Estuvimos 4 días de escapada con nuestro bebé de 4 meses, volveremos! Todo muy limpio ,amplias salas comunes, el staff encantador y siempre atentos a cualquier cosa que necesites! Mención especial para Joao ayudando desde el minuto 1 con las maletas y Miguel en la cafetería super profesional, con cócteles y combinados! Sin duda un hotel donde pasar unos días en familia! Lugar normal, muy nuevo pero mal insonorizado, se escucha todo. Desayuno normal, nada destacable. La atención de sus empleados es buena, muy agradables y con una sonrisa siempre. La pega, teníamos una habitación con cama doble pedida y nos dieron una con tres camas individuales 😔 eso sí, muy cómodas

Ni una sola pega,lo tengo claro q si vuelvo a oporto volveré a este hotel. Lo recomiendo,q tus hijos duerman en una cama grande como la tuya en vez d en un sofá cama,no tiene precio,el desayuno bufet increíble.

Very good breakfast, but unfortunately no lunch and no dinner. The staff is helpful and there are couple of good restaurants not far away.
The garage is very narrow entry and difficult to park, but OK.

Minha estadia foi incrível. Serviços de quarto e staffs super atenciosos e simpáticos. O pequeno-almoço tem muita variedade e é de qualidade. A localização do Hotel é perfeita, tendo a possibilidade de ter a vista com os pontos turísticos, que demoram acerca de 10 minutos - 20 minutinhos andando. Com certeza se eu puder voltar algum dia ou indicar para alguém um hotel em Porto, seria a HF Tuela Porto.

Excelente opción para alojarse en Porto, donde los precios de los hoteles están disparados. Tiene una ubicación excelente, en medio de bares y restaurantes, y a metros del mercado, que es un lugar donde podrás comer de todo y a prácticamente cualquier hora. A 10 minutos está el parque de la galería de cristal que en un día soleado es una maravilla. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Tiene parking de pago, pero yo he encontrado lugar en la misma puerta del hotel. No hemos usado el servicio de desayuno, que cuesta 12 euros x persona porque por la mañana no solemos comer tanto.

Clean rooms friendly staff .My only issue was the parking garage .I was having problems getting in and out everyday l was getting different reasons why the system wasn't allowing me to enter or leave the garage.One night i was so frustrated because i couldnt enter the garage i went to the front desk to complain about my situation. Thats when i met this young man working i was not in a good mood is name is jorge padilha he took care of my situation ever since that night i had no.more issues .I hope management realizes and appreciats jorge one of the nicest people i had the pleasure to know

The hotel was nice and the staff as well. We had an issue with the booking and the staff member was able to solve it promptly. Recommend it! Location wise it's not near the metro/train station.

This is a clean comfortable hotel located in the business district and a bit too far from the main tourist drag which is down by the river. Porto is very hilly so getting back to the hotel requires a taxi , costing abou €10 unless you ate very fit. The breakfast buffet is adequate but limited with poor choice of hot food. There are a few good restaurants nearby, a large food market, supermarket and department stores. The clientele tends to be elderly so the social side is quiet with a small bar area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel in Great location. Friendly reliable staff with service with a smile. Nice clean rooms and bathrooms with plenty of leg room to be comfortable. Will recommend to family and friends.
One thing that is a worry though, there is no disabled ramp to allow wheelchair access, and parking is very very limited. All access to ambulance station at the front, access for coaches needs to be clear of cars all the time, for health and safety issues, also windows need to be either opened or changed, to allow ventilation to rooms.

La habitaciones de este hotel están muy bien a falta de un frigorifico como en otros, pero la limpieza y la comodidad son los puntos más fuertes. También ofrecen desayuno por 12€ si lo reservas con antelación, y por 15€ si lo solicitas la misma mañana. El peronal es muy amable; llegamos y teníamos una habitación con dos camas, al ver que eramos una pareja nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación al día siguiente para tener una cama de matrimonio. Está ubicado muy cerca de un pequeño centro comercial y varias cafeterías y bares donde se puede desayunar muy bien.

All the staff member are friendly and helpful. The facilities are in general very good. The breakfasts are very enjoyable. The location is very convenient and close to shopping malls and restaurants. The Mercado de Bom Sucesso nearby is a good place for descent and quick meals. The only downside is the thin walls which perform poorly for sound isolation.

