A equipe lá é incrível. Eles foram muito confortáveis e prestativos em todas as frentes. Os quartos são muito pequenos embora. Metade dos quartos tem um corredor que lhe dá uma sensação muito mais aberta em comparação com a metade, sem que se sinta mais apertado. A falta de café da manhã dói um pouco também porque eu realmente não gostei das opções ao redor. Ainda assim, o serviço foi incrível e foi feito para uma série de deficiências. A equipe aqui foi ótima. Eu fiz uma pergunta rápida no nosso caminho. Enquanto eu estava indo para o carro, o cara da recepção veio correndo com algumas informações adicionais. O chuveiro tinha pressão de água incrível combinado com um bom chuveiro. Os travesseiros eram super desconfortáveis, mas essa é realmente a única coisa ruim que posso dizer sobre o lugar. Foi uma grande experiência ao redor.

MUITO limpo e agradável. Quarto tinha toneladas de recipientes para carregar dispositivos, a cama era confortável, toque agradável com café, chá e água disponíveis no lobby. Localização extremamente conveniente e funcionários simpáticos e prestáveis.Eu amei que o quarto não era acarpetado, parecia muito limpo .... Mas .... por tudo que é sagrado não deixe que eles te ponham em um quarto no primeiro andar no inverno. A garagem fica logo abaixo e parece haver falta de isolamento. Não importava o quão quente o resto da sala estivesse, o chão da sala principal estava extremamente frio, e o banheiro ainda mais. A água estava lentamente esquentando, tornando o chuveiro útil, mas não uma experiência totalmente agradável.No geral, uma experiência muito boa, mas não gostaria de um quarto no primeiro andar novamente.

Todos os membros da equipe com quem conversei são muito prestativos e amigáveis. Obrigado ao gerente da recepção pela manhã que gentilmente me permitiu usar o carrinho de bagagem para mover a bagagem da minha filha para o Harvard Yard. O check-in tardio na noite anterior foi muito tranquilo e rápido para que pudéssemos entrar em nosso quarto e começar a descansar imediatamente após um voo longo e tardio. Experiência geral muito agradável. O quarto é muito limpo e as camas são limpas e confortáveis. A manutenção da casa também faz um trabalho maravilhoso. Os hóspedes podem sempre beber água quente, em temperatura ambiente ou gelada, além de cafés e chás. Não é um nível luxuoso, mas você pode desfrutar de uma estadia muito confortável e agradável. Por último, mas não menos importante, fica a apenas um quarteirão do Harvard Yard.

Todos los miembros del personal con los que he hablado son muy serviciales y amables. Gracias al gerente de la recepción por la mañana que amablemente me permitió usar el carrito de equipaje para llevar el equipaje de mi hija al Harvard Yard. El check in tardío la noche anterior fue muy sencillo y rápido para que pudiéramos entrar a nuestra habitación y comenzar a descansar inmediatamente después de un vuelo largo y tardío. En general, una experiencia muy agradable. La habitación está muy limpia y las camas son limpias y cómodas. El servicio de limpieza también hace un trabajo maravilloso. Los huéspedes siempre pueden disponer de agua potable caliente, a temperatura ambiente o fría, además de cafés y tés. No es un nivel de lujo pero puedes disfrutar de una estancia muy cómoda y agradable. Por último, pero no menos importante, está a solo una cuadra de Harvard Yard.

Every staff member I have talked to is very helpful and friendly. Thank you to the front desk manager in the morning who kindly allowed me to use the luggage cart to move my daughter’s luggage to the Harvard Yard. The late check in the night before was very smooth and fast so that we could enter our room and start rest immediately after a long and late flight. Overall very nice experience. The room is very clean and the beds are clean and comfortable. House keeping does a wonderful job also. The guests can always have drinking water hot, room temperature, or cold, in addition to coffees and teas. It’s not a luxurious level but you can enjoy a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Last but not the least, it’s just one block from the Harvard Yard.

