Condomínio com prédios e casas com uma praia exclusiva e praticamente deserta. Ótima para prática de surf, golf e descanso. Clima ótimo no período de maio e sem muita coisa para fazer. Muita tranquilidade e poucas opções de lazer por perto. Esta época costuma estar bem movimentado pelo período de surf com turistas de todo o mundo

O acesso a praia de Colorado é uma vantagem a parte. Surfar com poucas pessoas na agua, ou nenhuma, faz toda diferença. O condomínio é bem estruturado,elitizado para a realidade local. Falta atrações para diversão noturna, não aconselho para viajantes sozinhos a não ser que queira praticar esporte, comer e dormir.

Um lugar inesquecível em Tola, para mim o melhor de Nicarágua para passar umas férias. O ambiente é tranquilo, podemos fazer surf com grande ondas e com vários restaurante donde se pode comer. Sempre que posso vou lá passar uns dias para relaxar. Aconselho a todos que vem a Nicarágua a passar uns dias aqui.

I went last year and LOVED it. My parents even decided to buy a piece of land there to build a house to spend vacations there and so they can eventually retire. We live in Canada now but are from El Salvador and as beautiful as it is, Nicaragua is way safer and they’ve put more effort into preserving their environment. If you get a chance to go to the smaller fishing towns around there I highly recommend it. You can grab a bite to eat, take cheaper surf lessons, and put some money in the local economy. We took a boat tour to see the sunset and it was the most amazing experience especially if you like bird watching. I highly recommend it. It’s not an organized tour, we just asked around. Can’t wait to go back.