O Hotel está próximo de um shopoing, tem lojas e restaurantes ao em sua volta ...Oferece um serviço de trasfer de ida ao aeroporto por 9 euros mas tem que solicitar com antecedência ... Muito limpo e o pessoal simpático ... Possui um enorme mapa de atractivos com as distâncias até ao Hotel ...Mas fica distante para a zona de São Bento ou para Santa Catarina, área calma e muito limpa ...

Tinha marcação para este hotel, só que tinha um colaborador dizendo que tínha que ir para outro hotel devido a afluência de pessoas ser muito pouca, estavam a concentrar num só. Gostei da atitude, pois tinha marcado para um de 3 estrelas e puseram-me num de 5 estrelas. Pequeno almoço bom. Colaboradores atentos. Gostei vou recomendar.

Alugo a sala de reuniões do hotel frequentemente. A estrutura é muito boa, com ar-condicionado e cadeiras em bom estado, porém são de plástico. Para usar o projetor é preciso pagar uma taxa. No geral, os atendentes são bem atenciosos

Hotel com excelente localização e acessos, junto a uma zona central e importante do Porto. Tem estação de metro a uns 500m de distância em chão praticamente plano. Tem acesso a uma central de autocarros na parte de trás do edifício, a uns 200m de distância. O edifício vizinho do hotel é um centro comercial (Cidade do Porto) e tem ainda uma praça de restauração (Mercado do Bom Sucesso) com diversos pequenos restaurantes. O hotel tem aquecimento em todas as áreas de acesso aos hóspedes o que permitiu ter todas essas zonas aquecidas, para mim até de forma um pouco excessiva. A minha estadia foi em Fevereiro mas parecia que eu estava no verão. O ar condicionado do quarto não alterava de forma perceptível a temperatura ambiente. O staff do hotel foi sempre simpático e atencioso. É importante colocar os indicadores de "pode limpar o quarto" ou "não incomodar" na parte exterior da porta do quarto porque na ausência destes, o pessoal da limpeza poderá entrar no quarto sem estarmos à espera (o que é compreensível porque eles também não adivinham). O pequeno almoço é de qualidade, com diversas opções disponíveis. Uma nota especial para o leite de soja que este hotel tem disponível, algo que na minha experiência não é comum. Resumindo, recomendado! Numa próxima estadia no Porto provavelmente irei voltar a ficar neste hotel.

Bien comunicado a unos 20 minutos del centro. El trato del personal excelente, la recepcionista muy amable. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas además de ser limpio. Parece un hotel con más estrellas (la foto que comparto de la cama está arrugada porque ya nos habíamos sentado pero esta impecable). Sin duda repetiría.

El hotel aunque de 3 estrellas parece de 4 excepto por pequeños detalles que apenas se notan. Hay que destecar la limpieza del hotel y sus habitaciones algo que me sorprendió gratamente. Estaba todo limpísimo. Lo mejor de este hotel sin duda alguna, es la increíble y maravillosa amabilidad de su personal que hacen de este hotel un 5 estrellas en mi reseña. El desayuno tipo buffet tiene de todo en todo momento y de buena calidad. Por la noche ofrecen una oferta menú bastante bueno y un precio excepcional. La ubicación del establecimiento es muy buena aunque no la mejor. ¡Bravo!

Formally it is a 3-star hotel, closest to the University (about 10 min walking distance). The number of stars is important, because according to the administrative regulations, some organizations allow stays in hotels not above 3 stars. Nice buffet breakfast, with a lot of choice.

The facilities are fine. I had a negative experience though. During my first morning in my room, I tried to use the water heater and found that it wouldn't turn on. It looks like the outlets built into the desk were not working so I reached behind it to see if there was something to plug in. I found some exposed wires and received a nasty shock which blew the breaker. The power went out in the room. When I went down to the front desk to tell them what happened, I was accused of "messing with the wiring". I don't think it's unreasonable to expect that they're are no exposed wires in a hotel room.

Had a great stay here! Me and my family stayed here, we were 8, in 4 suites! The Hotel is new, recently decorated and renovated! The suites are great! The showers are very good, the flow of water is amazing! 🛁 The bathroom amenities are great as well! I ordered an luggage chair and he next morning was there! The staff was very polite and helpful! Recommend this place! There is a mall in the same block as the hotel, about 20 meters away! Right down the street there is a great restaurant called Capa Negra with great food and wine! The breakfast was great, although they could have more fruits, the bananas were green!