My family and I chose to stay at Harvard Square Hotel for our college reunion the first weekend in June, knowing that they had just reopened on May 15th and that there were no recent online reviews. That was a mistake. I don’t know what was renovated, but the $500+ we paid per room did not match the level of service or amenities offered. I do not recommend HSH.

MUY limpio y agradable. La habitación tenía un montón de receptáculos para cargar dispositivos, la cama era cómoda, un toque agradable con café, té y agua disponibles en el vestíbulo. Ubicación extremadamente conveniente y personal amable y servicial.Me encantó que la habitación no estuviera alfombrada, se sintiera muy limpia ... Pero ... por todos los santos, no dejes que te pongan en una habitación en el primer piso en invierno. El garaje está directamente debajo y parece haber una falta de aislamiento. No importa qué tan cálido estaba el resto de la habitación, el piso de la habitación principal estaba extremadamente frío, y el baño más. I'm here for a conference for a few days and this is the hotel that the conference organizer booked. Giving 2 stars for many reasons: 1. my room smells really bad so after check-in I went to the front desk to ask for a new room, but they asked `how does it smell like?' but the thing is it doesn't smell exactly like something that I know of but it smells bad, and the front desk person asked another 10 times how it smells like, and eventually did not change room for me. 2. the wraps of their soap and shower cap look very very used, which made me suspect they collected them from the trash can and re-used them, because otherwise there's no way for them to look so used. 3. the design of the shower is such that the door does not completely close, so after you shower the floor will be very wet (don't think they have a carpet either). 4. the floor of the shower room close to the sink is completely black, which is probably mold. 5. room is quite small. 6. the clock is set at the wrong time and it's very bright so it affects your sleep. So all in all really not worth the $300 per night. Could have gotten a really nice airbnb with this much money.

The staff here was great. I asked a quick question on our way out. As I was making my way to the car, the guy from the front desk ran over with some additional information.
The shower had awesome water pressure combined with a good shower head. The pillows were super uncomfortable, but that is really the only bad thing I can say about the place. It was a great experience all around.

VERY clean and nice. Room had tons of receptacles for charging devices, bed was comfortable, nice touch having coffee, tea and water available in the lobby. Extremely convenient location, and helpful, friendly staff.
I loved that the room was not carpeted, felt very clean.... But.... by all that's holy do not let them put you in a room on the first floor in the winter. The garage is directly underneath, and there seems to be a lack of insulation. No matter how warm the rest of the room was, the floor in the main room was extremely cold, and the bathroom more so. Water was slow to heat up making the shower serviceable but not an entirely pleasant experience.
Overall, a very good experience, but would not want a first floor room again.

Really nice and accommodating - I am not paying so cost is not something I am aware of. That being said, the place is well-maintained and the rooms are cleaner daily.My only issue is the tight squeeze in the rooms and bathrooms - no tubs.No coffee maker in the room, but coffee is free and available in the lobby 24 hours.

De regreso de Boston, quiero poner de relieve mi estancia en el Hotel Harvard Square, de muy buena situación en la ciudad, con quien me parece su dueño o jefe, siempre responsable y atento hacia los huéspedes, generoso con el café que nos ofrece y un "corner" siempre provisto de agua y otras gollerías para ellos; hotel limpio y de precio más que razonable, para los que corren en Boston. Especialmente debe resaltarsela franca y amistosa cordialidad de quienes trabajan en recepción, y este zaragozano lo dice con mucho reconocimiento por la ayuda que el 26 de abril recibió de los dos jóvenes, hombre y mujer, que allí estaban ese día.

The staff there is amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful on all fronts. The rooms are very small though. Half the rooms have a hallway which gives you a much more open feel compared to the half without which feel more cramped. The lack of breakfast hurts a bit too because I didn't really like the options around. Still though the service was incredible and made up for a lot of shortcomings. I've stayed at this hotel for the best two years during the Head of the Charles.
