Esta é a segunda vez que temos que ficar em um hotel durante a reconstrução dos danos causados pela água em nossa casa. Decidimos voltar aqui porque foi uma grande experiência da última vez. Houve alguma falha de comunicação quando fiz a reserva no início do dia, mas Paul forneceu um serviço incrível ao cliente (de novo!) E resolveu tudo. Ele garantiu que tivéssemos tudo de que precisamos para tornar uma estadia com dois cães e duas crianças e-learning (tudo enquanto eu trabalho remoto) o mais fácil possível. Definitivamente, recomendo este hotel: camas confortáveis, ótimas comodidades e excelente serviço ao cliente!

Recebemos aqui o jantar de ensaio do nosso filho e filha. Foi perfeito para um grupo de 40, tendo em mente o distanciamento social. Recomendo este local. O quarto da suíte executiva também é incrível e funcionou perfeitamente para os padrinhos se prepararem no dia do casamento.

This is the second time we have to stay in a hotel during water damage reconstruction on our home. We decided to come back here because it was a great experience last time. There was some miscommunication when I booked earlier in the day but Paul provided amazing customer service (again!) and worked it all out. He made sure we have everything we need to make a stay with two dogs and two kids e-learning (all while I work remote) as easy as possible. I definitely recommend this hotel: comfortable beds, great amenities and stellar customer service!

We hosted our son & daughter in laws wedding rehearsal dinner here. It was perfect for a group of 40 while being mindful of social distancing. Would highly recommend this location. Their executive suite bedroom is awesome too and worked perfectly for the groomsmen to get ready on the wedding day.

El lugar es bueno pero lo que realmente se lleva las 5 estrellas es el trato del personal especialmente los d mantenimiento son muy amables y sonrientes en todo tiempo la limpieza del cuarto excelente y el desayuno que por cierto ya viene incluido gratis es delicioso gran variedad d alimentos y la sensación d haberlos hecho en casa la mejor d las experiencias que he tenido en un hotel
