clan and spacious.I like how the room were cleaned and sealed before we use it. Just one thing though,it would be nice if the swimming pool is bigger.But it wasn't crowded when we are using it. So it's fine.

Ficamos surpresos com a idade do hotel. No entanto, isso foi enormemente recompensado pela hospitalidade e profissionalismo de sua equipe. Além de profissional, Kenny foi extremamente paciente com o meu rabugento, durante o check-in. Seria bom se o quarto tivesse coisas prontas para 3 em vez de 2, já que minha reserva diz que é um quarto para 3 pessoas. As camareiras eram amigáveis e eficientes. Fiquei agradavelmente surpreso quando sua equipe quis decorar o quarto para o aniversário do meu filho. Foi um gesto muito doce. A maioria dos hotéis só se contentava com bolo. É brilhante ter 2 rolos de papel higiênico em vez de 1. Isso sem o incômodo de ter que ficar pedindo mais um rolo. O café da manhã era gostoso. O seu restaurante estava muito ocupado todos os dias, mas isso não comprometia o serviço do seu pessoal e a comida. As refeições foram servidas prontamente e quentes. A tripulação serviu com um sorriso genuíno e amigável o tempo todo.

We were surprised at how old the hotel was. However, this was hugely compensated by your staff's hospitality and professionalism. Besides being professional, Kenny was extremely patient with the grouchy me, during check-in. It would be good if the room has things ready for 3 instead of 2 since my booking says that it is a room for 3 guests. Chambermaids were friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised when your staff wanted to decorate the room for my son's birthday. That was a very sweet gesture. Most hotels made do with a cake only. It is brilliant to have 2 toilet rolls instead of 1. This minus the hassle of having to keep asking for one more roll. The breakfast was yummy. Your restaurant was very busy everyday but this did not compromise your staff's service and the food. Meals were served promptly and hot. The serving crew served with a genuine friendly smile all the time.

Está hubicado muy cerca del metro y de muchos comercios y malls. El desayuno ofrece mucha variedad . La habitación está limpia, el baño no muy grande y hay cafetera Nespresso en la habitación .

La suite del hotel con vistas a la Marina es absolutamente fascinante. Lastima que llegamos 2 semanas antes de GP F1 porque es el lugar perfecto para disfrutarlo sin el ruido que conlleva. Contratar el desayuno es un acierto total y es absolutamente inimaginable la oferta culinaria del buffet.
